There are many types of content that can help grow your brand and establish you as a thought leader in your industry. If you write a blog, it will show you are an expert in your field. If someone publishes an article about you, it will let readers know you made an impression on others. If you write a book, it will look especially impressive. Writing a book is no easy task. Filling hundreds of pages with useful information will help you build a strong reputation for your company and brand that will set a standard for your industry.
If you own your own company, you know how easy it can be to let the day get away from you. Things come up, and you find tasks left undone. While some tasks can wait until tomorrow, others need attention today, and if you're not getting important things taken care of, you could lose money and damage your reputation. So how do you stay on top of everything that needs to be done? Schedule your priorities. Do you want to tell your story? Corporate Filming and Franchise Filming is pleased to announce the release of our 20th podcast. In this episode, our CEO Trevor Rappleye discusses the importance of short videos. We all know what a powerful marketing tool video can be, but if it’s too long, a person can lose interest and move on to something else. Rappleye explains, “The best content is 60 seconds. At the very end, you want that person to call you right back or submit a form. So if your videos are too long, you’ve lost them. You don’t have the right to create videos longer than two minutes.” He also provides a brief outline for creating a video advising creators to, “Hook ‘em at the front, have a call to action at the end.” Once you have a finished product, host it everywhere. “Put it on your email signature, put it on your Linked In, put it on your Twitter, put it on your Facebook,” Rappleye advises. To find out more about the power of short videos, be sure to check out the episode in its entirety. And tune in to the Corporate Filming and Franchise Filming web site to make sure you don’t miss a podcast.
