Kunne dette vært en en julefilm, og er hesten egentlig et symbol på Isak eller Grant?Vi prøver å nøste opp i trakant-dramaet som oppstår, men sliter med å nynne sangen fra filmen, som tidligere satt på hjernen. Vi var begge enige om at filmen har et godt julebudskap, men litt mindre enige om hvem hesten er et symbol på.På engelsk heter den "Kitchen stories", men vi føler den norske tittelen på filmen "Salmer fra kjøkkenet" er mere fengene. In 2013 Bent was awarded the Norwegian Amanda Honorary Award for his complete work. After graduating from the National Academy of the Arts in Oslo in 2003 Pål Sverre Hagen has played major roles in both Scandinavian and International films, for which he has received several awards and accolades. He is perhaps best known for his roles in Troubled Water, Kon-Tiki, In Order of Disappearance, Amundsen and the TV series Exit. He is also an award-winning stage actor. Amongst his 2020 releases are drama comedy Diana's Wedding, Halo of Stars alongside Lily Collins, Holliday Grainger and Lukas Haas. Hagen achieved world-wide recognition for portraying Thor Heyerdahl in the epic historical feature Kon-Tiki directed by Espen Sandberg and Joachim Rønning, about the 1947 Kon-Tiki expedition. He received an Amanda Award for his role and the film was nominated for an Academy Award and a Golden Globe Award. In 2013 he starred in fantasy adventure Ragnarok. Denne uka tar Ina, Karin og Hannah for seg noen av filmene til den noe ukjente (for oss) norske regissøren Bent Hamer. Vi snakker om Eggs fra 1995, Salmer fra Kjøkkenet fra 2003, 1001 Gram fra 2014 og den nyeste filmen The Middle Man fra 2021.

El noruego Bent Hamer se atrevía con la obra de Bukowski, Factótum, sin duda la mejor adaptación hasta la fecha del mundo de Bukowski, de ese genio, de ese borracho, de ese loco, os golpeamos directamente al mentón con uno de sus poemas para saber de qué estamos hablando: CULMINACIÓN DEL DOLOR de CHARLES BUKOWSKI. Oigo incluso cómo ríen las montañas arriba y abajo de sus azules laderas y abajo en el agua los peces lloran y toda el agua son sus lágrimas. oigo el agua las noches que consumo bebiendo y la tristeza se hace tan grande que la oigo en mi reloj se vuelve pomos en la cómoda se vuelve papel sobre el suelo se vuelve calzador ticket de la lavandería se vuelve humo de cigarrillo escalando un templo de oscuras enredaderas. poco importa poco amor o poca vida no es tan malo lo que cuenta es observar las paredes yo nací para eso nací para robar rosas de las avenidas de la muerte. Esto es Charles Bukowski, un escritor de la calle que escribe para gente de la calle, de perdedores, de gente que no encaja, de ti, de mi, de la vida, del mundo en definitiva. Factótum es una oda al alcohol, con toda la irreverencia y toda la verdad, en cada sorbo, en cada trago, ecos de Li Po, de Omar Khayyam... El alcohol es una sinfonía, un calmante, un instrumento para sobrevivir, para escribir....no desmerece las visiones del alcoholismo de Días de vino y rosas (1962. B. Edwards) y Días sin huella (1945. Wilder), un mundo real en una realidad tan sucia y sórdida que apabulla, sólo hay que darse una vuelta por la ciudad y ese mundo que describe Bukowski, que vive Chinaski, aparece, está aquí, a la vuelta de la esquina, en el bar que hay al lado de tu casa... Los seguidores de Bukowski nos conocemos nada mas vernos, como los drogadictos, que sólo al echarse un vistazo identifican al otro, saben que son adictos, con una simple mirada, a mi me gusta pensar que también los fans del viejo cartero nos identificamos al instante, tenemos una hermandad, con solo mirarnos a los ojos...y ver ese fuego, que sólo una copa consigue apaciguar.... Un desprecio por el trabajo, por vivir las vidas que otros te dictan bajo sus normas, por dedicar tu tiempo para que otros se enriquezcan.... el alquiler, el coche, una casa, que para cuando esté pagada (si no te desahucian antes), no quedará nadie para vivir en ella, solo la sombra de lo que una vez puedo ser un Hombre... Vivió y murió sin renunciar a su arte, o mejor dicho, por su arte, por su vida. Recomendar la novela "La Senda del Perdedor", el complemento perfecto para Factótum, pues nos muestra la génesis de Chinaski, su niñez y adolescencia, sus relaciones con los padres, el instituto, sus problemas existenciales que forjaran al Chinaski que vemos aquí, ahora lo entendemos, quizás demasiado bien, tal vez es sólo un ser demasiado sensible....para un mundo demasiado cruel. Sin olvidar el maravilloso documental "Born Into This" de John Dullaghan que desnuda al viejo poeta, dónde recorremos su vida y su obra con una sonrisa, una copa, unas lágrimas y toda la poesía de este viejo que era su propio Dios. Hay que rendirse ante la interpretación de un Dillon que está perfecto, derrotado pero erguido, conmocionado pero lúcido, acompañado de la maravillosa Lili Taylor y la no menos inquietante Marisa Tomei, todo ello regado por la banda sonora de la noruega Kristin Asbjørnsen, que nos regala placidez y sensualidad a partes iguales. Tal vez la vida cobre sentido conforme la vamos escribiendo, quizás sólo sea eso, una pulsión de supervivencia.....no se rindan, otro asalto más, aún no he oído la campana. Ya sabeis lo que decía Nietszche: "Aquel que tiene un "¿por qué?" para vivir se puede enfrentar a todos los "cómos". A la dirección José Miguel Moreno, contertulios Concepción Garrucho, Raúl Gallego, Gervi Navío y vomitando literatura y cine entre dos taxis, nuestro crítico César Bardés.
