Des minis aux Ultim en passant par les Class40, Imoca, Ocean Fifty ou "one-off", ils nous racontent leur parcours et comment ils ont contribué à donner naissance à des bateaux de légende.--Il parle d'une voix calme et tranquille, mais sous chaque intonation percent les convictions et une passion pour son métier, qu'il raconte pour autant avec beaucoup de recul. A 54 ans, Guillaume Verdier est une star de l'architecture navale.Ses bateaux ont tout gagné, ou presque. Le vainqueur du Vendée Globe, Macif Santé Prévoyance ? C'est lui. Le vainqueur de The Ocean Race, 11th Hour Racing ? C'est encore lui. Le vainqueur de la Route du Rhum et de l'Arkéa Ultim Challenge Brest, Maxi Edmond de Rothschild ? C'est toujours lui. Et la liste n'est pas exhaustive, puis ses plans ont franchi la ligne en tête en Mini, en Class40, en Multi50, etc. Sans parler, bien sûr, de la Coupe de l'America où il oeuvre pour Team New Zealand depuis 2010.On parle de "plans Verdier", mais lui ne vous parlera que de son équipe, une bande d'une quinzaine d'experts dans tous les métiers de l'architecture navale, avec qui il collabore depuis de nombreuses années et qu'il prend soin d'énumérer, angoissé à l'idée d'en oublier certains.C'est au fond de la rade de Brest, à Logonna-Daoulas, qu'il découvre la voile en camps de vacances ; s'il adore la nature, il ne se prendra jamais de passion pour la course côté pratique. Un détour par l'université de Copenhague et le voilà chez Finot-Conq en 1997, à l'époque où le cabinet de Jouy-en-Josas domine le Vendée Globe. Il y apprend le métier pendant 4 ans, travaillant sur une flopée d'Imoca, avant de devenir indépendant.Il travaille ensuite sur le projet d'Hydraplaneur d'Yves Parlier, où il rencontre une bonne partie de ceux qui l'entourent encore aujourd'hui : Benjamin Muyl, Hervé Penfornis et Romaric Neyhousser... Après un premier passage marquant sur la Coupe de l'America chez Areva Challenge pour l'édition 2007, puis il entame une frutueuse collaboration avec VPLP qui se lance alors dans les Imoca. Leur premier bébé, Safran, révolutionne le genre, premier d'une longue lignée.En 2010, il intègre l'une des plus belles équipes du monde : Team New Zealand, les All Blacks de la voile. Avec eux, il va d'abord perdre (en 2013) puis remporter la Coupe en 2017 et 2021, Une expérience profondément marquante. Mais un ministe devenu architecte naval, qui collabore avec les équipes les plus prestigieuses de la discipline, du team Imoca Charal jusqu'à Alinghi Red Bull Racing. Cette histoire, c'est celle de Sam Manuard, qui a fait de l'éclectisme une quasi-discipline.Elle commence par un atavisme familial, qui a vu son grand-père et son père construire des bateaux - dans son jardin, pour le second, qui emmène, à la fin des années 1970, sa famille naviguer vers l'Afrique puis le Brésil. Le jeune Sam vit la voile d'abord comme un mode de vie, mais une fois étudiant, c'est la Mini Transat qui l'attire, et en particulier les objets fascinants que sont les Minis 6.50.A la fin des années 1990, il se lance dans son premier dessin, en pur autodidacte, et le construit dans la foulée, pour s'aligner sur sa première Mini Transat en 2001 qu'il finit 4e. C'est le début d'une passion pour la classe et ces bateaux qui dure encore, 20 ans plus tard. Au cours de ces années Mini, il démâte à 60 milles de l'arrivée, en tête de l'édition 2003 de la transat, voit l'un de ses plans l'emporter en 2005 aux mains de Corentin Douguet, fait connaissance avec Kristian Hajnsek et Andraz Mihelin, duo slovène qui l'emmènera loin...Son premier dessin hors Mini 6.50 est le Mach45, puis il enchaîne avec la Class40, révolutionnant le genre en 2010, avec le lancement du premier Mach40 - on en est à la version 5. Il finit 4e de la Route du Rhum en 2010 en Class40, gagne la Transat Jacques Vabre en Multi50 avec Yves Le Blevec en 2011, nourrissant en permanence son travail d'architecte de ses navigations en course.En 2018, Armel Tripon lui commande son premier Imoca, L'Occitane. Là aussi, un bateau radical qui tape dans l'œil des spécialistes : quelques jours avant le départ du Vendée Globe 2020, c'est le team Charal qui vient le chercher pour le prochain Imoca de Jérémie Beyou. Curieux, touche-à-tout et passionné de tous les bateaux, Sam Manuard a dessiné des skiffs, des classes A, un Mini de série en lin... et collabore avec Beneteau via ses amis slovènes de la Mini 2005 : son First 36 est Bateau européen de l'année ! Aqui vai um fato que ninguém deve ter te dito antes sobre gordura visceral, principalmente gordura no fígado..  Quando os cientistas da Universidade de Minnesota nos EUA analisaram de perto para ver de onde estava vindo a gordura no fígado, eles descobriram algo que fez muita gente ficar de queixo caído.  Eles viram que quase quase 60% da gordura no fígado gordo vem do próprio corpo e não da dieta, que é responsável por míseros 15% desta gordura só.  Isso muda o jogo e dá clareza sobre as reais causas deste problema e claro, aponta para reais soluções.  Isso basicamente diz que não é a gordura da dieta ou os carboidratos da dieta que são estocados como gordura hepática diretamente e que esta gordura visceral toda é resultado de uma disfunção energética que força o corpo a acumular sua própria gordura onde nao deveria.  Agora, pra piorar ainda mais a situação, existem 2 deficiências nutricionais específicas que podem prender a gordura dentro do fígado meio que bloqueando sua saída, fazendo com que o fígado fique cada vez mais gordo e doente, então, vamos ver quais elas são e como podemos resolvê-las na prática com 2 alimentos muito potentes nisso e fáceis de encontrar que podem ajudar o fígado a voltar a dar vazão a esta gordura tão perigosa...
