@aghnes_she AGHNES had a burning desire to establish a proper female house & techno collective in Rome. With her lifetime partner in crime Ameliée they co-found She Made in 2013. She Made is an ambitious all female party concept and label. They started with a weekly residency at Rashomon Club, Rome, soon the project started growing and turned She Made one of the 10 most prominent events in Italy. They then moved the residency at Goa Club. She Made showcases are being hosted in different clubs between the north and south of Italy and European clubs such as Golden Gate in Berlin and Fabric in London Having grown up on an eclectic combination of house and techno music she travelled to explore the clubbing and music scene in the rest of Europe and so ending up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence. Her strong love for club culture translates into sets where she picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of this music she likes best. Micro house, break beats and groovy sounds characterize her style. In 2015 Aghnes moved to London becoming DJ Resident at ‘ We Play the Music We Love’, label and party collective. Since then she got a deeper insight of the London underground scene and started playing in the most popular clubs, to name just a few: Fabric, EGG Lnd, FOLD, The Bridge, Basing House, XOYO, Bloc. And also around Warehouse events hosted by Point, Keep on going, The Sunday afters and more

1. Who is Miguel Toledano? Miguel Toledano is a producer and DJ from Madrid, Spain. After signing his first vinyl release on the great label Luna Records out of England with his good friend Synkrone from France, he then decided to launch his own vinyl only record label, Showreel Records. 2. How did you start to spin records? One of my good friends from my town played in rap battles with his 1200mk2 and he started to bring his Technics to my place because he could see how much I like the electronic music but I just didn't have the resources and he let his equipment on my home a lot of weeks. 1. Who is Stefano Lotti? Stefano is an Italian DJ and producer who is now based in Japan. He’s also co-founder of Equilibrium Lab, along with Luca Fabiani. Stefano is Rubber Band's founder, and he is also label manager for other labels (Ribbon Recordings and Soundpark). 2. How did you start to DJ and to producing music? When I was 10 years old my passion for electronic music began and at that time I used every “recordable” format to at my disposal (vinyl, cassette, CD, etc). When I was 14 I bought two old turntables and a little mixer with another guy and we began to learn beat matching. We started playing at friends birthday parties or anywhere we could get some practice in. My technique as a DJ got much better some years later really, after my parents were kind enough to buy me a pair of Technics 1210 and a very good mixer. After that later step, I started to produce music with a friend; after the first release I had the opportunity to start playing in clubs in Italy soon after, and then in the other countries. Over time, I refined my technique producing music and never stopped studying, as it’s a never ending process. I still learn new things every day with each production, especially as technology moves forward so rapidly. 3. 5 records that had strongest influence on you. It’s impossible to reply to this question with only 5 records. I’ll write some tracks in no order of importance because there’s too much music that had a strong influence on me as a DJ and producer.
