Hello friends, greetings from Thailand!   Today we're in the northern village of Pai, and we're going deep y'all. We're sitting down with Sabran D'Argent, a master photographer and mentor who's been traveling the world capturing moments of life on an analog film system since he was 19.  From candid street sessions in Paris to Armani fashion shoots in the remote valleys of the Himalayas, Sabran has made his camera a vehicle that has transported him to the far corners of the globe. Sabran has since settled in Pai and created Manimekhalai, an incredible photo lab and gallery with multiple dark rooms and the space to present his work and that of his fellow collaborators.  What has grown out of the center is an amazing community of creatives, who learn and support each other as they hone of their skills.  It was an honor to be welcomed in among them.
