How to Scale Your Business with Virtual Assistants Are you a control freak about your Social and don't want to pass it off to someone else but you know you're reaching your limit on how much you can do? How can you ensure the success and congruency of a VA? How do you maximize content production and preserve authenticity? Tune in for all the best strategies and advice! Episode Highlights: Jeff talks about how they have 40+ VAs in their system now; They are instrumental in how everything is run for them. He also advises that this is not “the easy button” of what might be next for you. Jeff introduces Christina Swyers as a co-host for today's episode. She does a magnificent job on Social and has reached the point where she can't do much more on her own. You have to be engaged when you hire a team; It is not an autopilot situation that you walk away from. Christina talks about how she has been using Social to build her business for the last 8 years since her broker wanted her to cold call and door knock. People know when you are auto-posting and it will destroy your algorithm. People need to see your face. There is psychology involved in it too. What are the main things that you can do to leverage people helping you with your Social without handing it over? Tristan gives advice on how to create more content that then can be diced up and used more places. Jeff adds to identify what exactly you want to scale first. Jeff highlights the level of training needed with your VA for it to be successful. They outline where they see the best use of VAs. Tristan shares a chart about the role of director of operations. Janki talks about what she has gained from Drunk On Social. Tristan briefly overviews batching content and a calendar. How do you preserve authenticity when you use a content calendar with a VA? Jeff runs through one example of how they do one long from content and what process it would go through from its raw form to being used on multiple platforms. What about geographic location? Jeff says there is a piece here that you must stay involved in. How do you hire someone without your audience knowing that you did and make it so that they think you are just getting really good at your job? Tristan shares something new that they just started with short videos. What is the importance of hooks? How do you aggregate your content from consistent sources? Jeff talks about how he and Tristan do not micromanage their team, that's what their director of operations, Ynn does and it helps immensely. How do you get past the fear of making the wrong hire? Tristan gives advice and how it takes time for you and your VA to understand each other better. Janki explains how her company trains VAs. Tristan goes over how to hire for the tasks and duties they deem most important for video editor, executive admin, and social media manager in the world that we live in. What about video resumes? How do you prepare to show examples of what you envision? Janki talks about the details of the processes the VAs go through with her company. Christina asks Jeff to explain the coaching that they do. Is there a certain level for that? How does it work? How do you double down and go to the next level? Are you prepared for the intensity it will take to make it happen? Jeff talks about the trial and errors he and Tristan have made. A Christian entrepreneur is someone who steps out in faith and operates a business upon the firm foundation of Jesus. They take on risks and trust God for the resources of heaven. A risk that every entrepreneur takes when scaling their business is delegation. Giving key responsibilities to others can be nerve wracking. However, other people are also heaven’s greatest resources that God will entrust to you! Lead generation is easier than ever with ads and marketing campaigns. But once you get leads, how many get converted into sales? If you're spending too much on generating leads with no progress in conversion, it's time to do something about it. In this episode of The Mentee, William Brown of TitanX shares how to elevate your sales funnel with AI. We'll discuss the importance of knowing who to convert and how to apply the 80-20 rule to leads and revenue. Here are some power takeaways from today's conversation: Know how AI can improve your sales funnel Use the 80-20 rule for sales conversions Find out where to establish a connection in your website Determine who's worth converting Episode Highlights: [11:19] The Power of AI Currently, AI is widely used to support social media by stealing our attention and selling it to advertisers. It'll be more beneficial if people have their personalized AI. [15:10] The 80-20 Rule Lead generation doesn't instantly translate into conversions. 20% of your leads will generate 80% of your revenue, so make sure you know who's worth converting. If you want to know which lead can convert, consider the following through a live chat: Motivation Timeline Conditions Asking Price [23:27] Improve Your Funnel Your ads and posts should consider a CTA that's immediate. Consider an AI virtual assistant to create a live automated conversation with sellers. There are three points of contact on a website: Live chatbot Contact number Filling out a form AI can be considered as an Acquisition Manager. It can prioritize potential conversions based on qualifications and schedule corresponding follow-ups. [32:54] Where AI Technology is Today Chatbots use a menu of choices and queries. OpenAI and GPT can converse more naturally. But these two options have their limitations. The former is limited to the number of choices, while the latter's responses can't be fully controlled. [37:35] Converting Leads Generating leads is easy, but conversion is hard. If you struggle to convert your leads, you must invest in services like CLAIRE to help you convert them. Notable quotes from the Episode: [20:05] “It was all about who we chose to spend time with, [and] following up with, because as you scale up, the amount of leads you want to do, they don't necessarily just convert into closed deals. You have to have somebody there to convert them. And that person…has to know who's most worth converting.” [34:22] “We're filling the gap in the market of the hybrid, where you give the consumer…the user fully natural, flexible conversations and you give the company transparency and control over what is said.” [37:44] “Generating the leads is easy, converting them is the hard part.” Resources Mentioned: https://www.biggerpockets.com/podcasts/real-estate (Bigger Pockets Podcast) https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/2014-07-03-bp-podcast-077-negotiating-way-1000-wholetail-deals-michael-quarles (Bigger Pockets Episode 77 with Michael Quarles) https://titanx.ai/ (TitanX) Connect with Will: Email I https://www.linkedin.com/in/-william-brown/ (LinkedIn)

There's more to selling a best-selling, profitable course than creating what you think your audience wants to learn. The reality is that you need to speak to your audience to find out exactly what they want to learn from you. I'm joined by Josh Coats to talk about selling more courses by speaking directly to your ideal clients, creating courses they want, and personalizing your sales process. About Josh Coats Two-time #1 Best Selling Author, Top 50 podcast host, and founder of Push Coach Certification School for life coaches. Josh has trained over 40k in his online training and specializes in mindset, leadership, and strategy. As a student of mindset and founder of a life coach school, Josh will help you to dig into the beliefs that are holding you back in your sales and leadership. Create a Course Your Audience Wants Josh Coats joins me to talk about the process of course creation. Making a best-selling, profitable course is more than simply creating what you think your audience wants – you need to find out what your audience wants to learn, first. Josh explains when you need to actually have your course content created. It might surprise you to learn it's not when you launch your course! It's always important to ask for feedback from your ideal clients and tailor your course to suit their needs best. We both understand that having sales conversations with potential clients might not appeal to you, but they're a vital part of your sales process. Josh gives some great tips for how to have these conversations and why you might not want to automate your entire sales process. Social Media and Automation vs a Personalized Sales Approach Social media has a reputation for being a vital part of a business's marketing plan. But there are drawbacks to solely using social media for your marketing. Josh explains the value of building your revenue before you build your social media presence. He also adds that having a higher social media following can help your sales when you already have a best-selling product. Finally, we spend some time talking about the realities of sales. Josh breaks down the best way to find people to have sales conversations with and what type of conversations you need to have with them. Personalized sales approaches will most often give you way more sales than any automated process. Don't forget that you're a person, first, who wants to sell to other people! If you're thinking about creating a course, Josh Coats encourages you to message 5-10 people that you're already closely connected. Tell them you're thinking about putting together a program and want input from people that you respect the most. Ask them if they would be willing to tell you what they want to learn from you and what results they want to get from a program. Let me know about your results in the comments on the episode page! Whether that's in the DMs, emails, or putting out podcasts – you don't know what people do and don't respond to until you put something out there. You have to get started first.” [12:08] “It's kind of like taking what people say that they want and churning it into something that sounds more like a whole program.” [26:23] “It's true to me but I needed [my ideal client's] help to figure out what the best program would be. I have 3-4 things that I would really like to teach you and 700-800 things that I also do that I sometimes forget to tell people about because I do them automatically.” [29:39] “If you come with curiosity, people don't feel like you're trying to box them in. Versus if you do have an elevator pitch – if it sounds too scripted, people can feel that. I like to, very intentionally, sound like I don't care and like I'm just having a little conversation with you. That almost always leads to having a conversation about what I want to talk about. Be a little more polite and a little less straightforward.” [47:35] “$60,000 a month had just been sitting there, no one doing anything with it, because these were people that for whatever reason just needed somebody to say, ‘hey, I see you. Are you interested in what I have?' I think so many times because it's been done so sleazy by so many people, we think one-to-one sales is sleazy. The reality is, for most people listening to this podcast, that if you don't have as much money to spend on ads, if you don't have these scaling things, you can't just skip the day-to-day work.” [50:48] Review Fed and Fearless on Apple Podcasts! Self-trust took a long time to take root in my spirit. The moment I mastered it, I taught it; and that was how my clients like Yenory Pouncil took the courage to step into the ownership of her own becoming. Lean in and learn how Nory created her first 6-figures within 9 months of hiring me and made $117K in the last 9 days! Discover the mind shifts that made her collapse time around her goal and what it really took to allow that amount of money to come into her life QUICKLY with ease and grace. Just as we are talking about BIG MONEY GOALS aren't just goals at all but are frequencies to which we should try to attune: I'm sharing the GOOD NEWS of how we hit #310 of the fastest growing, privately held companies of the Inc. 5000 list! Key points discussed in this episode: ✔️ You got to up the ante when you got six-figure courage, but you got million-dollar dreams. Keep moving until you catch up with the desire you already created because you spoke it so long ago. ✔️ Your transformation starts when you are in acceptance of where you are RIGHT NOW. You are good enough, smart enough, strong enough, and more than ready to attune to the many good things that are to come for you. ✔️ When you see someone else winning, it's a peek of possibility for you! Focus on the good that happens in the lives of others, and celebrate with them! That is the magic that brings goodness and success coming true in your own life. ✔️ The work it takes to achieve our dreams is mostly internal. When your inside game is on point, when you're in complete trust in yourself, God, and the process — you could work on the Internet, make money and create a dynasty business. ✔️ Serving people through my business and not having to pretend who I be is my life's biggest gift. I have achieved milestone after milestone without wearing a suit, a string of pearls, or putting a weave in my hair to look more "professional." I have built a million-dollar business sporting a purple mohawk. What's possible for me is possible for you too. ——————————————————————————— Loved this episode? Know that it's your time. Do you want to scale your business? How big do you want to be, and how quickly can you get there? Co-hosts Hannah Robinson and Melissa Honan share insights into the most important aspects of scaling a business and how to dodge the vulnerabilities that arise from super-fast growth. Hannah asks Melissa about the exact moment she decided it was time to scale her business. Hannah explains why she believes the first step to scaling a business is bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Melissa illustrates how having a consistent business process is all you need to achieve consistent results. Hannah and Melissa go through the benefits of consistently showing up in your business, even when you don't feel like it. Melissa explains why sometimes it's okay to just "wing it" in your business and figure things out as you grow. Hannah describes why she feels having a well-defined business process makes it easier to identify the cogs in your systems that need changing or updating. For Melissa, learning never stops when running a business - sometimes you learn lessons the hard way, but the trick is not making the same mistake twice. Melissa goes through why your objective as a business owner is to go after explosive growth - however, super fast growth can come with its own set of struggles, which you should be prepared for. Hannah and Melissa agree that the key to maintaining business growth is to have scalable and replicable processes at all levels of the business. Melissa explains that growing a business means working with more clients, data, and resources - your business should be able to handle all these new responsibilities before you decide to scale. Hannah reveals that one of the most painful parts of scaling a business is acknowledging that the business will outgrow some employees, and you'll have to let them go. Melissa shares how hard it can be to let go of employees, no matter the reason - but letting go of people has to be done nonetheless. Hannah asks Melissa if she has a business coach to guide her through the process of scaling her business. Mentioned in this episode: firstname.lastname@example.org
