It began on a summer night in 2011, when someone in the vehicle noticed three odd lights overhead. Curious, one of the occupants stepped out of the vehicle and looked up. In 2013, he published, "Unidentified: the UFO Phenomenon," providing new details on the phenomenon. His latest book is "UAPs and the Nuclear Puzzle" (2023.) In 2010, he co-sponsored a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington DC where he and six other ex-military witnesses testified to the propensity of UFO incidents at US nuclear weapons bases. In May 2013, he participated in the Citizen's Hearing on Disclosure at the National Press Club, Washington DC. In October 2021, he organized another press conference with three other ex-military witnesses on the connection between UAP and nuclear incidents. In June 2022, he testified to a special session of the Senate in Brazil. In February 2023, he made a full presentation to AARO about the 1967 Malmstrom Incident. In September 2023, he testified to the House of Deputies Legislature.
