My black bros, we need to create safe spaces for us to get REAL about our struggles so we can find REAL healing. So, that's what this podcast is all about! I'm Nathan and with relatable peers of mine, here I dissect various cultural, societal and practical elements of our mental health. I'm defo no expert in this topic but I'm learning and sharing helpful resources as I go! These discussions are inspired by my upcoming BBC-commissioned animated short film, about black British men's mental health, with the help of Rural Media's New Creatives scheme.
