The curse upon the hybrid  children of the fallen angels in the book of enoch was that their offspring were damned to be cut off from heaven and not have the chance to ascend after death, but to be damned to roam the earth in spirit and taunt it. The curse is never written to be lifted after the flood nor are all the giants and offspring destroyed- instead the lineage becomes the mythos we all know- every mythos is based off them, and furthermore Ham's lineage holds the original story of Jesus that predates even Heru, the Egyptian Jesus that predates biblical Jesus.
