This week pour yourself a pint of Victoria Bitter and join us in welcoming back the CEO of Aussie Pub Rock: Craig Elvin! This time he's with us live on American soil, so we decided to play a special version of the drinking game we call, “WILD CARD”! Robert and Craig go head-to-head in a game where they try to get points by naming the obscure band that is being played. Of course, we made it more interesting by adding an Aussie twist. This is a heated 10-song battle, so you can only imagine the state our players were in by the end! What is it that we do here at InObscuria? Besides conducting ridiculous game shows, we exhume obscure Rock n' Punk n' Metal in one of 3 categories: the Lost, the Forgotten, or the Should Have Beens. In this episode we take a listen to all 3, as we let our contestants pick a randomly obscure song by the decade in which it was released from a creatively curated playlist. Our good friend Jeremy has been in bands with your hosts; and is an amazing guitarist and all-around music aficionado.Songs this week include:Heavy Pettin' – “In And Out Of Love” from Lettin' Loose (1983) Fair Game – “Keep It Up” from Beauty & The Beast (1991) Thunder Fox – “Every Single Day” from Love At First Sniff (2019) Poster Children – “Dynamite Chair” from Tool Of The Man (1993) Flickertail – “Right Behind The Eyes” from Right Behind The Eyes - single (2019) Thundermother – “Racing On Main Street” from Thundermother (2018) Truck – “Unconventionally Rising” from Exploring The Wah (2022) Royal Crescent Mob – “Mob's Revenge” from Omerta (1987) Dead City Ruins – “In And Out Of Love” from Shockwave (2022) Fishbone – “In The Cube” from Chim Chim's Badass Revenge (1996) Visit us: https://inobscuria.com/https://www.facebook.com/InObscuriahttps://twitter.com/inobscuriahttps://www.instagram.com/inobscuria/Buy cool stuff with our logo on it!: https://www.redbubble.com/people/inobscuria/og-shopCheck out Robert's amazing fire sculptures and metal workings here: http://flamewerx.com/If you'd like to check out Kevin's band THE SWEAR, take a listen on all streaming services or pick up a digital copy of their latest release here: https://theswear.bandcamp.com/If you want to hear Robert and Kevin's band from the late 90s – early 00s BIG JACK PNEUMATIC, check it out here: https://bigjackpnuematic.bandcamp.com/

It's spooky season, folks! Inside the Locker Room returns with another loaded episode in preparation for scary hours this Halloween. After concluding Week 6 of the NFL, the ITLR boys review the good, bad, horrific games of the week. Also, the New England Patriots lose yet another game which adds another "L" to Belichick's losing record without Tom Brady under center. The guys ask the hovering question, "Is time to say R.I.P. to the Belichick era in NFL?" Aside from sports, ITLR celebrates co-host Wes's dirty 30th birthday! We recap a hell of a trip to Nashville and what it feels like to approach a new decade of life. We also talk about deepest fears that we have experienced throughout our lives. Fears of failure, loneliness, and even belonging? The boys tackle another captivating episode for the team. In the 174th episode of The Main Street Electrical Podcast, Jenn & Dave are in the midst of fall travels! In real life, Dave has just returned from Vancouver, while Jenn (and part time host #KylaKylaKyla) has just arrived in London, England for a 10 day adventure! BUT... today's ep was recorded recently, and invites in Friends of the Show THE Derek Frank (Living with the Landspeeder) and the IAmGeek Guys - Ryan, Catron (also part of Living with the Landspeeder) and Chris, for a fun and lively discussion about one of our favorite things... DISNEY MUSIC. This time, it's favorite musical sequences in ANY Disney film - and by "sequence", it's defined as a scene where a character is actively singing the song itself and/or participating in the song (not just a musical montage where action is happening as the song is playing). The chat goes all over, from "Aladdin" favorites to "Beauty & The Beast" music to "Mary Poppins", which of course because Jenn is involved, and somehow, Dave is stalking Amy Adams and also Derek (or someone) nearly curses Dick Van Dyke -- LONG LIVE BERT!!

NYU student Madison Conkle talks about majoring in math and minoring in educational theatre, the classes she is taking that have evolved her perspective on both subjects, and how she is finding ways to combine the two passions to eventually become a teacher. Madison also spoke about how she became an Admissions Ambassador, what she loves about giving tours and interacting with prospective students, and the lengths she goes to get people to laugh at her jokes. Madison also studied abroad in Paris last semester and spoke about her experiences adjusting to some wild allergies and learning about math and French cinema. P.S.
