This is a podcast hosted by Achieve TMS East / Cenral's Director of Operations Marjorie Pierce. She is an LICSW and has her MSW from Boston University. In this podcast series Margie will discuss topics on mental health including deep TMS therapy for depression and OCD. She will also periodically have expert guests on as well.
Today Margie is joined by Family Nurse Practitioner, Cindy Inman. Cindy talks about her work in healthcare in Correctionville Iowa. Being such a small town, Cindy outlines the importance of building good relationships with her patients. Sometimes healthcare providers are the only advocates for patients that don't have support at home, in school, or at work in these rural areas. Cindy also talks about her approach to healthcare that helps her connect and listen to her patients.

Stephanie assists with helping people find mental health resources and aiding with other helpful programs to serve the homeless population in her community. Juan details what it was like when he first moved to the United States and some of the challenges he had to face. Today Margie interviews Jennifer Dieringer who is a Managing Attorney of the Berkshire-Hampshire and Franklin County offices of Community Legal Aid. She explains what Community Legal Aid does for their communities, and specifically what they are doing during COVID-19 to help families. Jennifer specializes in family and housing law. She has handled a number of appellate cases in both areas of law, served as faculty for continuing legal education seminars, and authored academic and practice-oriented publications. She has also taught in a number of law schools and undergraduate colleges and served as a law clerk for the probate and family judges in the four western Massachusetts counties.
