I had an instant reaction of puzzlement coupled with heart-pounding terror, and I could only think, "Holy Christ, now what was this?"Instead of seeing our master bedroom window, I was looking at purple and blue tendrils of light; a misty, swirling hole that just appeared from nowhere! With the small Zeta Grey standing there half-in and out of that vortex, with its right hand extended towards me, I knew all too well that it wanted me to go with it back into the surreal opening from once it came! ... The small Grey being reached out for me with its right, spindly-looking hand, and then I found myself being pulled off the bed! I was in a pure adrenaline-fueled panic, and I dropped the bed covering with my left hand. Somehow the smalI Zeta Grey worker was able to completely "swoop" me into the swirling vortex that was coming out of my bedroom window! It was just a second or two inside this ethereal vortex, and I then felt a vibration going through my body and I experienced a big pull of gravity while going through the portal — my breath cheated me, and I felt as if I were going to pass out! She was an astronomer at the Ohio State University Radio Observatory “Big Ear” (noted for the WOW SETI signal that might be humanity's only signal from ET), is an amateur astronomer, and has taken flying lessons She was a correspondent for Popular Mechanics magazine. Her publications include books, and works in peer-reviewed scientific journals, magazines, and newspapers. Her photography has been shown on television and in magazines, books, and newspapers. She served on the MUFON Board of Directors (1993 to 2000) and is a MUFON consultant in physiology and astronomy and a field investigator. She was a founding member of the Mid-Ohio Research Associates (MORA) and an editor for the Ohio UFO Notebook.
