Le Livre de la rentrée ce n'est jamais simple, forcément, il y a beaucoup d'attente et moi je veux à chaque fois choisir un ouvrage qui soit de circonstances.Pour moi, la rentrée est évocatrice de grandes résolutions, motivation, confiance en soi et énergie. C'est pour cela que j'ai choisi pour ce mois de septembre "The magic of thinking Big" de David Schwartz.La version française du livre existe puisqu'il s'agit d'un ouvrage datant de 1959 dont le titre n'est autre que "La magie de voir grand".Vous retrouverez cet ouvrage en librairie à la commande et bien sûr sur tous les supports online habituels (Fnac, Amazon et kindle).Le livre de David Schwartz est plutôt court et facile à lire et je vous recommande vraiment la version en anglais. Le vocabulaire est vraiment accessible.Ce livre a un objectif simple.Vous faire voir que quand on voit la vie avec optimisme et confiance, ce qu'il appelle "thinking big", on finit par atteindre ses objectifs et vivre ses rêves. Surtout on est tout simplement beaucoup plus heureux.Ce livre est une pépite et je le recommande régulièrement à toute personne qui a un problème de confiance en soi.Il nous explique :comment arrêter de nous dévaloriserpourquoi nous devons arrêter de nous trouver des excuses et nous soigner de ce qu'il appelle la maladie de "l'excusitis"comment penser de manière plus créativecomment construire la confiance en soi et détruire la peurcomment utiliser son environnement pour être la meilleure version de soi mêmepourquoi l'action est la clé du bonheurBref, autant vous dire que quand j'ai lu ce livre pour la première fois, je me suis dit "c'est fou" : je crois à 100% à tout ce qui est dit dans ce livre.
