On Friday the 10th May the funeral of Dave Mehmet took place at GreenAcres Kemnal Park cemetery and ceremonial park.Great numbers attended from fans to clubs Dave or Mem as he was known was associated with.Dave's friend and former teammate Phil Coleman was there, he said, "Nobody could bring together so many like Mem did today. So many stories, laughs, memories and tears. Ex Players from Millwall, Gillingham, Charlton, Fisher, Dulwich and other non league clubs he served, as well as fans, ex managers, ex Millwall chair in Jeff Burnige and his family. Everyone shared stories of Mem and had a great catch up. I got a huge hug and an almighty kiss from Terry Hurlock, which says so much about what we all mean to each other.
