Rob welcomes his friend and fellow Dad Jim on the show to chat with Mark and Liam about the cannabis industry.  An industry which is growing rapidly in the US.  The gang talks about properly educating your children on controversial issues like cannabis and dispelling the taboo nature of topics in general.  While we push for an open dialogue with our children we still have plenty of good laughs in this one!  And if you're planning a trip to Amsterdam, you'll get some experiences from Jim who has visited 5 times! ***AUDIO ISSUES*** Rob here:  Like a dumbass, I accidentally unplugged my microphone with my foot in the middle of recording.  My mic then switched to my laptop, and not my normal microphone when I plug it back in.  I didn't realize I recorded most of episode on a bad mic until I started editing.  I fixed it as much as I could, so hopefully I am not too hard to hear!

Jeff comes on the show to update us all on his expected Twins.  It's a tough tale, but Jeff shares the difficult experience he is currently living.  We then try to boost his spirits with the usual Shedadigans.   ***This episode did have technical difficulties as we were testing a new platform.  Rob's edit makes light of that as best he can and gives you a taste of recording behind the scenes***

Judge helps birth a new segment called:  Can We Stop?  He kicks us off with a rant about words and phrases we think should F off.  Steve, Russ and Rob then contribute to the discussion.  Its an amped episode covering a lot of charged issues like, accountability, cancel culture, but also pivots to metal bands, business buzz words/phrases and the world's sensitivity to words and how it effects us.

Rob welcomes Howie on the show!  A long time friend of Judges, Howie chats with Rob, Judge and Mark about his challenging life as a Dad on the Royal Navy.  He shares that not all parenting is easy especially when being away from home for long periods and sharing custody of his son.  We hear his story of 22 years of parenting, military life and his new business @Grindhou5e71.  Find his business on Instagram!

We hope you enjoy this thoughtful discussion on what many parents deal with on a daily basis.  As you'll hear from Judge, these addictions can sneak up and break you and its important to recognize what matters the most so you can overcome them.  Be supportive. You never if your friends are battling demons behind closed doors. Keep an eye out for Part 2 as we continue Judges story and get more into the happier times with him and his son.
