In this episode of the Absolute Strength Podcast, Derek and I answer your questions! Sit back, relax, and enjoy!   Questions on the show: Hey Kyle and Derek!  I love the show. I'm 60 years old and have been lifting for 30 years.  The first 10 years or so I lifted for strength and the last 20 have been more hypertrophy style lifting. ( I also moved furniture for a living) I've taken breaks here and there for other life events but it's been 4 or 5 days a week for most of that time. Ive gone back to some strength training but I've  had to reduce the weight of my squats and deadlifts a bit lately because of a twinge I keep getting in my back and I believe I've maxed my genetic potential. Any advice to an older lifter that just wants to maintain my strength and fitness but doesn't want to wreck his back?  Lighter weights or should I do alternative lifts I've been following a couple of generic strength programs for the past year, but I feel like I need something tailored to my weaknesses. How do I know when it's time to adjust my programming, and what changes should I prioritize? Hey guys, I want to get stronger, but I also don't want to lose my conditioning. I guess you could say I want to do hybrid-style training. How do you recommend balancing strength work with cardio without sacrificing gains? I've been lifting for a while now, but I'm not sure if I should invest in a belt, knee sleeves, or wrist wraps. At what point should I start using lifting equipment, and how do I know what's best for me? I just bought a new house, and I'm looking to build a home gym, but I have limited space and budget. What are the essential pieces of equipment you'd recommend to cover all my strength training needs? I'm considering moving up a weight class for my next powerlifting meet. How should I approach gaining weight without sacrificing my strength-to-weight ratio?     Sign up for the newsletter: The FREE Essential Strength Program The FREE Hunt Fitness Flexible Dieting Manual   Hire Kyle as your coach: http://www.kylehuntfitness.com/services/   Connect with Kyle: KyleHuntFitness@gmail.com http://www.kylehuntfitness.com/   Connect with Derek: @DerekCharlebois https://www.prbreaker.com/   Programs: Powerbuilding: Absolute Progress 2.0 Powerlifting: Absolute Strength 3.0 Bodybuilding: Absolute Muscle Get 10% OFF PR Breaker Supplements: DISCOUNT CODE: "HUNT" at https://www.prbreaker.com/discount/HUNT

Lots of questions about trusting factory presets over creating hunt programs from the start. I have some pretty strong opinions about this topic and I have seen a lot of new Detectorists make a few mistakes in setup over go with.  Sorry for those of you that came back thinking this is another Podcast. The Mr. zero and one's Producer had his zero and one sensibility rattled that I changed the episode number to match the QT and not the layout. :-) He won.

Yet breakfast is such an easy thing to do and reap benefits! It could be as simple as a hard boiled egg, zone perfect bar, whey protein drink, muffin, fruit, cottage cheese, yogurt, or even toast with butter.Need ideas?
