Very grateful to bring you all a Solo Episode. For the first time in Breaking Free history I have recorded two solo episodes back to back!!If you've ever said, “I know what I should be doing, but I'm not doing it” — this is the episode you need.In this solo episode, I break down why so many men feel stuck, numb, and disconnected… and why motivation and mindset hacks aren't the answer.I share my own journey from numbing with porn, alcohol, and distractions to reconnecting with my purpose — and what it really takes to break free. We'll cover: • The hidden reason you feel unmotivated (it's not laziness) • The silent cost of avoiding your emotional health • Why fixing one area (gym, diet) won't fix your life • The truth about timing, excuses, and how to grow in the middle of chaosIf you're ready to stop self-sabotaging and actually take your power back, listen to this.Email or DM “BREAKTHROUGH” after this episode to book your free call.Resources: Podcast With Matty Denz: Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4-MRCxUdM8IDocumentary: Burden & Baggage. Are you stuck overthinking every business decision? In this episode, I share a simple decision-making tool I use every day in my business: the RTV Filter — does it Raise Revenue, Save Time, or Align with your Vision?Whether you're choosing your CRM, debating a hire, or figuring out how to grow your painting business, this framework will help you take action without second-guessing yourself to death..Take a breath. Hit play. And let's figure this out together.
Very grateful to bring you all a Solo Episode. Let's talk truth. No fluff. No filters. Most men are stuck in patterns that are killing their potential—and they don't even know it. In this episode, I break down the 4 most common forms of self-sabotage I see in today's generation of men: 1. Overworking & constant grinding – disguised as ambition, driven by fear. 2. Numbing out – with weed, porn, alcohol, scrolling, anything to avoid feeling. 3. Chasing women & validation – because you haven't built your worth from the inside out. 4. Blame – blaming your job, your ex, your parents, the system… anyone but yourself.I don't just call it out—I lived it.And I show you how I broke out of the cycle. This episode is a call to arms for any man ready to face himself and rise. You vs. You.No one's coming to save you—but you don't have to do it alone.Tune in.Feel it.Then move.Documentary: Burden & Baggage.

Räume schaffen, in denen echte Ergebnisse entstehen.

Send me a Text Message!Another year down and it has been a doozy!Ongoing genocides and the re-election of the Cheeto and so much more! We collectively have to do better. The time for words and lessons is past and now we got to dedicate ourselves to action. Action that will bring about the change that is needed to fix this mess of a world we have created. Clean it up, fix it up and leave it a livable planet for our kids.I'm sort of leaning towards that direction too. I seem to be at some sort of impasse and I am not sure if I will continue podcasting after I come back from my break in January. Although, I'm not even 100% sure about that decision but it is something I am thinking over. And even if that is the case, it won't be a permanent goodbye, more like podcasting infrequently as compared to before. AND I will still be posting other content on my Instagram and YouTube (links below) so please follow me there to keep up with me and what the future holds. And to get in touch with me directly for any suggestions or feedback you can DM me or send me an email at: shehla.faizi01@gmail.comMy deepest gratitude to all y'all who have stuck around with me for these 4 years in my podcasting journey. I'll still be here, in a sense, and I hope you'll follow me in me growth from this moment on. Love Y'all

In the previous Solo Episode with me I covered preparation body, mind, soul and body for a natural birth in any birth setting and I really recommend you listen to that one as well if you're planning a hospital birth. In this one I get my Rebel Birth Advocate Hat on and lay down the hard facts about the hospital system and their routine procedures and how to navigate them. Because hospitals are not designed to support natural births. They are great at medicalizing births and surgery. So if you want a natural birth you need to know this stuff! It's ONLY an overview and I only touch on things... because I could spend a whole episode on each and every topic. It's up to you to go deeper and do your research and make informed decisions. Send me a Text Message! The presidential elections are now over and... the cheeto is back. I wish I could be anymore respectful about this but I can't bring myself to pretend.Cheeto's last presidential reign was a complete joke and this time he's got a whole bunch of jokers that he wants to push into the spotlight with him.As disastrous as that is, what I find even more concerning is the terrible attitudes that some democratic voters have adopted where they are now pointing fingers at minorities as the cause for the tangerine's win. Including Muslims. This episode is a PSA for all the furious democrats that want to have a hissy fit. You have a right to be mad at the situation, but get your facts straight Muslims and marginalized groups were not the reason that Trump is back. Please, lecture white people who voted for him in droves. Do not endanger Muslims and Minorities with your online rage. You can also watch this episode on my YouTube channel here: https://youtu.be/JvTg5V9Ep5USupport the showPlease don't forget to follow me here and on social media!
