In this episode, we're talking real about forgiveness, grudges, and learning to accept the mix of good and bad in life. We often say “forgive and forget,” but let's be honest: we don't really forget, do we? We hold on to hurt, and that affects us not just mentally but physically. Psychologists have shown that holding grudges stresses our bodies, raising cortisol levels and even weakening our immune systems. So how do we find balance? How do we remember the good in people or situations while letting go of the pain they caused?Let's keep our peace and focus on the growth. It's not about pretending the bad didn't happen; it's about protecting our well-being and finding the freedom to let go. This is a reminder that taking the good with the bad is a choice, and it's one that can truly set us free.

"New chapters, same pen" is an expression suggesting that while new experiences or phases of life begin (new chapters), they are being written or lived by the same individual (same pen). This phrase is the idea of continuity and growth, emphasizing that despite changes and new beginnings, the core essence of the person remains consistent. It speaks to the journey of personal evolution, where each new experience builds upon the previous ones, creating a master narrative of one's life. Your chapters are what they are, learn from them and create as many new chapters needed and take opportunities that will be your new story.
We live in a world that constantly bombards us with distractions, information, and endless stimuli. It's easy to get caught up in the chaos or organized chaos for that matter, of our daily lives and we forget to simply stop and observe. But here's the kick: being observant isn't just a passive activity; it's an active engagement with the world and people around us.
My gratitude and prayer to the woman who can benefit from my words and light.
You know, throughout history, women have been at the forefront of promoting peace, and it's not just some coincidence. We bring something unique to the table and boom!—our empathy and compassion. When conflicts arise, we tend to approach them with a deep understanding of the human experience, which can be a game-changer. Think about it, women's nurturing nature creates an environment where communication and collaboration thrive. We excel at finding common ground and building bridges, even in the most challenging situations. It's this kind of approach that can lead to long-lasting, sustainable resolutions. When we advocate for peace, we're not just talking about putting an end to violence. We're talking about empowerment, empowering ourselves and others to speak up and make a difference. We've seen countless examples of women leading nonviolent movements, proving that change is possible without resorting to aggression. And here's the thing, when women are actively involved in peacebuilding, we contribute to the well-being of not just our families and communities, but the whole world. The ripple effect of our efforts reaches far and wide, impacting lives on a global scale. But let's not forget the role peace plays in advancing gender equality. When we embrace peace through a gender-inclusive lens, we challenge the status quo and break down barriers that have held us back for too long. It's about leveling the playing field and making sure all voices are heard. So, let's be real, peace as a woman is powerful, and it's something we should celebrate and embrace. It enriches society, paves the way for a more harmonious and just world, and shows the world that we are forces to be reckoned with. Together, we can create a future where peace reigns, and everyone can thrive. So let's stand tall, lift each other up, and be the driving force for positive change. The world needs our unique perspective, our empathy, and our determination. Let's make a difference and leave a legacy of peace for generations to come.
Giving back is a personal journey, and there are endless opportunities to make a positive impact. It's essential to find causes and ways of contributing that align with your passions, values, and abilities. When you engage in activities that resonate with you, your efforts will be more meaningful, and you'll be motivated to continue making a difference over the long term. Whether it's volunteering your time, donating to a cause, raising awareness, or using your skills to help others, every act of giving back can create a ripple effect of positive change. Start small, be consistent, and remember that even the smallest actions can have a significant impact on individuals, communities, and the world around you. Embrace the journey of giving back, and know that your efforts, no matter how big or small, can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Balance is indeed crucial in many aspects of life. Whether it's maintaining a work-life balance, finding harmony in relationships, taking care of our family, or managing personal well-being, striking a balance can lead to a healthier and more fulfilling life. It allows us to allocate time and energy to various areas of our lives, prevent burnout, and cultivate a sense of overall well-being. By recognizing the importance of balance and making conscious efforts to achieve it, we can enhance our productivity, happiness, and overall satisfaction.
In today's professional industries and personal life, becoming more productive, focused, and driven can become issues. How can we avoid roadblocks and detours as we pursue our objectives and goals? Being able to grow is, in my opinion, the cornerstone of both personal and professional development and the first step toward being the best versions of ourselves. Thus making room for growth. When we make room for growth, we can start to thrive and become productive on our own path in life.

Happiness is a feeling and a good one. You deserve to be happy and in moments you need it the most
Personal boundaries are the limits and rules we set for ourselves within relationships. A person with healthy boundaries can say “no” to others when they want to, but they are also comfortable opening themselves up to intimacy and close relationships. If you have more rigid boundaries, you might: keep others at a distance seem detached, even with intimate partners have few close relationships avoid close relationships If you have more loose or open boundaries, you might: get too involved with others' problems find it difficult to say “no” to others' requests overshare personal information with others seek to please others for fear of rejection Healthy boundaries may include: sharing personal information appropriately (not too much or not too little) understand your personal needs and wants and know how to communicate them value your own opinions accept when others tell you “no” Many of us have a mix of boundaries depending on the situation. For example, you might have strict boundaries at work and more loose ones at home or with family and friends.

Self awareness and mastering yourself. Learning to grow, go where you are celebrated, and connect to like minded beings.
Minding our own business is imperative for growth, peace, and building our own integrity. “Life is easier then you mind your own business.” “A hard thing about business is minding your own.” “Successful people never worry about what others are doing.” When I started minding my own business, my life became so much more peaceful and my growth was on another level. I take responsibility for my own thoughts and actions, and I let other people take responsibility for their own thoughts and actions. I notice that I no longer care to judge anyone and I don't dibble and dabble in drama or other people mess. I don't look to fix people and I'm not people pleasing to make allies. I accept people for who they are, I believe in the art of allowing, and humanity is just that, humans doing what they do with their own knowledge and experience. I am an example to myself and as I work on me, may that goodness flow to inspire others to change and ignite their own fire.
Resetting your life can have an impact on your wellbeing and goals in life. When life feels overwhelming and it feels like it's going 100 mph, we may need a reset. As humans were always doing things and always on the go. We are task and goal-oriented, and this could have a significant impact on you in which you may not be able to focus. This episode can help some people with the reset and reclaiming their lives and energy.
Support can enhance the livelihood of your life. Support comes in various forms and it's up to us to know when we need it and how to obtain it.
Showing up for you just like you would for others and our place of employment.
Loss can happen anytime, any place, and to anyone. Life after loss can cause grief and grieving varies from person to person. Renewing your life and moving on and through the loss takes time, and this episode is meant to address things that could and may assist. You are allowed to grieve and experience what you need to help your healing process. Reaching out for help and support is an act of courage not weakness. People have experience losses and are trucking along and you can too.

They also strengthen communities in other important ways. Frequently, nonprofit leaders, like Terrell, are the voice of the people they serve. Presidential Foundation was organized by Terrell Junious in 2019. This Foundation was established to give back to the community, strengthen & untie the people.
