Tyler Reddick's meteoric 2026 season continues with a well fought victory at Kansas Speedway. Our resident NASCAR reporters Jeff Gluck and Jordan Bianchi were on the case, and they took to the airwaves LIVE after the race to discuss Toyota and 23XI's dominance, Kyle Larson's near win and Trackhouse/Richard Childress Racing's struggles. It's ok if you want to stick a fork in the Royals as it pretty much looks like they are cooked. Tied with the Mets for the worst record in baseball at 7-15, they are hanging their heads showing us all there's something more going on. Manager Matt Quatraro appears to be losing his team and it's so bad Salvy had to go on social media to disagree with his skipper. This is a hot mess for a team that had real expectations. Kansas Speedway just keeps delivering the best NASCAR Cup races as Tyler Reddick won a thriller Sunday afternoon. Reddick has now won FIVE of the nine Cup races this year driving for Michael Jordan's race team. MJ was at the track and walked across the infield to celebrate with his driver when it was over. This is so good for the sport and a great day for Kansas Speedway. President Trump posted one of our Navy ships working the blockade shot the engine room of an Iranian tanker that would stop heading to Iran. They had a bad day as we then took over the vessel. FIFA is really, really mad at all the democrats in New York and New Jersey as they prepare to host the World Cup. Gracie Hunt posts a video of her lavish engagement party that featured the greatest trophies in sports and the St. Louis Cardinals are bullying local businesses by strong arming the city's Board of Aldermen.
A late charge on an overtime restart was all Reddick needed to continue his historic start to the 2026 season.
Let's hope it's rock bottom for the Royals. David Lesky from "Inside the Crown" joins us to check the misery index. Then I'll have the rest of MLB on the roundup, another rousing success at Kansas Speedway, the NBA and NHL getting rolling, more uggh from SKC and for me across the sea in soccer, a little golf and more. Lots to get to...let's go!!
MRO Chapel from Kansas Speedway on April 19, 2026, with MRO Chaplain Billy Mauldin. In this episode, we're in week two of a message series based on the acronym POWER. To walk in God's power requires obedience.

It's a topic I'd rather not get into but Pope Leo has forced the hand of this podcaster. Our whole lives, politicians and the Pope stayed in their respective lanes and didn't cross over and tell each other how to do their jobs. Pope Leo has changed that as it appears he's an American Liberal before he is the Pope of the Catholic Church. President Trump has always been a counter puncher and there was no reason to believe he was going to allow a long time Trump hater off the hook just because he became pope. The head of the oil and gas workers of America has posted a great video explaining how we refine which kind of oil and why prices reflect what we have been doing. A jury in New York has found Tickmaster guilty of creating a monopoly and gouging music and sports fans all across America. Hunter Biden is broke and has fled the country. In sports, the Royals bats are officially the worst they have ever been to start a season. Totally dreadful. But the city council is about to approve $600 million for a new ballpark for the team. It's NASCAR week at Kansas Speedway as one driver stands above, the Chiefs get a scathing review heading into the NFL draft, the Masters ratings Sunday were bigger than when Tiger won and we have a genuine cat fight in sports journalism as one female reporter for USA Today slams Diana Russini.
The chaos at Bristol Motor Speedway delivered a MASSIVE moment—Ty Gibbs captures his FIRST NASCAR Cup Series victory, and it did NOT come easy. While Gibbs celebrates a career-defining win, Ryan Blaney and Kyle Larson dominated the race, leading the most laps and battling up front all race long. What went wrong for them—and how did Gibbs capitalize? We break down EVERYTHING from Bristol: The winning move that changed Gibbs' career How Blaney & Larson lost control late Biggest surprises and disappointments from the race Plus, it's time to shift gears to Kansas Speedway: Full Kansas race preview Key drivers to watch this weekend Track trends that could decide the winner And of course, Rowdy Dragon returns with his Fantasy NASCAR Picks for Kansas—don't set your lineup without this segment. It was a rough night in college basketball as a couple things become clear. Kansas is not the typical squad that's easy to like. Darryn Peterson has been a distraction, Bill Self lost control Tuesday night and got booted. Then Jacque Vaughn got a T and Elmarko Jackson committed a flagrant foul. It had a spoiled brat look we are not used to seeing. Meanwhile, Mizzou's final week of the regular season starts with a dud of a performance at OU. Mizzou is not predictable or consistent in any way and it's hard to understand why. The World Baseball Classic starts for Team USA Friday night... we'll hear from Bobby Witt Jr. who is starring as the leadoff hitter. The Kansas Senate is working on a state law to require parental permission for a child to leave class and go to a demonstration. Of course this is so logical the left is losing it's mind. In Missouri, lawmakers want to bring back driver's education and make it a requirement for graduation. Mail in voting remains undefeated as Olathe Schools win $389 million from taxpayers in the off election mail in scam of the year. The emails just keep flowing in about Pastor Adam Hamilton who says he's likely running for US Senator. Texas has some interesting election results and Kansas Speedway is hosting a national television broadcast this week.
The Kansas City Chiefs are currently in negotiations with NASCAR and the state of Kansas to acquire land just west of Kansas Speedway for a potential new domed stadium. Multiple sources confirm with KKHI that a land acquisition agreement is the final piece the Chiefs need in place to make a decision on whether to build a new stadium or renovate Arrowhead again. We have all the details of what is a very high level, high stakes negotiation. Then, some good and some bad in the NFL on Sunday for the Chiefs playoff picture. Trump has quite a day at the Lions/Commanders game. KU and MU lose in opposite fashions Saturday and the Senate is close to re-opening the federal government. And veterans, listen up. Tuesday is Veterans Day and veteran Chris Benson from www.thrivemediakc.com joins us to talk about service to country and some amazing deals just for veterans on Tuesday. Our Final Final is the spookiest lottery story ever.

Patrick Mahomes was as great as he ever was Sunday as Xavier Worthy returned to action. The Chiefs never looked better. Now, the Ravens defense may give the Cowboys a run for worst in the NFL but that doesn't matter right now. The Chiefs have erased their 0-2 start with a pair of season saving wins and may have just flipped the bird to the world that had them dead and buried. Lamar Jackson turned it over twice and wound up on the bench with a hammy strain, I'd say the defense did its job brilliantly. Meanwhile, the Chargers lose and KC is now only one back in the division. We recap a wild college football Saturday that saw Kansas State completely change its offensive scheme in an easy win over UCF. KU is so easy to watch and Jalon Daniels was brilliant but Cincinnati took advantage of a KU defense that's acting like it wants to be the worst in the Big 12. Beau Pribula sets a record in Columbia for the Tigers in a win over UMASS. The Ryder Cup turned into a crap show this weekend, boy do I have some grievances. Chase Elliott wins a double overtime thriller at Kansas Speedway and I"m here to save you some money today if you'd like a cup of coffee.
A fascinating weekend of twists and turns, ups and downs, bouncebacks and more. The Chiefs made a statement, Kansas State looked revived, Mizzou checked a box, and Kansas revisited a theme they don't want to. The Ryder Cup somehow got dramatic and drama was the theme at Kansas Speedway. Join Stan Weber and me for football, and I'll take on the rest. Join the fun!
