Casey Waldrop is an expert in cultivation who graduated from high school in Huston, Texas. Casey gave up a track scholarship to Nebraska so he could move to Hawaii. Between then and 2012 he was involved in growing cannabis more or less for personal use. Casey later met Nurse Heather and CannaKenny in southern Arizona to work as a bud tender and he got involved in assisting patients and expanding his knowledge base. Later on he transitioned to packaging and wholesale, designing new labels and logos, and finally commercial cultivation in Arizona.

Mary Lynn is also the President and Founding member of the American Cannabis Nurses Association (ACNA). She graduated from the College of St. Teresa In Winona, MN in 1975 and began her nursing career in the U.S. Navy Nurse Corps. Earning her MS degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1985 she decided to write her thesis on Marijuana Disclosure to Health Care Professionals. Mary Lynn converted from being a medical–surgical nurse to a certified addictions registered nurse (CARN). She is the editor of Cannabis in Medical Practice: A Legal, Historical and Pharmacological Overview of the Therapeutic Use of Marijuana (1997) and co-editor of Women and Cannabis: Medicine, Science and Sociology (2002). Mary Lynn has authored numerous papers and chapters on medical cannabis as well as several organizational resolutions supporting medical cannabis. She is also a co-host on two weekly radio programs on medical cannabis.
