There can be a drift in friendships because paths diverge of priorities and responsibilities but it doesn't always have to be that way. There's a level of understanding and patience that comes along when those two separate lifestyles come about. Hi Mujeres! Get ready, this episode is long & very personal. We are joined by our closest friends Desiree & Angelina to discuss our spiritual and religious beliefs & where we stand. We open up with an update from a listener after she wrote in about dating her best friend! We understand religion and spirituality is always a touchy subject to share something so personal but with the climate that we are in right now with everyone being divided based on their beliefs, we wanted to talk about ours. You know we're all about acceptance, inclusivity, love and being authentically you and this rings true to us too so we hope you listen with an open mind and an open heart. This episode is not intended to divide us further but to explain that we cannot be put into boxes and labels. We are so diverse and we will never agree on every single thing but that doesn't mean we can't be better together. If you have anything you want us to talk about (anonymously) write in & we will share our thoughts!

Hi Mujeres! We had the honor to have Anthony Sanchez share his story of survival, motivation, determination and fatherhood. Six years ago Anthony survived a motorcycle accident that resulted in a spinal cord injury all while learning he was going to become a new dad. His story is inspiring for everyone and is a reminder that even though we may have a vision of how we're going to live our lives, sometimes that doesn't plan out but it shouldn't break your spirit or give an excuse that you can't be a father or parent. You make adjustments to your life and you adapt to live your life to the fullest. Anthony is a dedicated and very involved father to his daughter and doesn't allow his "disability" to get in the way of that important role. To follow and hear more about Anthony, follow his IG @wheelchairpapi and subscribe to his YouTube channel "Behind The Chair A Sanchez."
