The vision of Ezekiel in chapter 1 of his writings has been heavily debated by scholars and fools. Many illustrators throughout the millennia have attempted to depict his vision with little to no real success. What Ezekiel actually saw was the War Chariot of the Lord. Ezekiel's description of it is grand and nearly incomprehensible. This is because it is meant to be felt in Eastern terms, not understood in a Western way. One must use Eastern Thinking to understand it; however, in western terms, the war-chariot of the Lord is Zedek (in Hebrew). Zeus (in Greek), and Heru (in Egyptian). In English we know him by the name... Well, you're just going to have to listen to this one, aren't you? This is part 2 of episode 85. Season 4 Episode 14: The Serpent's Venom The Gang go all Intrigue Noir as they set up an incredibly dangerous plan to set Apophis and Haru'ur against(?) each other? Or with(?) each other? The plan is as messy as the electron cloud of mines surrounding the planet they fly to in J-Mack's ship to pull it all off. Meanwhile Teal'c foments revolution, but is betrayed and captured. Despite this, (and being hellishly tortured) he is able to propagandize the turncoat Jaffa onto his side because Teal'c is the real Top G. Well, they ALL meet at the mine planet, and the plan goes pretty well. Teal'c is saved, a bunch of Apophis's ships get blown up, Heru'ur is probably(?) killed. And yet despite all this, J-Mack is a real fracking downer, and I guess it was the worst(?) possible outcome? I don't know, it's all Phoenician to me. ----more---- 00:00 - Intro 4:03 - 24 Seconds 5:11 - Episode Debrief 1:03:51 - Were We Comforted 1:04:45 - Yeh Neh or Meh 1:06:57 - Next Episode 1:08:42 - ComeTrya 1:10:45 - Get To Know Your Hosts 1:17:06 - Outro

Welcome to this episode of 20/20 Money! My guest on today's show is Dr. Pete Kehoe, OD. Dr. Kehoe is a fellow of the Academy of Optometry, National Academies of Practice and a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry. He has served the profession in a variety of roles and was president of the American Optometric Association 2008-2009. He is a partner in three private practices in central Illinois and serves Vision Source as an administrator in Illinois since 2000 and a variety of roles as a senior advisor since 2014. Dr. Kehoe served as a non-executive board member of Optos, Plc and currently serves as a consultant in professional development for Transitions Optical, Heru and Optos. During this episode, we spend the majority of our conversation talking about the importance of planning for the success and succession of your private practice…whether you're 35, 55, 65, or even 75 and the owner of a practice. Pete shares what was successful for him in recruiting and retaining providers that eventually became partners in his practice. We talk through how he financed the buy-in, the emotional component of selling part of one's practice, the compensation structure that has worked well for their partnership, and some of the headwinds and tailwinds he observes in optometry and what practice owners can do about them. As a reminder, you can get all the information discussed in today's conversation by visiting our website at integratedpwm.com and clicking on the Learning Center.
