Part 2 of this insightful episode on Friendship "Friendship is the hardest thing in the world to explain. It's not something you learn in school. But if you haven't learned the meaning of friendship, you really haven't learned anything" Muhammad Ali Such a powerful quote and today's this episode explores friendships and the journey it takes to creating lasting bonds. Building relationships is something i believe we were created to do in this life. Though its not always easy, when you find someone you connect with, it can be a relationship that impacts your life forever. Real friends will challenge you to display empathy, be confidential, be honest and be organic with another human being. Don't make friends who are comfortable to be with. Have you ever been going through situations in your life, where you felt trapped. Your mental health was hanging in the balance of your circumstances. This episode is a personal journal entry, where I discuss a very real time in my life. Worry is a REAL emotion- It can place us in bondage and hinder us from finding our resolution, joy and ultimately our PEACE. Anxiety & Depression are close friends with worry and they love to hang out with our stresses in life... HOWEVER, I'm learning that I can help change my environment, create emotional growth, and possess power over my perspective during my pain. Writing down my emotions and revisiting those entries at a later date, has served to reminded me, I'm stronger than I ever imaged. And So are YOU!!! You are STRONGER than what you are facing... "The Strongest people are not those who show strength in front of us, but those who win battles we know nothing about" Worry is a silent battle that we can contend with behind close doors, but we don't have too. We can use our situations to empower ourselves and others. By simply sharing and being willing to be transparent and open.. You don't have to live in silence. You have victory in your story, in your voice.....just share it and watch what happens
