The mine's advancement to Level 960 encounters wider ore bodies with silver grades of 80-90 grams per tonne and zinc content of 2.5-3.5% across the 2,800-tonne-per-day operation.In Bolivia, the Bolivar mine is recovering from 2025 flooding through systematic dewatering infrastructure that increased capacity to over 700 litres per second—five times pre-flooding levels and nearly double peak flood conditions. Fourth quarter 2025 production showed quarter-over-quarter silver increases as access to flooded veins improves, whilst development work necessitated by the flooding discovered new high-grade veins creating unanticipated exploration upside.Near-term production catalysts include the Soracaya project targeting full permitting by June-July 2026 with production commencement in the fourth quarter, utilizing existing Bolivian milling infrastructure for low-capital-intensity cash flow generation. The Esperanza mine at the Caballo Blanco complex approaches commercial production as the third operating mine within that group, leveraging existing infrastructure for brownfield expansion.The Bolivian operating environment transformed following the 2025 election of President Rodrigo Paz, whose administration declared mining a strategic industry and announced constitutional reforms to encourage foreign investment. As Bolivia's largest underground mining company, Santacruz occupies a prominent position during this regulatory evolution, with improved political conditions creating potential M&A opportunities whilst reducing political risk for existing operations.The January 2026 NASDAQ listing provides strategic access to US institutional investors and family offices, expanding the investor base beyond Canadian venture shareholders whilst early trading data demonstrates volume improvements. Arturo Préstamo Elizondo, Executive Chairman and CEO of Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. (NASDAQ:SCZM) (TSX.V:SCZ) (FSE:1SZ), joins me to highlight  their uplisting onto the Nasdaq exchange in the US in January, and to delve into the details of Q4 2025 operational results across their portfolio of producing mines in Bolivia and Mexico. We also review a few of the key growth initiatives that the company has slated for 2026 at multiple projects.   On January 21st the Company announced it would commence trading at the market open Nasdaq Capital Market, under the symbol “SCZM.”  We discussed how this big board US listing will increase transparency and liquidity to an expanded American shareholder base, and he explains the rationale for going with the NASDAQ over the NYSE was because they are a growth-oriented company.   Q4 2025 Production Highlights: Silver Equivalent Production: 3,739,019 silver equivalent ounces Silver Production: 1,343,607 ounces Zinc Production: 23,846 tons Lead Production: 3,000 tons Copper Production: 287 tons   During Q4 2025, Santacruz delivered a solid quarter-over-quarter improvement in consolidated production, and a 34% increase in silver equivalent production compared to Q3 2025.   This was led by a meaningful recovery at the Bolívar mine, and supported by strong performance at Caballo Blanco, Zimapán, and San Lucas. At Bolívar, the Company is beginning to see the benefits of the recovery efforts at the high silver-grade Pomabamba and Nané veins following the May 2025 flooding event, which resulted in higher production throughput, and improved operating conditions. However, access to the highest-grade areas remained partially constrained, and recovery activities continued throughout Q4 2025, with a full recovery expected over the course of 2026.     Next we moved over to the low-cost Caballo Blanco Group of mines, which is the lowest cost and thus highest efficiency of their operations.  Colquechaquita and Tres Amigos are the 2 producing mines, but Arturo mentioned that the Company has been working to bring the Esperanza Mine back into production by late February or early March, and that it should be a profitable smaller zinc-forward mine in this Caballo Blanco complex moving forward.   Their Zimapán Mine in Mexico will be another area of growth for Santacruz Silver in 2026, after capital investment last year into plant equipment and improving mine efficiencies and metals recoveries.   Additionally, the operations team finally gained access to the high-grade 960 Level of the Zimpan Mine at the end of Q4, and so this will be a more significant contributing area of production starting in Q1 2026 and for several years.   Next we shifted over to the high-margin San Lucas Group Lucas feed sourcing business (which now includes ore blended from the Reserva Mine, previously part of the Caballo Blanco complex). Arturo highlights how the San Lucas metals sales helped offset the lower silver production at the Bolívar Mine in both Q3 and Q4, and it will continue to be a strong contributing business unit, providing a great defensive and growing asset inside of their overall portfolio.   Another key project that will help the company grow production, starting in late 2026, is the Soracaya Project.  Soracaya is a high-grade, silver-rich project, featuring mineralization along reactivated faults with replacement and brecciated sulphides, geological characteristics typical of some of the world's most productive silver deposits. (TSXV: SCZ) (OTCQX: SCZMF) (FSE: 1SZ), joins me to reiterate their decision to uplist onto the Nasdaq exchange in the US in early 2026, and to delve into the details of Q3 2025 financial and operational results across their portfolio of producing mines in Bolivia and Mexico.   On October 28th, the Company announced that it has applied to list its common shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market (NASDAQ); as a significant milestone in Santacruz's growth strategy. We discussed how a big board US listing will increase transparency and liquidity to an expanded American shareholder base, and he explains the rationale for going with the NASDAQ over the NYSE. Santacruz Silver paid off their loan to Glencore in September, and is generating record revenues at current metals prices; so they are in a totally different financial position than a pre-revenue junior resource stock that goes through a share consolidation. The only real change will be a higher share price and a reduced number of outstanding shares post-consolidation, simply to meet the NASDAQ listing requirements.   Q3 2025 Highlights (noted in US dollars)   Revenues of $79.99 million, a 2% increase year-over-year. Gross Profit of $20.17 million, a 28% increase year-over-year. Net Income of $16.34 million, a 7% decrease year-over-year. Adjusted EBITDA of $19.51 million, a 67% increase year-over-year. Cash & Marketable securities of $59.23 million, a 225% increase year-over-year. Working Capital of $69.20 million, a 186% increase year-over-year. AISC per silver equivalent ounce sold of $35.62, a 30% increase year-over-year.  This increased AISC was temporary for this quarter due to brief change currency FX exchange rates, Bolivar dewatering initiatives and reduces production in the quarter, and the development investment at the 960 level at Zimapan. Silver Equivalent Ounces produced of 3,424,817, a 30% increase year-over-year.   Arturo guides us through a comprehensive review of all their producing operations starting off addressing how Q3 captured the largest impacts of the water inflow event that first occurred at the Bolívar Mine in May 2025. Since then, their operations team has strengthened the pumping system at Bolívar, with the fourth line commissioned in September and then the installation of a fifth submersible line in Q4; which together have increased total pumping capacity to 340 liters per second (l/s). These improvements are facilitating the gradual dewatering and recovery of the affected zones in the Bolívar mine and production is ongoing. The Company expects production from the high-grade Pomabamba and Nané vein areas at Bolívar to resume in February 2026 and ramp up steadily through the remainder of the year.   Next we reviewed the strategic importance of the small but high-margin Porco Mine, giving the company a foothold and good visibility to the Potosi mining district.  Then rounding out the review of Bolivian assets, we moved over to the low-cost Caballo Blanco Group of mines and the high-margin San Lucas Group Lucas feed sourcing business (which now includes ore blended from the Reserva Mine). Arturo highlights how the San Lucas metals sales helped offset the lower silver production at the Bolívar Mine in Q3, and will do so again in Q4, providing a great defensive and growing asset inside their portfolio.   In Mexico, Zimapán continued to deliver stable production, reflecting consistent plant throughput and recoveries. Arturo Préstamo Elizondo, Executive Chairman and CEO of Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. (TSXV: SCZ) (OTCQX: SCZMF) (FSE: 1SZ), joins me unpack the decision to uplist onto the Nasdaq exchange in the US, and to delve into the details of Q3 2025 operational results across their portfolio of producing mines.   On October 28th, the Company announced that it has applied to list its common shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market (NASDAQ); as a significant milestone in Santacruz's growth strategy. We discussed how a big board US listing will increase transparency and liquidity to an expanded American shareholder base, and he explains the rationale for going with the NASDAQ over the NYSE.  In connection with the proposed listing, the Company will seek shareholder approval at the upcoming AGSM for, among other things, a consolidation of its common shares to meet Nasdaq's initial listing requirements, which include a minimum bid price of US$4 per share.    We discussed that the share consolidation is for a positive reason and for listing requirements, which is much different than when cash-starved juniors typically roll back their shares to initiate further series of dilutive financings.  Santacruz Silver paid off their loan to Glencore in September, and is generating record revenues at current metals prices; so they are in a totally different financial position than a pre-revenue junior resource stock. Their motivation for the share consolidation is merely to meet the NASDAQ listing requirements.   We also get into a comprehensive review of all producing operations, as well as discussing future growth through exploration around current mines, development of Soracaya, and the potential for accretive acquisitions. Santacruz Silver operates 1 mine in Mexico, and 5 mines, 3 mills, and an ore feed-sourcing and metals trading business in Bolivia, as an emerging mid-tier silver and base metals producer. On November 3rd, Santacruz Silver reported its Q3 2025 production results from its Bolívar mine, Porco mine, Caballo Blanco Group of mines and the San Lucas Group (which includes the Reserva Mina) and the San Lucas feed sourcing business, all located in Bolivia, and the Zimapan mine located in Mexico.   Q3 2025 Production Highlights: Silver Equivalent Production: 3,424,817 silver equivalent ounces Silver Production: 1,241,929 ounces Zinc Production: 21,581 tonnes Lead Production: 2,603 tonnes Copper Production: 331 tonnes   During Q3 2025, Santacruz maintained steady consolidated production, supported by strong operational performance from Caballo Blanco and San Lucas, which helped offset the lower silver production at the Bolívar mine. This third quarter captured the largest impacts of the water inflow event that first occurred at the Bolívar Mine in May 2025. Since then, their operations team has been actively working on strengthening the pumping system at Bolívar, with the fourth line commissioned in September and the installation of a fifth submersible line underway, which together will increase total pumping capacity to 340 liters per second (l/s). Arturo Préstamo Elizondo, Executive Chairman and CEO of Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. Santacruz Silver operates 5 mines, 3 mills, and an ore feed-sourcing and metals trading business in Bolivia, along with 1 mine in Mexico, as an emerging mid-tier silver and base metals producer.   We kick things off with a review of the news out October 7th which announced the initiation of development activities and the pursuit of full production permitting at their wholly-owned Soracaya Project; located in the Potosí Department, Bolivia. These activities mark a key step toward advancing the Project to a production decision. With the preliminary mine plan in place and the permitting process underway, Soracaya is emerging as a cornerstone growth project for Santacruz Silver in Bolivia.   Soracaya is a high-grade, silver-rich project, featuring mineralization along reactivated faults with replacement and brecciated sulphides, geological characteristics typical of some of the world's most productive silver deposits. Since 1999, more than 29.6 km of drilling across 90+ holes has provided extensive geological data, supporting robust resource modeling and preliminary mine planning.     Additionally, Glencore already put in the decline to access the high-grade veins, so there are some distinct brownfield site infrastructure advantages already in place. An internal study was completed by Glencore with an estimated capex of ~US$40MM for construction of a processing plant and tailings facility. Mine plan today envisions a roughly 12-year mine life with the idea to process about 850-1000 tonnes per day of material through the proposed mill.  Arturo outlined that Soracaya's high-grade resource, strategic location in Potosí, and synergies with existing operations and the teams experience as underground miners give them confidence in its ability to deliver long-term value for shareholders and stakeholders alike.   We also discuss the permitting process, along with the regional Potosí District and mining history, as well as the national election and constructive political developments inside of Bolivia.   Their team is now currently increasing exploration and development work around the Bolivar and Porco Mines in Bolivia, to expand resources and extend mine life. The Wall Street Journal recently reported on how the United States military encouraged belief in UFO mythology to divert attention away from their top secret programs. A recent Popular Mechanics article referenced the story, stating, “What began as a clever cover story quickly became a tangled web of rumors, secrecy, and unexpected consequences.” However, the UFO mythology did not begin as a “clever cover story” at all; these stories are as antiquated as ancient human history. Furthermore, it's been part of the of the mythology that governments and militaries have fabricated stories to cover up secret programs. This is not new. The pentagon loses hundreds of billions of dollars, has a history of spending tens of millions on useless projects, and hundreds of millions on mysterious and elusive psychic programs. Yet, we are to believe, based on the 2017 NYT report, that they've only spent $21 investigating UFOs. Now we are to believe that beyond that, the Pentagon has made up all the UFO mythology to cover up their own secretive programs. We also know that companies like Boeing, for all intents and purposes, will assassinate quality control experts, but we are expected to believe that something as high level as classified technology being disclosed would not result in the same sort of dealings. In other words, all of this exposure, the stories told to Congress, they are nothing more than another layer of disinformation and misinformation. The door has been opened, and the Trojan UFO has been let inside, and with clowns dancing around it, the entire subject has been made an even bigger joke today than it ever has been. Whatever the story is, agencies, officials, and the military have given you a fake disclosure and retaken the UFO narrative.
