Malachi 4:2 contains this promise: "But for you who fear my name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in his wings..." Pastor Lezlie Trusty explains the significance of the phrase "healing in his wings," walking through the story of the woman with the issue of blood described in the Gospels. She reminds us that because our God is UNSTOPPABLE, we are UNSTOPPABLE.

God sovereignly worked through Esther’s courage and Mordecai’s faithfulness to protect and exalt His people amid intense persecution. Though powerful individuals sought to destroy Israel, God’s purposes could not be stopped or reversed. In the same way, this passage reminds us that God’s plans for our lives are secure—no matter the opposition, His will remains unstoppable and perfectly fulfilled.

As we continue our journey through Exodus, we come to one of the most memorable parts of Moses' journey. In Exodus 5 – 10, Moses and Aaron challenge Pharaoh to let the Israelites go free. God's response to Pharaoh's rejection of their pleas is revealing. God will stop at nothing to save, redeem, and restore.

Saul's radical transformation from persecutor to preacher (Acts 9) and Cornelius' Spirit-filled awakening (Acts 10) reveal that no one is beyond God's grace, that the Holy Spirit empowers ordinary people to boldly witness for Christ, and that God's kingdom welcomes all, regardless of background. These stories remind us that God is always at work, orchestrating redemption, and that we too come as unlikely converts made new through Jesus' sacrifice and the power of His Spirit.

As we continue our week on vision and boundaries, today we'll explore what it looks like to have vision for loving and serving others well. Is loving people something you do intentionally? Or is something you believe will happen effortlessly as you live your life? Sometimes God is asking us to intentionally discover vision for certain seasons, and is specific about ways we could minister to or bless someone. Today may we learn how to serve people in a healthy, intentional way with good boundaries and vision.   Our Scripture for today comes from Philippians 2:4, and today's worship is Unstoppable God by The War Within.   –   Next week is Giving Tuesday, the one day a year when the world focuses on unleashing radical generosity.
