Macho Man Jake makes an appearance on the podcast! We tell a story from Mexico of a stabby jealous lover. Then, we visit Michigan Bill who might be one of Macho Man's opponents... Actually, it's a new bill proposed by the state of Michigan to recuperate money if/when a new officer leaves to go to a different agency. We find out that Georgia has really pigeonholed themselves into what kind of paper targets they can and can't use when doing firearms practice (so dumb). We find out you can bring all sorts of emotional support animals on airplanes, such as horses, pigs, ducks, peacocks and many others. A lady puts this rule to the test on a cross-country Delta flight. Stories From Them Skreets: - A bomb at a hotel and thinking outside the box - A suicidal jumper at a hospital - A crazy guy waving an uzi around in the downtown district - Two different stories about self-redactions that seemed out of the norm - Jake gets flagged down on reports of a child abduction - A nudist trespasser - Fits arrests a dude who wouldn't stop spitting... for 8 hours straight - Prison rape - Fits tells the story of when he worked at the prison and met a dude nicknamed "Maglite" Fits plays the role of Game Maker and pits Joce vs Jake in this edition... someone is sleeping on the couch tonight The Savage of the Week: The anonymous Marine Colonel/Police Officer who saved multiple children from sex trafficking Always remember, Stay Savage www.domesticatedsavages.com
Dom welcomes Philadelphia mayoral candidate Allan Domb back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss a story that came out this week on Ralph Cipriano's BigTrial Substack that tells the story of Allan Domb's experience the night of the George Floyd riots. Dom retells what he told Cipriano, explaining that he was down the shore watching everything unfold on TV when he saw the first police car flipped and torched around 5:30PM, giving him cause to get in his car with a Maglite and his City Council hat to go help defend local businesses. Domb takes us through the evening, even reading back a text message he sent to Mayor Kenney requesting that he call in the National Guard, shining light on the leadership he'd bring to Philadelphia if something similar were to happen under his watch. In today's third hour, Dom welcomes back Beth Ann Rosica, writer at Broad and Liberty, to hear her reaction to Randi Weingarten's hearing in front of a Congressional committee who will grill her, asking her questions about the decision to keep schools closed, resulting in detrimental effects to our country's youth. Beth Ann, who ran Back to School PA, an organization dedicated to re-opening schools throughout the pandemic, reminds the audience of the role of the teacher's unions in keeping schools closed, which runs counter to Weingarten's attempt to pass blame. From the sermon, Better: Jesus is Greater, 2 Corinthians 3Over twenty years ago, I purchased a Maglite flashlight. At the time, I was impressed with its ability to put out 45 lumens. However, the 45 lumens of the incandescent bulb of my Maglite loses all its charm compared to the brilliance of modern flashlights. It is not that the Maglite lost its glory; rather, something better and more powerful has overshadowed and outshined its glory.Such it is with the law of God. When the law was given to Moses, it was glorious, but compared to the glory of Christ and the salvation He brings, it cannot compare. The glory of Christ never dims, never fades, and never ends. The glory of Christ is brighter and more glorious than anything else.
