This week's episode is a replay from when I interviewed Andy Ortega, a Solutions Consultant for Kajabi. Andy and I used to work together at Kajabi, and today, we're going to dive DEEP into why Kajabi is so great and why it's truly my favorite platform. What is Kajabi? Founded about 10 years ago, Kajabi is an all-in-one platform for online courses, marketing, blogging, web design, and so much more… but a lot of people still haven't heard of it. What can you do with Kajabi? You can create online courses, market those courses, build a website, build an email list all in one place without the need for third-party products. The beauty of Kajabi is that it centralizes everything you could need to run an online business. Instead of needing multiple platforms (one for your website, one for your email list, one for your course, and so on and so forth), Kajabi includes all these tools in one place, saves you money, saves you time, and the possibilities are endless. It's been a few weeks since we've released a new episode, so thank you for your patience! Sometimes we need to take time for ourselves, and all you entrepreneurs can empathize with the ebbs and flows of entrepreneurship and needing to step back every now and then. Feelings of stress, anxiety, and burnout are all normal. You just have to find a way to hit the reboot button and get grounded. For me, that means getting out in nature. All I needed was to be present without my phone in nature to feel refreshed. As we continue our website series, today's episode is all about how to choose the right website platform for you based on your industry. We'll be diving even deeper in the next few episodes about many of the common website platforms, SEO and more! Personally, I use Kajabi and ShowIt, and because of that, I know a ton about both of them. I'm going to go over some of the other platforms today, but full disclosure: I'm not an expert in any of these, and I recommend doing your research and due diligence when finding a platform. The #1 question I ask myself when choosing a platform or a software is: “Can this support me 4-5 years from now? Will this platform grow with me and my business?” Grab your cup of coffee and join us as we talk about: The best platforms for each industry Does a service provider need an all-in-one platform? Are you creating an optimal customer experience for your clients? My guest this week is Taryn Rachelle. Taryn is a systems and client experience expert who helps 5-6 figure service providers elevate their clients' experiences with them and create systemized processes that save them time! She specializes in Dubsado, Trello, Slack, and Zapier integrations. There's a lot of buzz in the online business world about having strategies, but do your systems support those strategies? Do your systems really support your customer journey, from leads to onboarding, all the way through to offboarding? When it comes to website design, we tend to talk a lot about the importance of good design and good copywriting, but there's something I think is even more important than either of these: user experience. User experience isn't something that is talked about enough.
