Hey Across The Airwaves Listeners, we're making a list, checking it twice and gonna review which shows have been naughty or nice as Midseason Finales are coming to town. Yeah, I know you were probably expecting Santa Claus but many of our favorite shows placed the theme of Christmas in the background or abandoned it entirely to deliver strong Midseason Finale episodes as you'll hear from our reviews on Castle, Supernatural, two episodes of Legend of Korra setting up its epic Series Finale, The Big Bang Theory, New Girl and Modern Family. However, just because there’s no Santa Claus on this podcast, Nico comes down the chimney bearing gifts in his place by delivering a News with Nico Section reporting on the Doctor Who Christmas Special, Chevy Chase returning to Community, JK Rowling getting a BBC Series, Agents of SHIELD tying in to Avengers: Age of Ultron, Spider-Man be brought into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the date of David Letterman's last show, Jonathan Frakes wanting to direct Star Trek 3 and a whole lot more. This edition of Am I STILL On The Air has DONMEGA joined by Peeps as we discuss the Mid Season Finales of "The Flash" , "Arrow" & "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." . We break down these 3 amazing episodes and speculate where we are heading in the rest of the season.
Oddly, William is back for a rare even-numbered episode, and together with Jonathan cover items that made it into the store 12/10/2014 and what is expected for 12/17/2014. This week's ramble is about the comic book shows and their mid season finale's. Hang on as William and Jonathan spoil Gotham, Agents of Shield, Flash, Arrow, Constantine, but not the Walking Dead so much (neither have seen it yet).
This week the dynamic duo are a couple of days late but Chad comes back from the dead and Izola joins him on a Saturday evening to bring you the latest ramblings from the dynamic duo. They discuss their OCD quirks, why was Olive Queen such a dick, and we find out Izola is a Cumberbitch?!? We get the rundown on the Midseason finales (spoilers) of Sleepy Hollow, The Walking Dead, and The Flash, Arrow Crossover. Round it out with a little TV and movie news and the creation of a new part of the show called Siegfrieds’ Segment. The post Ep 11: OCD and Midseason Finales Part 1 appeared first on The Popcorn Channel.
It was the night before Midseason Finales and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse. Actually, quite a lot of people are stirring as Community fans including Nico and I face the possibility that the shows most recent episode Regional Holiday Music might be its final episode due to the announcement that NBC has benched Community for new episodes of 30 Rock. So in response to yet another boneheaded decision from the old Peacock, we've decided to throw ATA's Holiday Party in honor of Community by this podcast closing out with this sounds of Troy and Abed's Christmas Infiltration Rap and us giving our favorite comedic moments on what may be their final episode. Plus Community even makes our Chuck review as we discuss two surprise celebrity cameos that occurred in the episode. However, that's not all the presents Nico Clause has in his bag, as this ATA Episode features reviews on the Midseason Finale's for Castle and Bones that left Nico and I on opposite sides of the fence when it came to them being good or not. At the same time, we use this week's episode of Person of Interest as a soapbox to explain how it has become one of the best new shows on television and our review on Chuck gives the promise that it's on track towards once again becoming the little show that could we had such a soft spot for in it's first three seasons. Also there's more where that came from as we round this podcast out with our favorite comedic moments from a Christmas episode of Modern Family as well as a standard episode of The Big Bang Theory.
Jingle bells, Hannah smells, Dr. Bishop had his cow lay an egg, the Justice League took on Slade and ATA covers Mid-Season Finales today! If the tile of this post and my attempt at a twist on a classic Christmas Carol hasn't already made it obvious enough, the final episode of Across the Airwaves for 2010 has a Christmas theme. Yes, you read that correctly, this digital stocking stuffer is our last episode for few weeks due to our old favorites, Chuck, Castle, Bones, Fringe, Smallville and Supernatural all going on hiatus along with Nico and I having having family plans. However just because we're not recording for awhile doesn't need we will still be accepting your e-mail us, two weeks, wall posts, and voice male. Also our website here at www.acrosstheairwaves.com will still be running at full speed with Michael J. Petty and Nico posting reviews on Human Target, V or whatever else crosses their minds. Plus Michael will continue to be posting the videos on our YouTube Channel so be sure to check that out on a consistent basis. And not that note, I want to wish all of you ATA Listeners a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year until our next episode, which will be posted some time after the return of Castle on January 3rd.
