Because let's be honest: things are weird out there. Between the economy, politics, and everything in between, it's easy to feel like we're being tossed around in a storm we didn't sign up for. Let your body know: “I am safe right now.” Before reacting to someone, ask: “How might they be doing their best?” It'll change the tone—and the outcome—of your conversation. OS i Paris är väldigt nära och de flesta Olympierna är i sista förberedningsfasen inför att få prestera på den största idrottsarenan som finns. Tyvärr blir så inte fallet för åtta friidrottare som trots inbjudan från IOK och tillräckligt hög världsranking får stanna hemma. Sveriges uttagningsprocess sägs vara bland de hårdaste i världen, allt som oftast väljer ledningen att fälla snarare än fria när det kommer till idrottare som kanske inte har med den absoluta medaljstriden att göra. I veckans avsnitt pratar vi med Elmar Engholm och Lovisa Lindh.
