This week we shared our experiences in doing a couple of shamanic journeys with shaman Tommy Hopkins. The original reason for launching down this particular rabbit hole was because Ana has finally divorced herself from her toxic parents. Although she had said goodbye she was having a hard time feeling clear of their energy. In shamanic terms Tommy explains this as “cords” of energy that frequently tie us to our family. Carolyn Myss has quite a bit of material on this topic if you’d like to learn more about this but suffice it to say that Ana was wanting to sever the cords of connection to her parents and she asked Tommy for help. In this show we described the process and the outcome of that journey and a subsequent one by Jeff.

Dorje has an amazing story to tell about living as a young girl in the upper Dolpa region of Nepal - one of the most remote places in the world and then coming to America for a life saving surgery. Here's an excerpt: "I think life is both unexplainable and magical. How in the world does a girl from a 15,000-foot-high village with no schools–a girl who thought buses were giant cows–come to the U.S. and get into a university with 30,000 students so she can get her degree in Fine Arts? And how does she then go on to write a book about her life?"
This week we talked with Penny Hodgson, author of Mind Files - Perception, Perspective and Problems. Here's what Penny has to say about the book: "Our perceptions become our perspectives, and our perspectives can become so rigid that they create problems in our lives. Perception, Perspective & Problems takes a look at the mind's process of using the past as a reference in understanding what we are currently experiencing, and how that process interferes not only with the present, but the future as well. Delve into the filing cabinets of your mind, and learn how the conclusions you formed at the end of each and every experience created expectations, and why those expectations are at the root of all your unhappiness. Discover how to live the life you were meant to by reviewing, re-assessing and re-writing the files in the filing cabinets of your mind."

This is the first segment of a 4 segment interview with author and physicist Tom Campbell. Tom wrote the trilogy My Big TOE (theory of everything) where he claims that we are living in a Virtual Reality.
In this segment we asked Tom how much we can change reality… can we modify the rules and do things like de-age? How much can the larger consciousness system influence our lives and can it/they override our free-will? How should we deal with the negative circumstances going on in the larger world? What about the effects of violence? Is there ever a time when we should fight back?
