    “Will I look silly?”That was one of Kay's worries before joining Fruci Fit.She was new to the area in Chippenham.Hadn't exercised for a while. And like a lot of people, had all the normal thoughts before walking in…Will it be too hard?Will I be able to do it?Will everyone else know what they're doing?Will it be cliquey?Will people be friendly?Needn't have worried.Kay said everyone was friendly from the first session.And every session can be adapted.Which is exactly how it should be.Because you don't need to be fit before you start.You don't need to know anyone.You don't need to feel confident on day one.You just need a place where you feel comfortable enough to keep coming back^^ and even look forward to it
