The only reason we know anything about hundreds of these vanished plays is Joannes Stobaeus's fifth-century AD Anthologion, a four-volume anthology of excerpts from over 500 Greek authors compiled to educate his son Septimius, preserving bite-sized quotations that warn good people don't always prosper, power favors the shameless, and politics rarely rewards the just. Data alegerilor se stabilieşte cu minim 75 de zile înainte de ziua alegerilor. E important să avem această dată cît mai curînd. Însă experiența ultimilor 10 ani de PNDL ne arată că acești bani ajung la firme de casă, iar unele lucrări de milioane de euro sunt făcute de mântuială. Problema vine din faptul că mii de proiecte din celelalte programe, PNDL 1 și PNDL 2, sunt neterminate, iar autoritățile nu par să fi învățat ceva din greșelile trecutului când, pe milioane de euro, primarii au recepționat drumuri proaste sau lucrări nefuncționale. ”Va aduce foarte puțină dezvoltare în localitățile unde primarii sunt corupți sau incompetenți. Pentru că sunt și localități unde a adus bunăstare. Vorbim de 70 % dintre proiecte, raportate ca fiind finalizate. Noi am și descoperit unele proiecte care apăreau ca fiind finalizate, dar nefuncționale. În lipsa unui audit, este foarte greu de spus dacă programul ăsta a fost un succes. Dacă te uiți în cifre și spui că 70 % dintre proiecte sunt funcționale, ai putea să spui că da, acolo lucrurile merg bine, oamenii au rețele de apă, canalizare, iluminat, școli și ce a mai finanțat acest program. Dar, în lipsa unui control în teren, să vezi real ce se întâmplă cu acele proiecte și în ce stare sunt după ce au fost recepționate, e greu de spus dacă au fost sau nu un succes.” - spune Paula Herlo în podcast.

There was no love lost with the rest of the emperor’s family, which led to a swift demise. Act II - Princes who adore you Septimius’ sons Antoninus and Geta were constant rivals, and the Emperor worried about their behaviour and indulgences during the idle days in Rome. Act III - Cordially detested Septimius had a close relationship with his wife Julia Domna, and the empire respected her as the mother of the dynasty.
