With just a few races left in the regular season every lap matters from here on out!We also look back at a pretty interesting Nascar race from Kansas Speedway that saw Zane Smith flip upside down and an owner move his own driver to try to win only to come up short to the eventual race winner on a dramatic final lap!We hope you enjoy the show!!

2025 and two-time Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series champion Jacob Goede joins Davey Segal (2:05) on the heels of clinching another title in the Midwest. He explains the commitment it's taken for him to forgo a normal life to chase trophies and a championship, how his family-owned team has been all hands on deck, how much pride he takes in representing the Midwest, how the racing scene in that part of the country plays itself out and the championship that he's still fighting for this weekend. Plus, his 25+ year career in racing, whether he'd entertain a CARS Tour or NASCAR opportunity, why running the Snowball Derby remains high on his bucket list and what else there is to accomplish for him professionally in motorsports. Davey also recaps the wild finish at Kansas Speedway and looks ahead to the Round of 12 cutoff race at the Charlotte Motor Speedway ROVAL.

Patrick Mahomes was as great as he ever was Sunday as Xavier Worthy returned to action. The Chiefs never looked better. Now, the Ravens defense may give the Cowboys a run for worst in the NFL but that doesn't matter right now. The Chiefs have erased their 0-2 start with a pair of season saving wins and may have just flipped the bird to the world that had them dead and buried.   Lamar Jackson turned it over twice and wound up on the bench with a hammy strain, I'd say the defense did its job brilliantly. Meanwhile, the Chargers lose and KC is now only one back in the division.   We recap a wild college football Saturday that saw Kansas State completely change its offensive scheme in an easy win over UCF. KU is so easy to watch and Jalon Daniels was brilliant but Cincinnati took advantage of a KU defense that's acting like it wants to be the worst in the Big 12. Beau Pribula sets a record in Columbia for the Tigers in a win over UMASS.   The Ryder Cup turned into a crap show this weekend, boy do I have some grievances. Chase Elliott wins a double overtime thriller at Kansas Speedway and I"m here to save you some money today if you'd like a cup of coffee.
A fascinating weekend of twists and turns, ups and downs, bouncebacks and more. The Chiefs made a statement, Kansas State looked revived, Mizzou checked a box, and Kansas revisited a theme they don't want to. The Ryder Cup somehow got dramatic and drama was the theme at Kansas Speedway. Join Stan Weber and me for football, and I'll take on the rest. Join the fun!
