Peloton also announced a special Mariah Carey artist series that took place this past weekend. The final episode of LOL Cody aired on Thursday, and there was a wrap party at PSNY on Friday. Peloton has new “5K Pace Setter” outdoor audio classes to help guide you to a certain 5K time. There are also new mobility classes available to increase joint & muscle range of motion. Peloton released new “Extra 10” classes this week. Jess Sims is back with a live Saturday 60 class on December 10th. Matt Wilpers & Ash Pryor filmed some scenic rowing classes in California. Barry McCarthy said the Peloton Row is currently being certified for a UK release. Rumors are indicating that the Peloton Tread will be launching in Australia soon. Peloton can now integrate with the Google Health Connect platform. You can now see your streak for any month, and see workouts for any day in the web browser. There is a week-long flash challenge to encourage members to play the Peloton Lanebreak game. There is also a Holiday flash challenge in December with a badge you can earn by taking Holiday classes. Former CEO John Foley & other Peloton executives have been sued over alleged insider trading. Peloton accessories are now available on the apparel site – which means you can use referral codes on them. Peloton extended the Black Friday sale through Dec 6, and doubled some of the discounts. What are their best arguments? Come join us! FOR CONTEXT: Over the years since 2016, Evan Rachel Wood began speaking publicly about domestic violence, saying she had been abused by two unnamed men. On February 21, 2021, Wood named Brian Warner as one of her abusers, alleging that he abused her physically and emotionally during their romantic relationship which lasted between 2006 and 2010. On the same day, a handful of other women also made statements claiming to be victims of Warner's abuse. His alleged victims include Ashley Morgan Smithline, Esme Bianco, and Ashley Walters. While Marc Wilson, who is black was seen with his white girl friend, Emma Rigdon, he was threatened by a group of white who yelled racial slurs at him. When Wilson shot at the group, his bullet his a 17-year old girl that was sitting in the back seat of the vehicle.  Nicole Linton, who drove her car nearly 130 miles into a Los Angeles intersection, killing five people, has a sister that created a website to highlight her mental illness. Camille Linton believes that the Los Angeles DA's office has over charged her sister Nicole.  As soon as the civil law suit was filed against comedians Tiffany Haddish and Arie Spears, it was dismissed after the two minors that appeared in a skit entitled, “The Mind of a Pedophile” received an undisclosed settlement. Either Erika's lawyers didn't explain things properly or she just didn't want to hear it. The timing of the case being dismissed in Chicago in order to be filed in California couldn't have been worse. She used that as vindication and justification for her abhorrent behavior the night before. Erika's refusal to participate in Kemo Sabe and Dorit's decision to stay by her side sent Kyle on a tequila induced spiral that culminated in a childlike tantrum that required Mauricio to step in. Kyle had the nerve to call Kathy difficult and impossible to snap out of a bad mood, meanwhile she needed Rinna to guest host while she pulled herself together following her meltdown over Dorit not going to the hat party. In terms of next week, Pia and I hypothesize and theorize over the unseen Kathy drama.... if the only bad things that were sad were against Kyle and the show, well.............. Initially, investigators were baffled as they found Irina with three ligatures tied around her neck. Hoping to locate witnesses in the area who had seen or heard something, detectives began canvassing.They quickly came upon thirty-nine year old Mark Carver, fishing just up the river. He, along with his cousin, Neal Cassada, would become the prime suspects despite absolutely no evidence linking them to the crime. Cassada would pass away as the result of heart attack before going to trial, Carver would ultimately be found guilty and sentenced to life without the possibility of parole.Several years later in 2019, Carver's lawyer successfully argued to have his conviction thrown out and a new trial ordered. While the District Attorney promised to charge Carver again, his lawyer felt there wasn't even enough evidence to have charged him the first time.***Update*** -- In August of 2022, fourteen years after Irina Yarmolenko was murdered, the Gaston County District Attorney's Office officially dropped all charges against Mark Carver noting that the Touch DNA upon which he had originally been arrested did not meet the modern standard necessary to link him to the crime.
