Another great aspect of The Black Vault Radio is the endorsement of James Foxx's documentary, "The UFO Phenomenon." In this short episode, I breakdown a few documents likely related, describing UFO "material" years after the U.S. government / military's investigation into UFOs known as Project Blue Book. The documents show that within the walls of the CIA, despite the U.S. government's public stance, officials and personnel continued to watch UFO developments. They even reference "material" and something "handcarried" to the office of one of the CIA scientists. What was it? A document? A post it note? Piece of wreckage?

When it comes to Canada - one man has arguably spent more time than anyone digging through that country's UFO files. And his name - is Chris Rutkowski. He became so well known with investigating the unknown, the Canadian government enlisted his help to be their official consultant on UFOs. And he did so... for more than 20 years. Join me, as Chris steps into the Vault to explore what the current situation is with Canada and UFOs, and what has he discovered in the nearly five DECADES of his research.
It appears that my DoD/IG "deep dive" video (see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vZ1F49EDZ5k) into Luis Elizondo's complaint did not sit well to some. In fact, a lawyer appeared in the conversation..
For nearly five years, we've heard the story of Luis Elizondo. After retiring as a senior intelligence officer within the Department of Defense and being a former counter-intelligence agent within the U.S. Army; his efforts and his story have played a crucial role in the change in global conversation about UFOs and UAP. His actions and his story may have even played a role in motivating Congress to create legislation and pursue answers to a pressing mystery. But according to Elizondo, his actions actions didn't come without a cost. According to him, he was faced with "retribution, false information to the public, abuse by government authority and the illegal destruction of information" all by people within the very department he once worked for.
The "Hottel Memo" was written by a Special Agent of the FBI by the name of Guy Hottel, who addressed the memo to the Director of the FBI, J. Edgar Hoover. Now, new documents released to The Black Vault may reveal that the Weapons Systems Officer (WSO) who encounter the craft, and took the video, appeared before Senate staffers in 2019 to brief them on the event.
