Vor mehr als 600 Jahren, im Januar 1362, ziehen sich vor der Nordseeküste im heutigen Nordfriesland die Sturmwolken zusammen. Die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner Rungholts, des großen Handelszentrums, blicken besorgt auf ihre Deiche und Warften - sie kennen die unberechenbare Stimmung des “Blanken Hans”, wie sie die Nordsee nennen. Große Landstriche haben sie dem Meer abgewonnen und hinter den Deichen ihre Häuser errichtet, und in letzter Zeit sehen sie mit an, wie immer öfter Fluten kommen und drohen, das Ackerland zurück ins Meer zu holen. Doch so heftig wie an diesem Tag hatte es noch nicht gestürmt. In this discussion, Charmaine distinguishes between art as therapy and art therapy, emphasizing that the latter involves clinically informed, trauma-sensitive practices that externalize inner experiences to support healing. She outlines structured protocols used before and after psychedelic experiences, including creating visual representations of inner strength, setting intentions, and integrating experiences through multi-phase art exercises. 720 Tausend Personen folgen Janina Uhse auf Instagram, viele Zuschauerinnen und Zuschauer begeisterte sie über 9 Jahre im Hauptcast von „Gute Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten“, sie spielt mit in Erfolgsfilmen wie „Der Nachname“ oder „Spieleabend“. Ich weiß, ich weiß. Vielen von Ihnen und Euch ist das mit den Follower-Zahlen in den Sozialen Medien schnuppe, ja, aber: als Podcast-Host freue ich mich natürlich, wenn ein Gast so viele Fans hat, die möglicherweise ja auch Janinas Liebe zum Essen und Kochen teilen. Ein Veggie-Kochbuch hat sie gemacht und eines, das sie „Meine Glücklichküche“ nannte, mit Rezepten aus Japan, Berlin und von der Nordsee. Beim Gespräch über Essen und Getränke ist Janinas Enthusiasmus deutlich herauszuhören, finde ich. Sie erwähnt ein frühkindliches Reistrauma, das Etikettieren von Weckgläsern, (kurz mal) Erbsenmilch, den Otto-Katalog, wir hören einen Original-Autoscooter-Aufreißspruch gesprochen in einer Original-Autoscooter-Animationsstimme.
