    Chika Okoro is a marketing executive and colorism expert. In 2015, while getting her MBA at Stanford, she came across a casting call that openly discriminated against dark-skinned Black women. That motivated her to give a TEDx talk raising awareness of the issue of colorism and how women of color can still have self-confidence despite the prejudice in society.
