Now, with almost 100 agents on her team in 15 cities and 2 countries, she now dedicates her time to outbound referrals and coaching her agents. She's looking to partner with other agents in other markets near an Air Force Base. On the investing front, she used the VA loan to start investing and start a rental portfolio. On June 23, 2025, the prosecution in Sean "Diddy" Combs's federal sex-trafficking and racketeering trial presented compelling evidence during the morning session. Special Agent Joseph Cerciello of Homeland Security Investigations continued his testimony, detailing the logistics of the so-called "freak-offs"—drug-fueled sexual encounters orchestrated by Combs. The jury was shown explicit videos, text messages, and travel records that depicted Combs's involvement in arranging these events. Notably, a voicemail from Combs to his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, requested 20 bottles of baby oil, highlighting the meticulous planning behind these encounters. Additionally, text messages from Combs to a male escort agency revealed his dissatisfaction with the performance of an escort, further illustrating his role in coordinating these activities. The prosecution also introduced messages from "Jane," a former girlfriend of Combs, who testified under a pseudonym. In these messages, Jane expressed feelings of being used and mistreated, stating, "I don't want to be used and locked in a room to fulfill your fantasies." These communications were pivotal in supporting the government's allegations of coercion and manipulation. As the morning session concluded, the prosecution indicated that they expected to rest their case on Tuesday, June 24, with the defense planning to rest without calling any witnesses. Closing arguments are scheduled for Thursday, June 26, with jury deliberations anticipated shortly thereafter.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Live updates: Sean ‘Diddy' Combs trial coverage | CNN

Before lunch on June 17th, the Sean “Diddy” Combs federal trial resumed with a tense start as Judge Arun Subramanian sternly warned both legal teams about the leaking of information from a previously sealed Friday hearing. He emphasized that any further violations of gag or sealing orders could result in civil or criminal contempt charges, holding lead counsel personally accountable for compliance going forward. The judge's remarks set the tone for a morning already thick with tension, as the courtroom braced for more disturbing and explicit government evidence. The prosecution continued its case by recalling FBI Special Agent DeLeassa Penland to the stand, who walked jurors through a collection of phone records and text messages between Combs and his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura. These messages, sent both before and after the alleged 2016 hotel assault, were framed as evidence of Combs's desperation, control, and attempts to manage public fallout.Penland also introduced sexually explicit video footage, referred to as “freak-off” recordings, which showed Combs orchestrating group sex parties. Several jurors—particularly Black female jurors—were visibly unsettled during the viewing, reacting with discomfort and concern. The prosecution supplemented the footage with related evidence, including records of luxury purchases like candles and flights allegedly used to support these events, as well as documentation of hotel damages totaling tens of thousands of dollars. Finally, the government previewed the upcoming testimony of Brendan Paul, a former Syracuse University basketball player turned Combs assistant, who is expected to testify under immunity. Meanwhile, the defense signaled that its case would be brief—potentially only two days—strongly suggesting that Combs himself will not take the stand. This development sets up the possibility that jury deliberations could begin as soon as next week.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Live updates: Sean ‘Diddy' Combs trial coverage | CNN
After the lunch break on Monday, June 16, 2025, testimony resumed with U.S. Special Agent DeLeassa Penland, who continued detailing travel records and communications tied to alleged “freak‑off” encounters. Specifically, she walked the jury through flight itineraries showing that a male escort—identified as Jules Theodore—flew from Los Angeles to New York in December 2009. These arrangements were allegedly made by Sean Combs and paid for using his American Express card registered to Bad Boy Entertainment. The jury also heard text messages between Combs and Jules coordinating the travel and stay at the London Hotel, underlining the prosecution's argument about the orchestration of these encounters.Following that, the focus shifted to financial documentation: the prosecution introduced credit card statements and travel logs tying Combs's business entity to payments for escorts and hotel bookings. These materials were presented to support the trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges—showing evidence of Combs arranging and funding travel and accommodations for escorts. Court then adjourned for the day, with the testimony set to continue the next dayto contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:June 16, 2025 - Day 24 of testimony in the Sean ‘Diddy' Combs trial | CNN

First, the morning opened with testimony from a Homeland Security Investigations agent, Andre Lamon. He told the jury that during the March 2024 raid on Combs's Los Angeles home, agents located a “security room” where firearms, armor-piercing ammunition, and sixteen boxes of AstroGlide lubricant—alongside hundreds of bottles of baby oil—were stored. When questioned by defense attorney Marc Agnifilo, he confirmed this was the only trafficking case in which he had seized lubricant in such quantities. The agent clarified that none of the weapons were scattered around the mansion—they were all contained within that secure area .After the agent's testimony, the prosecution called Jonathan Perez, Combs's former personal assistant, to the stand. Perez detailed his long shifts (initially $85K, later $100K per year) preparing Combs's “king nights”—the so-called “freak-offs”—which involved organizing overnight sex events often featuring sheets, oils, massages, and IV drips. He recounted discovering explicit videos of “Jane” and another man, which he reported to Combs and his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram. Perez also described how Combs began paying Jane's $10,000 monthly rent in 2023 after she resisted attending more of these events—reinforcing the prosecution's narrative of coercion. As the testimony wrapped, the judge moved into a sidebar discussing naming a “very successful rapper” tied to a trip Jane mentioned, and shortly thereafter, the jury was dismissed for a lunch break.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:(1) Live updates: Sean ‘Diddy' Combs' trial continues as Kanye West shows up at court | CNNBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

When Professor Asha Rangappa began posting online about the lessons she was teaching in the Yale University course on Russian intelligence and information warfare, the public took notice. Many reached out for a copy of the syllabus, and began lamenting that they couldn't take her course. This led to the creation of a series of free lessons and presentations for the public through The Freedom Academy – which is Professor Rangappa's popular Substack. In this episode, we unpack key concepts taught by The Freedom Academy, including: how propaganda reaches us; the Alien Enemies Act of 1798; due process; civic literacy; the characteristics of truth tellers; transparency and accountability as pillars of democracy; and what happens when public trust erodes. Our guest is: Asha Rangappa, who is assistant dean and a senior lecturer at Yale University's Jackson School of Global Affairs and a former Associate Dean at Yale Law School. Prior to her current position, Asha served as a Special Agent in the New York Division of the FBI, specializing in counterintelligence investigations. Her work involved assessing threats to national security, conducting classified investigations on suspected foreign agents and performing undercover work. While in the FBI, Asha gained experience in electronic surveillance, interview and interrogation techniques, firearms and the use of deadly force. She received her law degree from Yale Law School where she was a Coker Fellow in Constitutional Law, and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Juan R. Torruella on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She is admitted to the State Bar of New York (2003) and Connecticut (2003). Asha has published op-eds in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post among others and is currently a legal contributor for ABC News. She is on the board of editors of Just Security and a member of the Council of Foreign Relations. She created the popular Substack called The Freedom Academy. Our host is: Dr. Christina Gessler, who is the producer and show host of the Academic Life podcast. She holds a PhD in history, which she uses to explore what stories we tell and what happens to those we never tell. She works as a developmental editor for scholarly projects. Send us a textWelcome back for the conclusion of my interview with Professor, bestselling Author, and Retired ATF Special Agent Jay Dobyns. If you're enjoying this episode, you'll love my interview with ATF Special Agent Ken Croke from episode 120, where he chats about his deep undercover mission taking down the outlaw motorcycle gang, The Pagans. I thought it would be interesting to get a different perspective on these clubs by interviewing the former president of the Ventura Hells Angels, George Christie. That interview will go live next Sunday!Jay Dobyns spent over two decades as a federal agent embedded in the dark heart of America's violent crime, participating in more than five hundred undercover missions targeting gun runners, narcotics traffickers, explosives manufacturers, murder-for-hire schemes, and vicious gangs.Jay's most infamous case—a landmark infiltration of the Hells Angels motorcycle gang—changed the face of undercover work forever, earning him international recognition.Jay's story is more than headlines and danger. It's about the cost of service to others, the toll on identity, family, and mental health, and how to rise from it stronger. In today's episode we discuss:· Attempting to be a good dad and father, while you were undercover. How did you and your family deal with all of that? · Sunny Barger, who he was and Jay's relationship with him.· What kind of bike the ATF gave Jay. Why only Harleys or maybe Indians?· Mafia on two wheels?. · What is the filthy few?· What happened at Laughlin?· His informant, Pops, and Black Biscuit.· Deep undercover, the effects on him and his family. ATF help? Debrief after the case?.· How did you leave UC work??· A surfing Hells Angel?· How close he came to losing his own identity.· His advice for someone who wants to do deep UC work.· The book, No Angel: My Harrowing Undercover Journey to the Inner Circle of the Hells Angels. Why write it and how did the process of writing the book affect him?Learn more about Jay Dobyns and his books on his website!Check out the new Cops and Writers YouTube channel!Check out my newest book, The Good Collar (Michael Quinn Vigilante Justice Series Book 1)!!!!!Enjoy the Cops and Writers book series. Please visit the Cops and Writers website. What would you do if you lost the one you loved the most? Big Breakdown: Bryan Kohberger Delay Tactics Broken Down By Psychotherapist & Ret FBI Special Agent In this gripping episode of the Hidden Killers Podcast, Tony Brueski is joined by retired FBI Special Agent Jennifer Coffindaffer, psychotherapist Shavaun Scott, and defense attorney/former prosecutor Eric Faddis to break down the most chilling and revealing updates in the Bryan Kohberger case—following Dateline's explosive new report. We dive deep into the disturbing forensic and behavioral revelations that point directly at Kohberger. Jennifer Coffindaffer unpacks what the alleged carving into Ethan Chapin's body could say about the killer's psychological profile, while Shavaun Scott explores themes of narcissistic rage, compulsive voyeurism, and the disturbing porn search history allegedly linked to the suspect. Was this about power, control, or sexual dominance? The experts give their insights. Eric Faddis dissects the strategic timing behind the defense's latest “Motion to Continue” and explains why claims of jury taint from Dateline's special are unlikely to hold up in court. He also walks us through how the defense might be posturing now for a future death penalty appeal—more than an actual acquittal strategy. Plus, we break down Kohberger's bizarre behavior, like his post-crime phone calls to his parents, the infamous thumbs-up shower selfie, and his possible fascination with BTK. Is this just a wannabe killer trying to make a name for himself—or something darker? This panel-based episode offers a no-spin, multi-expert perspective that unpacks the legal strategy, forensic data, psychological cues, and the impact of media on the upcoming trial. Technology is a double-edged sword. It can empower us, connect us, and solve problems, but it can also be used to exploit, manipulate, and harm. When it comes to protecting children online, that line gets especially thin. Digital forensics, AI-powered image classification, and global law enforcement collaboration are now essential tools for keeping families safe in a world that moves faster than most of us can keep up. Debbie Garner knows this world intimately. She's a retired Special Agent in charge with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and former commander of the state's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. For years she led efforts to track down online predators and bring justice to survivors. These days she's working in the private sector, serving on the boards of Raven and Revere Technologies, pushing for smarter tech solutions and stronger training to support those still on the front lines. In this episode we talk about the growing problem of online child exploitation, the reality of underfunded cybercrime units and the ways technology is being used to fight back. Whether you're a parent, an educator or just someone who cares about kids online, you need to hear this. Show Notes: [00:58] Debbie shares her law enforcement background over 30 years. She even worked undercover buying crack! [02:19] She spent the last 8 years of her career as the Supervisor Special Agent in charge of GBI's Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit. [02:45] Now that she's retired from law enforcement, she works in the private sector with technology companies. [05:36] It's become her passion, even in retirement, to help those who are victims of exploitation. [07:09] Most children are victimized by someone they know. There's also plenty of predators online. [08:55] There are multiple organizations that work on child exploitation investigations. [10:53] People in law enforcement do tend to prioritize these types of crimes. [12:12] We talk about how the investigations begin. [13:53] Cases have increased from 2400 tips a year to over 30,000. [15:17] There's never enough technology to keep up with the increase. [16:41] RAVEN is a lobbying group to request additional funding from Congress. [18:33] With over 30,000 tips last year Georgia made over 450 arrests. [22:13] There's now technology that will help find CSAM on phones. There are also some amazing investigations on the dark web. [25:15] OSINT is helping investigate and it's a collaborative community. [27:55] Channels to report exploitation. Start with the platform, then National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and law enforcement. [31:34] Don't put images on the internet. Websites like Take It Down can help with images of underage people and Take It Down can help adults. [33:43] Always mention if the person is underage when you make a report. [34:10] Talk to your kids and start early with age appropriate conversations about CSAM. Thanks for joining us on Easy Prey. Be sure to subscribe to our podcast on iTunes and leave a nice review.
