The Dodgers-Yankees World Series has drawn the highest number of viewers in nearly a decade. This is a problem for the NBA and an indictment of LeBron James and the current generation of stars. "Steelers Songs Vol 1" is now live on Spotify/Pandora/iHeartRadio/iTunes This week, the swelter of Steelers summer content brings us a bunch of completely irrelevant and unprovable rankings. From the 2024 offensive line to Omar Khan and Mike Tomlin and many things in between, we try to sort out what has merit and what deserves demerit. Then, we look at some way to early season projections that have the Steelers making history for all the wrong reasons. Only one problem, the math doesn't add up. Finally, why we want the return of the Bumblebee jerseys. And I looked at LeVeon Bell's OnlyFans, so you don't have to. What Yinz Talkin' Bout is the conversation about the Steelers social media conversation, exposing the week's hot and toxic takes. Hosted by Kyle Chrise and Greg Benevent. Please leave us an iTunes review to be in the running for our next giveaway, which includes Dick LeBeau's book "Legendary."

Bilal Powell opens the show saying it's a big deal that Aaron Rodgers didn't show up to camp. He says there is a lack of leadership and no one holds Aaron Rodgers accountable. Next, Bilal and Rami respond to the report that Haason Reddick was dishonest with the Jets at the time of the trade. Bilal says all honesty goes out the window when it comes to money in the NFL. Who will have a big impact on the Jets offense this year? Can new additions Tarik Cohen or Malachai Corley become big parts of the offense. Rami then asked Bilal what he would do if his 24 year old daughter would come home with Bill Belichick. Bilal said Leveon Bell is just trying to stay relevant with his recent tweets, there is no truth to what he said. It was a "bad tweet". The Jets are finally moving Sauce around to shadow the number one WR on opponents teams. How can the Jets change their "same old jets" culture?
Jason and Mike have all the details on Aaron Rodgers potentially being RFK Jr.'s running mate in the upcoming election. Former NFL running back LeVeon Bell thinks the earth is flat. Los Angeles Chargers' franchise quarterback, Justin Herbert, and the team have agreed to a 5-year extension that makes Herbert the highest paid at the position by annual salary. Locked On Longhorns - Daily Podcast On Texas Longhorns Football & Basketball
The University of Texas has an outstanding history and pedigree at the RB position. Some people (mostly in Austin) might even go as far to say that Texas is RBU. You can make the argument when you've had running backs by the names of Earl Campbell, Ricky Williams, Jamaal Charles, and current Heisman Trophy candidate Bijan Robinson. The nature of recruiting requires you to consistently look for the future of the position, and it sure seems like Texas has done that in a big way. Our latest commit in a top 5 recruiting class headlined by Arch Manning , is four-star runningback Cedric Baxter out of Edgewater High school in Florida. Some sites have him as high as the #1 running back in the country. & now it looks like Texas will have a dominant trio of offense in the coming years at the 40 acres, with Arch Manning , Johntay Cook, and now Cedric Baxter locked into this class. Simply put, Baxter has really good size and exceptional explosiveness to match that big 6'2 215lb frame. John Garcia from Sports Illustrated has compared him to Najee Harris and Leveon Bell, who have both spent time with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Other comparisons that have been floated around are Todd Gurley, Melvin Gordon, and even the late great Texas Longhorn Cedric Benson. Baxter is a very patient, no-nonsense one cut runner with the ability to consistently make defenders miss in the open field while also having the ability to run through defenders as well. He also looks very smooth and comfortable catching the ball out of the backfield as a receiver, which he will get plenty of opportunities to do in Steve Sarkisian's offense. The addition of Cedric Baxter almost all but guarantees that Texas will have a top 5 recruiting class in consecutive years, which just so happens to be Sark's first two years at Texas. The best players in high school typically turn out to be the best players in college, and Sark has shown an exceptional ability to recruit high school students. Not only that, but the reach of this Texas Longhorn program is one we haven't seen in a while. In this recruiting class alone, Texas has commits from California, Louisiana, Hawaii, New Jersey, and Florida in addition to fourteen prospects out of the Lone Star State.
