Sara and Brady's journey began with male-factor infertility and quickly became more complex after Sara was diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve. Their first round of IVF resulted in only one viable embryo, which led to a miscarriage. They continued to search for answers—including traveling to Barbados for a second IVF attempt. Eventually, they turned to embryo adoption and were able to get pregnant with the first donor embryo transfer.
