This bill gets rid of mail-in voting, it requires people to register to vote IN PERSON, and they will have to provide "proof" of citizenship in which all names need to match up. So, a married woman who changed her name will not be able to register to vote if she  doesn't also have official documents that verify that change (marriage certificate, divorce decree, name change declaration, etc.).
