If you're breathing, you've probably had one of these negative thoughts: I suck, I can never do anything right. What's wrong with me? Why does everybody else know this but me? Today's guest, Coleen Greco, is a compassionate, empathetic, and violently authentic human being. But she wasn't always like that. In many ways, she has been plagued by her own self-defeating thoughts, which she generously shares in this episode. Colleen calls herself a Joyologist. She provides mindset and nutrition coaching, as well as personal training to people who want to reclaim the joy in their life with the SNAP Method™. Note this episode has mentions of suicide. In college, Coleen says she pursued the money. She went for the highest-paying internship, earned an MBA, and started working for EMC, now Dell. She did this for 26 years. “I just woke up one day and realized this is not my life and then made it switch,” says Coleen. “I never got quiet enough with myself to realize I had another option.” Six years ago, her 10-year-old son had a suicide attempt (he was unsuccessful and is now doing well!). Coleen and her family were shattered. They struggled to find help. Coleen says she ate, drank, and gained weight. “In these types of situations, there's very little that you can control, but I can control how I respond to situations,” says Coleen. She says the nutrition coach she was working with didn't see the connection between mindset and food choices. Coleen knew she could do it better. It was through her own healing journey where Coleen realized they had to center everything around joy. Joy became almost an obsession. “It was my choice to just see the beauty in everything, even in the darkest of moments, to be in a place of gratitude for the opportunity to change so much of what was going on,” says Coleen. It's not that it's not painful and not that it's not real, but there's always a next. There is the ability here to choose not only what goes into your body, and how you view that choice. Coleen says the SNAP Method found her. She says when she started writing and thinking through the triggers, she realized if she was telling herself one story, then that means she could tell a different one. It's a battle with the ego that's trying to protect you. When the negative stories come up, and you feel triggered, that's the ego saying, here's the story. Remember, you're not smart enough. You're not good enough. And I have the evidence right here. Breaking the emotional connection to those stories and then retiring those stories is really the power. For Coleen, it was how she kept the weight off. She says food's job is to keep you alive, but we put all these unfair expectations on food, and that's what gets us into trouble. Listen in for more about the SNAP Method and how you can use it to help rewrite the negative thoughts you tell yourself. Looking at where they came from, challenging and analyzing them can help you tell yourself a different story. What would you do if you discovered that your 10-year old son had attempted suicide? Coleen Greco shares her journey of denial, getting real and facing her own personal demons, and now dedicated her life to helping others find their pathway to joy with the S.N.A.P. method. Her story has empowered so many to live in the moment, remove limiting beliefs and discover joy in the smallest of moments. www.coleengreco.com About Coleen Greco: Coleen calls herself a Joyologist and discovered her purpose after her 10 year old son's suicide attempt that shattered Coleen's family into tiny pieces. Despite living in Boston, within miles of some of the world's greatest healthcare providers and facilities, no one would answer the call to support her son - not one doctor or therapist. From that moment on, Coleen and her husband, committed to support their son on a self-guided journey back to optimal health. Today, Coleen shares her message with as many people as possible to alleviate their pain, if only a little, and show them that joy CAN be found amidst crisis and that your trauma does not define you. "Joy is at the center of everything I do. I provide mindset coaching and nutrition coaching to people who feel stuck, unsure of their potential and lack joy to their core." Donna Easton is a Joyologist. What's a Joyologist I hear you shout? It's somebody who is obsessed with the things that make us feel happy and the things we can do to help ourselves to feel more joy in life. In a world of constant change and chaos we could all do with a little more fun and joy in life, so enjoy this episode. Donna outlines the importance of each of us building a baseline in happiness not based on toxic positivity but by creating enough joy in our day to day activities in order to mitigate the challenges and tough times when they inevitably come. Donna has not always been the happiest person in the room. Childhood trauma, rejection within the performing arts, alopecia and other life challenges all pushed Donna into making the decision to dedicate her time and effort to identify what humans can do to create more joy and happiness in a crazy world. All of us have to deal with the inner critic and Donna has called hers 'Crow.' 'Crow' is always reminding Donna that good things should not happen to her and that she is not worthy or competent enough to deal with life's opportunities. Thankfully, Donna has learned how to address what 'Crow' says and still be able to push through and not feel paralysed by the negative thinking. Our inner voice is actually just trying to keep us safe. Donna has created 6 steps of the ELATED System. Everything starts with the practice of Gratitude followed by Energy (how we are showing up for ourself and others) Laughter (find your Wally brian), Access the Creative (connect your body & mind), Try new things, Exist in the Now (with a sense of wonderment) and Do You (in a way that is beautiful and kick arse). Happier people are 17% more productive, but you know that don't you!!!www.mylifeshines.comWatch & Subscribe:

This ‘something' can be another person, food, alcohol, etc. Coleen highlights how codependency ties into our ability, or inability, to be self-sufficient. Coleen opens up about codependency in her own life, including how she was codependent with food and alcohol after her son's suicidal attempt. Coleen emphasizes how it started out so innocently, as do most codependent relationships, and then it led to dysfunction. She also recalls times when she has been codependent with her coaching clients where she went above and beyond when they weren't even committed to the process. Coleen lists common self-defeating thoughts of codependents: I am not good enough, I will do this for others…in order to…, I am not worthy, I can never do anything right, and I don't have time for myself. In order to begin improving our mindset, Coleen emphasizes journaling. In her work as a joyologist, Coleen helps bring joy to her clients lives which codependents often lack. She distinguishes how joy is based on internal validation and how we can have inner peace, know we are okay, and feel in control of our lives since we are rooted within. Coleen walks us through the SNAP Method: Stop, Notice, Accept, and Practice Gratitude. She adds how the SNAP Method plus getting our nutrition in order, incorporating physical fitness, and addressing our mindset can help us have more joy, self-care, and self-love in our lives. In this episode, my favorite Joyologist & Potential Doula, Meghan Calhoun, aka Megs Malloy, talks about her infamous Power Up, a 10-minute exercise of breathing, gratitude, and celebration that is designed to help busy working moms (and basically anyone willing to try it!) reset their nervous systems. With her special gift of bringing joy to others (and helping them learn to bring it to themselves), Megs shares lots of creative inspiration to bring laughter and send heart-shaped vibes into the world. In this episode, she also shares her incredible wisdom around trusting yourself, listening to your intuition, and realizing your inherent worthiness. There are so many nuggets here for listeners who feel like they are on the mommy hamster wheel or want to connect more deeply with themselves. Megs has a super fun podcast called "Don't Just Manifest - Megafest!" and it's available anywhere you listen to podcasts. She also has a nutrition mentoring program called Nutrition as Self Care. And soon, she will be releasing her new course called Slow Down Time for moms who feel like their kids are growing up too fast! (I would have loved that about 10 years ago - I'm so glad she's making it!) The links to all the ways to connect with Megs are below. We hope you enjoy today's show! Bio In 2019, Meghan Calhoun, aka Megs Malloy, was on the brink of working mom burnout. A demanding cemetery sales quota, two toddlers, a drive for perfection, and an inability to ask for help were making her feel like she was one bad day away from a mental breakdown. This stress forced Meghan to find a fast and effective way to cope (because ain't nobody got time for that). That's when she created the Power Up, a 10-minute daily practice of breathing, gratitude, and celebration, to cope with all the drama...from tearful daycare drop-offs to counseling families going through incredible grief and despair. The cemetery job gave Meghan an ever-present reminder that life is short, and it fueled Meghan's career change in 2022 to a Mindset Mentor and Joyologist. Nowadays, Meghan's mission is to help other working moms thrive in the mommy hamster wheel. She teaches women how to calm their nervous system, create awareness and intention, practice boundaries, and cultivate a Shero mindset. Her contagious energy and love of wigs and whoopee cushions inspire moms to notice the little magics in life, be present for moments with their children and remember the importance of always enjoying themselves. I am coming off a weekend at Camp FI which is like summer camp with people who are interested in doing things differently with their life and I must say, I have come to think money is the least interesting thing to talk about and perhaps because I am not motivated by money. Through my own money story and working with and alongside high-net worth individuals I have come to learn that money does not equal happiness. The sooner we can detach our worth and purpose from money I think the higher the odds for contentment and fulfillment. That is certainly not easy which is why I was so excited to have this conversation today. Before I jump into the episode today I wanted to mention that many have asked how they can follow our journey. I have decided that the best place to stay connected will be through our email list and choose the Family Gap Year Adventure topic (and any other topic you are interested in) https://ordinarysherpa.com/subscribe/ I have started a blog and will be sharing some of the stories and deeper learnings of life on the road with 3 kids and a dog and all the real life things that go along with that. I will still be posting on Instagram and will keep the podcast more broad than our gap year, however there will occasionally be episodes highlighting the gap year diaries :). Website for this episode: https://ordinarysherpa.com/104Will you leave Written Review on Apple Podcasts: https://ordinarysherpa.com/review/ Subscribe to the email List: https://ordinarysherpa.com/subscribe/ Tricia Huffman, aka Your Joyologist, is a rock and roll roadie at heart and by first career. She specializes in working with those in the public eye to keep them in integrity with who they want to be while also enjoying the life they are living. She is a mental health and mindset expert known for sharing real talk with heart, calling you to uncover and honor who YOU are, and empowering you to claim your joy daily via her first book (F The Shoulds. Do The Wants.), social media, Claim it! Podcast, Own Your Awesome daily inspiration App, and everything that she does. Key Takeaways Tricia was living her dream as a sound engineer next to musical icons living their dreams of making music. However, her dad died suddenly which shook her more than any anticipated loss. “I wanted to shake people up to be present in their life.” Even people who appeared to have it all, living their dream life struggled with feeling like they were enough and finding daily joy. Tricia was living her dream life - she kept getting pulled back into and loved the identity that came with it - and still had a yearning for “what's next?” Music tour life provided everything for her and offered a built in community of people you love like family in some way. There are also toxic environments. Ironically the bigger tours, bigger venues with bigger artists that she initially defined success by, were actually the most toxic environments. Taking a pause allowed her to go deep into herself. By giving up the word should and changing it to want gave her the power and ability to support others being present to their life. Being present doesn't mean you ignore the struggles of life. It means you recognize the realities of life AND still make space for joy. Even though she lived life on her terms, it was surprising how present the word SHOULD was embedded into her language and because of that, her mentality. In the exercise of eliminating should, she would catch herself and pause, noticing how often she said the word should and was stuck with the question “what can I say instead?” Just paying attention to this one word had her examingin her thoughts, feelings, and truths. Then having the ability to not take that as her truth. Should makes us think outside of ourselves, replacing it with want brought it back to me and owning that thought, feeling or belief. When people notice and work through their should list if often reveals that people might not know what they want. We have such extensive should files so asking “why do I want that?” can help go deeper. Giving yourself the ability to focus on why offers clarity on impact, and why you might want to do the thing or give flexibility and voice to how else you cn do it. In the meditation example - maybe I take 3 deep breaths instead of a focused sitting meditation as an example. We keep ourselves from doing what we want based on what we think it should look like. When things feel stuck, how can I make space for joy OR how can I nurture myself? So often we are pursuing something bigger, and our worth is tied up in that bigger thing. How can you make space to take care of yourself, to nurture yourself, do things that bring you joy and celebrate I am alive today. It seems we are trained to know what fulfillment looks like, but what does it feel like? For me it comes from the small day to day stuff. Walks outside are a strategy to redirect negative energy and practicing how to notice and be present in nature. She has developed Joyology ®, a unique blend of NLP mindset coaching, hypnotherapy, energy work, joy activations, and 80s music. What's not to love? Donna's mission is to “help stuck humans re-awaken the kick-ass, glitter-flinging magical unicorn they were put on this earth to be.” And from what I have experienced, she is the perfect person for this job! In this episode, I spoke to Pat Armistead, the worlds' first joyologist. Often referred to as “Australasias answer to Patch Adams “, Pat embraces good humour, unwavering positivity and creativity in her being and her work. She has a rare capacity to meld her creativity and compassion to champion the human spirit leading people to find joy where it appeared there was none. In this episode, Pat shared with me her path to joy and how she became a 'joyologist' after enduring various traumas. As she elegantly said, she did not learn about joy by studying joy; instead, it is through her lived life experiences of grief, shame and embarrassment, and it is through embracing such emotions, she was able to re-integrate through initial disintegration. Pat also talked about the time when she traveled with the famous Dr Patch Adams as part of his Russia Clown Tour and visited the children in the orphanage. Having experienced first hand the power of laughter and joy, it solidified her vision and purpose of her life-long service to others. Since it is still Feb, I asked Pat what is her take on love. Love is more than just a word, but an action in practice, and most importantly it is an ability to see good in all others. Then on 2020, Pat considered it as a code for perfect vision - as a way to open eyes and to see more clearly within us and around us what works, what does not work and what we truly desire. We are faced with a shared vulnerability, thanks to Covid for the first time in modern history. So it is important for us to hear another, to connect another and to hold the space for another. Lastly, Pat left one key message for us all, and those in leadership in particular - remember that we all lead as mothers, as fathers and as parents. Therefore, lead with an emotional awareness of others so we can make the world a more connected on. My lady Tricia Huffman a.k.a. The Joyologist a.k.a. affirmation queen a.k.a. the shitty thought police (OK, enough of the a.k.a.s, we get it…) is my latest and greatest guest. The woman is more super than a superfood itself and as such, this lil’ chat was even more invigorating than my post-run heaped-with-greens smoothie. Tricia has a background as a sound engineer, has spent so much of her life on the road and pivoted her whole lifestyle to be one focused on joy, positive affirmations, cultivating career success and happiness, and staunchly askewing the word “should” and all that it represents. Her whole *fig*gin jam is to wake people up to the joys that exist RIGHT NOW in their lives. My friend, don’t let these great days perish like wilted romaine lettuce that you forget at the back of your damn fridge! Listen to find out how to fill your life with joy ASAP. Press play to hear: Why “should” is no longer allowed in our vocabulary How affirmations really work Why it’s time to wake up and actually love the life you live What’s a joyologist and why you need one Why no one can make you feel inferior without your consent Don’t wait until you “have it all,” find joy in your life now! Dawn Barton has endured more pain and heartache in her lifetime than Hallmark can fit into a single movie: the loss of a child, divorce, cancer, rape, near-death of her mother from a brain aneurism, the death of her only sibling, and her husband’s substance abuse. But because she experienced such incredible pain, she also knows incredible joy... so much so, this sassy southerner refers to herself as a “Joyologist.” Dawn is a living testament to the belief that joy is possible, even when things seem to be falling apart. Dawn will share her personal journey with us and show us how making the decision to live joyfully is one of the best things you can do for your mental health. A multibillion-dollar direct sales company put Dawn on their Times Square billboard in the summer of 2018. In Dawn’s thirty years of sales and marketing, she has been a top producer at every company she’s worked for. Most recently, she was the #7 Sales Director in Mary Kay when she took a leap of faith and left it all to write her first book, Laughing Through the Ugly Cry. Dawn has been a public speaker for more than ten years, giving talks about cancer, joy, female empowerment, and direct sales. When she’s not encouraging other women to find joy and humor in even the most difficult of circumstances, you can find her living happily ever after in Cantonment, Florida, with her husband, daughter, parents, mother-in-law, two horses, four dogs, and three cats (and a partridge in a pear tree). Tricia Huffman is the founder of Your Joyologist, a platform devoted to calling out shitty thoughts and urging people claim their joy. She’s a rock and roll roadie at heart and spent the first part of her career as a touring sound engineer for music icons like Dolly Parton, Melissa Etheridge, and Jason Mraz. Being in this environment, she saw that everyone, including the people that “have it all” still struggle with feeling fulfilled, worthy, loved, successful and enough. This along with the sudden passing of her father was the catalyst for the creation of her mindset and self-talk platform. And it’s been her mission ever since to inspire others to fully own who they are and claim their joy every single day no matter what. In this episode, she shares why she almost committed suicide at 15 years old and how choosing to live set her on a powerful trajectory to ditch the need to fit in and fully own her truth, her process for intentionally moving through her fears, stories, and uncomfortable feelings so that she can find self-understanding and take action from that place— and her top tips for doing it yourself, why taking “should” out of her vocabulary and replacing it with want changed her life in a massive way, how she got the unique opportunity to tour with Jason Mraz and became his personal wellness + joy guru, and why this kickstarted the beginnings of her business and reputation as the Joyologist, what it looked like for her to take this work and turn it into an online platform with multiple revenue streams, and so much more! Today on the Thriving Beyond Belief podcast, Laura Smith! In the new book, How Sweet the Sound: The Power and Promise of 30 Beloved Hymns from Our Daily Bread Publishing, author Laura Smith takes a fresh look at 30 classic hymns, sharing warm devotional stories and making meaningful connections between these songs of the past and our twenty-first century lives. Do you miss listening to the sweet harmonies of hymns being sung in church? Do you recall precious life memories when a specific hymn encouraged your heart? Hymns will forever be God’s music packed with truth, redemption, and joy, no matter how the times or culture change. There is a reason they still speak to us, generation after generation. How Sweet the Sound marries the past with the present by showing how hymns unite, restore, and re-center God’s children. Each chapter includes the lyrics to a favorite hymn, an interesting modern-day story of how that hymn continues to impact lives, and questions for contemplation. These stories will appeal to those who grew up in church singing from a hymnal, as well as a new generation seeking truth put to music. You’ll enjoy hearing the stories of how hymns have affected other people’s lives as you remember how the hymns you treasure have affected yours. About the Author: Laura L. Smith is a music lover. She grew up singing old hymns in her traditional church, then rushing home to count down the rest of the Top 40 on Billboard’s music charts with Casey Kasem. A best-selling author, Smith speaks around the country sharing the love of Christ with women at conferences and events. She lives in the college town of Oxford, Ohio, with her husband and four kids.

Today on the Thriving Beyond Belief podcast, Dawn Barton! Dawn Barton has endured more pain and heartache in her lifetime than Hallmark can fit into a single movie: the loss of a child, divorce, cancer, rape, near-death of her mother from a brain aneurism, the death of her only sibling, and her husband’s substance abuse. But because she experienced such incredible pain, she also knows incredible joy… so much so, this sassy southerner refers to herself as a "Joyologist.” In her new book, Laughing Through the Ugly Cry:… and Finding Unstoppable Joy, Dawn shares her powerful journey to find hope, joy, and laughter in the midst of even the most unfathomable circumstances. And though her trials were heavy, her words are light—laced with the humor and perspective that keep you laughing, no matter what. “Even in the face of all the things you can’t control – the announcements, the diagnosis, the calls you hoped you’d never get – there’s something you do get to control,” writes Dawn. “Choose to look for joy in the small spaces between fear and confusion, and make that the moral of your story.” Dawn knows the adversity she’s experienced has enabled her to experience joy in a more profound and vibrant way. Laughing Through the Ugly Cry is a beautiful book that will encourage anyone facing difficulty to do so with humor and faith, and to mindfully seek joy no matter how bleak circumstances may appear. “Finding joy in your life does not mean you walk around in a perpetual state of skipping and laughing. It doesn’t mean you are grinning and waving to every single passerby, although that would be fun. It means when you are sitting in the pain, you can take a deep breath and smile because you have one more breath to live.”

“We cannot cure the world of sorrows, but we can choose to live in joy.” —Joseph Campbell We're back for season three and kicking it off strong! New intro, new outro and a great line up of guests....starting off with Steve Wilson! Steve and I have a great conversation about his journey from psychologist to Joyologist and what joyology is all about. He shares some history about how far therapeutic humor has come and how far we have to go. I know you'll dig it as much as I did! Also, I must give a big SHOUT OUT to my brother, Pete Lutz, for re-doing the intro/outro for me. He has his own podcast called the Narada Audio Radio Drama. If you like old time radio shows, check it out on iTunes here! ENJOY! More on Steve... World Laughter Tour, Inc., is the brainchild of psychologist and self-proclaimed “Joyologist” Steve Wilson, who describes his role as “Cheerman of The Bored.” The creation of World Laughter Tour was an idea that came to him during a 1998 lecture tour to India, after participating in the Juhu Beach Laughter Club at the Arabian seaside in Mumbai. In India, Laughter clubs were referred to as ‘Hasya Yoga’. Nevertheless, for Steve Wilson, this first introduction was the spark to initiate a clear vision of bringing Laughter Clubs to the United States, of course with certain adaptations to suit the Western mentality. As he imagined, certain laughter and attitudinal practices could be systematized and taught as a means to influence health and peace, while promoting happiness and longevity. Hence, he sought out to connect with these gurus, recognizing the enormous potential that existed in applying a systematic approach to laughing without using jokes, under the guidance of a trained leader and motivator. Struck by a noble impulse, Steve flew an Indian physician to the United States, whereupon he delivered a series of lectures and demonstrations. The reaction to a laughter exercise program in the U.S. was both startling and telling, growing instant curiosity and support from the participants and the media. With the encouragement of his wife, Pamela, the World Laughter Tour was officially launched in July of 1998. It took about a year to put together the first laughter tour in the USA. Thanks to the generosity and sponsorship of Dr. Valeriana Moeller, president of Columbus State Community College, The World Laughter Tour had a very successful kickoff on May 27, 1999 in Columbus, Ohio. The tour traveled to 14 cities for the next 7 weeks, demonstrating the method to diverse audiences. Since its inception, World Laughter Tour has been recognized as a significant global influence in the practical applications of laughter and humor for health and world peace. Steve Wilson is a very popular and talented Certified Speaking Professional, experienced educator of mental health professionals, member of key professional organizations such as Association for Applied and Therapeutic Humor (AATH), International Society for Humor Studies (ISHS), and the American Humor Studies Association (AHSA), as well as having been the 2010 recipient of the Doug Fletcher Lifetime Achievement Award, and Rire d’Or Golden Laughter Award in 2007 from the French School of Laughter and Well-Being. He still maintains a very active presence in WLT and will often answer phone calls and inquiries, as well as making himself available to trainees, attendees, the media, or other interested parties who wish to speak with him personally. Episode 114 I think one of my favorite parts of this episode with Emily Stulmen Klein is that moment of realizing you are choosing your life. Inspiring entrepreneurial women through laughter and joy is what Dawn is best known for. Her journey is one of strength, bravery and laughter. Despite the pain of losing a child, divorce, rape and stage 3 cancer she has found it is her choice to everyday choose joy.
This week on the podcast I am so so thrilled to introduce you to Dawn Barton. From being a million dollar direct sales producer to leaving it all behind to pursue a calling she felt unqualified for, Dawn is going to share her journey of ups and downs and how she decided to choose JOY through her toughest days. Tricia Huffman's been in the business of real-deal feel-good since way before social media was a thing. And here's what I love most about her: she's all about the rogue affirmations. Most people in the feel-good biz will shower their people with "You Are Beautiful"s and "Abundance Is Yours"s and say see ya. But Tricia? She digs deeper. Tricia Huffman, aka Your Joyologist, is on a mission to inspire you to truly live YOUR life and love yourself through all the ups and downs and curve balls life throws us. While living out her first dream as touring sound engineer she saw that everyone, including the people we think “have it all” don’t feel fulfilled. So she first created her Joyology to keep artists healthy, ground and inspired in body and mind while on tour. She got off the road to make space to become a mother and create her affirmation based product line. She is now a mom of two little girls and works with everyone from Grammy Award winning artists to stay at home moms, to become and commit to the person they know they are capable of being deep down and keep them in integrity with who they want to be in the world, for themselves, and for their families. While this coversation starts with a little bit of a venting session on both our parts, I decided to keep it in because I think it's a GREAT example of productive venting, which is quite different from aimless complaining. Bitching about social media is becoming a "thing" ON social media (lol, the irony), however a lot of what I read simply talks about how annoying and tiring it all is...and places blame on everyone else for the rules we're supposed to follow. But really...who tells us we are "supposed" to follow them? Nope, no one but ourselves. Which leads me to my absolute FAVORITE part of this interview with Tricia: where we dive in and dig deep about how to distance ourselves from our need for validation, and how to take accountability and responsibility even when we feel something is entirely someone else's fault. Tricia knows how it feels to be resistant, and she knows what it means to OWN YOUR AWESOME. But she didn't get there without getting real with herself and examining what was actually getting in her way. Take a listen and let me know what you think! ***we do use a good deal of salty language in this episode*** _______________________________________________ Show Notes: Your Joyologist @yourjoyologist @beingtricia Facebook Own Your Awesome app The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Liked this epiosde and everything WANT is throwing down? Just being able to connect to that and be present in that moment has allowed my emotions to not be all crazy, wild and all over the place but just to be centered in that joyful experience of every single moment.Thoughts on BreathingBreathing is so powerful. We talk about core and a lot of times people think,"Oh I've gotta build that 6 pack abs," but to me, core breathing is what gets the flow from head to toe and it's right centered there in our heart, in our true core. Breathing is actually the letter B in my book and as we breathe through things we can live through things and so breathing is essential, it's core.[show-notes-breathing]Suggested ResourcesBook: A Return to Love by Marianne WilliamsonBook: The Ideal Made Real by Christian D. All you have to do is take a moment to connect and believe in who you are. Stop frantically frenziedly searching out there, because joy isn't lost, it's in you. You can find that through a mindful connection of believing how awesome and powerful you are and what a great purpose you have for being here on this earth.Free Bonus Want more joy in your life?
