Join Benny (the trumpeter), Cody (the moose), and Nate (the great?) for their conversations about sports, gambling, video games, and beers- lots of beers.
Sadly, I couldn't find any previous mustached videos of Ben and Moose, so you'll just have to deal with us talking about Vegas, sports, and "The Forest" for 45 minutes.
The great Joe Kelly debate, plus, Nate goes to Vegas. See you in two weeks!
It's Nate's birthday edition! How positive should we be about college sports? Should Reds fans be too hyped over the latest MLB rotation power rankings? Are the Panthers elite?
The NBA's hotel rooms aren't that bad. MLB power rankings with Moose. Patty Mahomes gets "Mahomes Money."
Welcome back to our normal programming! The MLB is back, Cam Newton is shipping up to Boston, and JR Smith is back in business. Leave that 5 star review, and let's keep igniting conversation.

The Coronavirus has knocked out all of Maine, and Nate and Ben weren’t able to get Moose on (sad!) Is Stephen A about to kill Max Kellerman? Tom Brady is out in New England and heading to warmer pastures. Ben sings “The Ballad of Rudy Gobert,” and Nate admits that he would have done the exact same thing. Nate then dusts off the tin foil cap and goes full Alex Jones. Ben’s not a fan of his nickname on the street. The guys give “Work From Home” tips, and Ben pulls a prank on his wife. Stay safe out there!
DISCLAIMER: We know, everything is cancelled now. This sucks, everything sucks. At least we have a great "Ask Anything" segment planned!
The boys discuss UK Basketball fans being horrible, racial slurs, preseason baseball, NBA basketball, and the twentieth anniversary of the PS2!
No clue what to talk about during this episode, so Ben runs the show.
A fully stocked show on this episode of EHASP. Nate breaks down some Nascar stats, Ben and Moose discuss the high-flying NBA All Star Weekend, baseball, movies, and more! Most importantly, Chelsea Ladd of Dugout Dish (DugoutDish.com) comes on to talk about her platform, how she got into baseball journalism, and some of her favorite teams (hint, Ben and Nate wouldn't be happy with most of her choices). Check out her website/podcast, and tune in next week for more EHASP!
THIS IS THE XFL. Nate and Moose debate baseball rules. Bobby Coon comes on to talk about his new podcast, and the guys discuss the NBA and NASCAR! What fun!

Nate kicks off the episode with a taste of Stella Artois Midnight Lager. Patty Mahomes tears it up yet again, and Moose and Ben have high high praise for the young QB. Ben does have one problem with Patrick Mahomes and his dietary choices. Nate "grills" Benny about his dog dressing technique. Moose works out his hut-dug eating competition's 20 year plan. Nate prefers his steaks to not be mooing, and actually bought pepper for his household. Ben discusses his irrational anger toward people like Nate. The Packers and 49ers had an alright game on Sunday night, and the boys go to town on the legacy of Aaron Rodgers, so much to the point to where Ben compares Rodgers to Andy Dalton. The boys discuss tackling technique in the NFL these days. After the break, the boys talk about the Kansas / Kansas State fight, the Cincinnati/Xavier brawl (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f5BMseYWyZQ) , and the Malace in the Palace (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UdyqIh4nJ3Y). The guys discuss what they're horrible awful at, and Ben's imitation of his grandfather is amazing. Nate and Moose aren't good with their left hands. EHASP is ended with some wishes for the decade! Thanks for listening!
The baseball scandals, the Bengals possibly not picking Joe Burrow, Lamar sucking ~ plenty of things that make us "Out Of My Mind Pissed."
The boys are back for episode 41! Merry Christmas!! Moose went axe throwing and didn't die, which is nice. The guys give an update on their shopping status for the holiday, and talk about the last time they had their car worked on. James Wiseman is off to the NBA, and we don't know if anyone is going to dethrone him as the #1 overall pick in next year's draft, How much is Magic Johnson to credit for the Lakers' success? How tough was Kevin Garnett? Do sports need a little KG action? Plus, "Sink or Swim" and a Christmas bonus segment: Naughty or Nice.
Episode 37 of Everyone Has A Sports Podcast! On the show, Nate, Ben, and Moose discuss the big Cole Train that is coming to the Bronx (mostly Nate and Moose). is Bengalgate 2019 a real thing? After trying to explain the MLB luxury tax to Ben, Nate breaks out the conspiracy theory side of his brain about the Patriot's film crews. Ben is super happy to see the Louisville Cardinals lose their first game of the season, and thinks that his Kentucky Wildcats might have a December to remember. Is the B1G the best conference in college basketball? Is Dayton legit? Number one seed Patrick will take on Stove Leg Co-Founder Rick Childers after Rick walloped Benny, and Nate is going to take on Mrs. Piercefield (Ben setting her lineup) in the final four of the Fracas. Can Rick pull off the EHASP Special? Thursday Night's Raven's game is going to be a good bellweather for the rest of the semi's. The guys wrap up the show with a chat about what they want for Christmas. (Also, if you're thinking about getting Nate anything, he really wants a cheese grater/slicer). Thanks for listening! Be sure to write in your topics for our Best of the Decade topics!
The NBA Ratings are down down down down down (like the Jay Sean feat. Lil Wayne song). Here is an article to educate yourself:https://www.foxbusiness.com/sports/nba-adam-silver-cable-tv-espn-tntThe NFL is spicing up, and the boys discuss their most surprising storylines in week 12. Then, as many were hoping for, we cover the first round of the fantasy football fracas, and preview the quarterfinals (by the title, you can guess what happened to Moose)
This took forever to edit, so I hope you enjoy our MASSIVE Thanksgiving Weekend podcast. Enjoy!
Happy almost Thanksgiving! Ben and Nate start the show off with some discussion about their Friendsgiving. Moose joins the show a little late, but comes ready to discuss the infamous helmet swing, Luka Doncic, James Harden, and much much more. Have a great Thanksgiving! See you on Black Friday!
It’s time for another episode of Ehasp! Ben wanted to start with a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare review, so we started with that! Buy it! Play us! Send us your gamertag and we’ll show you how it’s done. Then, after the break, we ask Moose what his thoughts are on the Astros alleged sign stealing. What’s up with the AFC North? Is Kaep going to make a comeback? And a couple of funny stories about our dads. All right here on EHASP!
EHASP is back and actually better than ever. Ben nearly died of pneumonia, but felt good enough to talk about Kentucky beating the #1 team in the nation. Moose and the boys discuss whether the ACC was in the right for playing conference games on opening night. The guys then go to their new "Sink or Swim" segment, where they discuss the futures of Andy Dalton, Cam Newton, Zion Williamson, and more! Stove Leg contributing editor Matt Zibert chats with Nate to discuss his article about the College Football Playoffs, and Ben's work tried to get him to make a desk. Nate still can't pronounce Patrick Elzinga's Fantasy Football team name. Ben still doesn't have cable. "Shitshow" in Chinese is still "Shitshow." Ben thinks that October a summer month. We've been podcasting for a whole half of a year! Incredible! Thanks for checking us out and keeping this podcast alive! It's ask anything Thursday! Before we jump into our listener questions, Ben and Moose recap week 2 of the NFL season. Ben didn't have a great week on the BWB pickem, Nate beat the hell out of Moose this week in Fantasy Football, and Moose cusses for the first time ever on the show. Links to this week's articles:
We found Moose! Nate and Ben had an awful weekend at the blackjack table, but had a great time overall in Cincinnati. Nate breaks down the ESPN projections for several teams in the Stove Leg Fantasy Fracas, ending up with someone with the last name of "Metz" being projected to finish first (shocker!). Ben and Moose explain their brief thoughts about the results from week one. Moose is on the loose! We have no idea where Cody is, so this episode is chock full of Nate and Benny discussing everything under the hot summer sun. Speaking of Moose, here is his fantasy football advice article ⤵https://www.stoveleg.com/single-post/2019/09/04/LoveHate-List-NFL-Week-1Nate isn't too pleased with Ben for a technical mishap, and grills him for a math mishap Benji made last week. Link to Matt Zibert's debut article: https://www.stoveleg.com/single-post/2019/08/23/CFB-Breaking-Down-the-Preseason-RankingsThe El Monterey 400THE race of the century (of its kind, at least.) We have the coverage of the El Monterey 400 chimichanga race. Afterwards, we break down the race with the contestants, what went right, what went wrong, and the future of each of Ben and Moose’s competitive eating careers. After the microwaved Mexican cuisine coverage, the boys then talk about college football, the NFL, some fantasy draft strategy, and some media recommendations!
One week til the big race! Moose begins with belittling the Bible. Ben and Moose kick the sports part of the show off with their takes on Summer Slam. Nate and Ben went golfing last weekend and didn't play too poorly! Somehow, Rachel has turned into more of a degenerate gambler than Ben (yeah right). The guys talk a lot about gambling, and swap some casino stories. There was an awful tragedy at a Mexican food eating contest (not ours) just last week. Ben and Moose discuss starting a union at Stove Leg, and somehow end up calling NATE the socialist (?) Then the guys start talking about their fantasy football rules and teams, and Ben bought a bootlegged video game from China! Just another day in the life of the boys of EHASP! Leave that 5 star review!
We have made it to episode 20 (!) of Everyone Has A Sports Podcast. Moose wrote an article about fantasy football steals at => https://www.stoveleg.com/single-post/2019/08/07/Fantasy-Football-Is-BACK so be sure to check that out. Moose breaks down some new, and controversial, NCAA compliance guidelines for agents. Ben takes a nap while Nate and Moose discuss the current state of baseball, but comes back strong to join the conversation about our fantasy football league. Ben then makes a unintentional political comment. The chimichanga eating competition will be hosted on August 22nd on EHASP, so be sure to mark your calendars for the first ever El Monterey (not actually affiliated) 400! The guys wrap up the show with a lot of wrestling talk, especially the Summer Slam, Ricochet, and some wrestler named Otis. Tune in and enjoy!
It’s Shark Week on EHASP! Ben was able to join in on a little bit of the MLB talk, considering that his Reds participated in Ben’s favorite past time over the past week: throwing haymakers at people from Pittsburgh. The guys discuss the fight, policing in baseball, Clint Hurdle, and some of the trade deadline. Football is also almost back, so we’re pretty pumped for that, because we’re doing a fantasy football league! To join our league, contact us via twitter (@NateMetz @Cody_Moose @Piercefield3) or contact us through our email at Podcasts@stoveleg.com. Only 20 days until the El Monterey 400! Prepare yourselves!
It's an "Ask Anything Thursday" when the boys record, so we've got lots of listener questions to get through! First, the guys discuss the comments that Steve Kerr made about Anthony Davis forcing a trade and going to play with Lebron. Moose and Ben seem to agree quite a bit in this episode, and Nate is a little put off by it. Then, the guys discuss the trade deadline situation in the MLB, who the best shortstop is (for some reason we only mention SS in the AL?), and what teams could be buying and selling come this next Wednesday. The guys then open it up to questions from the audience. You can send your questions into Podcasts@StoveLeg.com if you'd like to be on the next AAT segment. Moose hasn't seen a classic movie, Ben thinks his car looks like a spaceship, and Nate really doesn't like a certain breed of dog. Everything you'd expect and a little bit more from your favorite three bozos on the eighteenth episode of Everyone Has A Sports Podcast! Leave a 5 star review! Tell your friends! Also, huge shoutout to BumWineBob.com, who has partnered with us to promote each other's shows. Be sure to check out and leave a nice review on the podcast "Bumming With Bobcat" on your favorite podcast app. See you next Friday!
The guys are back! There isn't a lot of sports stuff to talk about this week, but the boys have a great hour of conversation for your enjoyment!
The boys are back! Moose won one two-person eating competition over the break, and now has decided to create a direct competitor to Nathan's (no relation to the host) 4th of July hot dog eating contest. Ben tells all about his honeymoon, street performers, and a bizarre untold story about the wedding that everyone needs to hear. The guys discuss the NBA free agency fiasco that has taken place over the last few weeks, and Nate irks Moose with a preemptive claim about Kawhi Leonard. Ben brings up a viral video that has Nate ALL SORTS of pissed off, and Nate makes a case for capital punishment for dairy defacers. The guys briefly discuss the Home Run Derby, and they give their opinions on the outspoken US Women's National Soccer Team. Welcome back everyone!
