It's finally time for some love triangle in this story, and we are both heavily on Team Peeta, even bringing back some of our hatred for Jacob Black from Twilight. We admire how Katniss is handling the trauma and drama in her life, and we have a great time exploring this section of the plot which is pretty much skipped over in the movie. Of course, we're preparing for the arena and the Quell as Katniss plans to save Peeta this time rather than herself. South Africa COLLAPSING, Armed Citizens SHOOTING Rioters As Army Deployed To Quell "Civil War." Riots and looting erupted in the wake of the arrest of South Africa's former president Jacob Zuma. Reports of armed citizens firing on rioters and several losing their lives show that this could be more of a widespread collapse. While it may be a bit hyperbolic some citizens have said this is a warzone or a civil war in South Africa But could something like that happen here? Perhaps a stretch, but Democrats are going after Trump with accusations of corruption and have already moved to indict trump affiliates. #SouthAfrica #Zuma #CivilWar Learn more about your ad choices.

Chass is lost, Wyl is desperately reaching out to try and stop the fighting, Kairos is undergoing a metamorphosis, and Nath is just Nath-ing around. You gain a much better feeling for Soran Kreize and his desperate reason for rejoining the losing side, and may even feel some sympathy for a man with no hope remaining. …

Can zinc applied to your skin help skin rashes? As you heard in episode #169, zinc is REALLY important for your skin! People mostly focus on consuming zinc in their diet as well as getting additional zinc through supplementation. This is important because your body doesn't make zinc… it must be consumed in some way so that your body has ample access to it. But one often overlooked point in this conversation is the impact that zinc used topically can have on your skin. Not just for general health, but also to potentially help reduce itchiness + inflammation too! And this is why I created the Z+ Rebuilder skin cream… because of how helpful zinc can be. So let's talk about how topical zinc can be helpful and the different ways you can add it to your protocol! In this episode: Benefits of zinc applied topically to your skin Where zinc is stored in skin tissue How potent is topical zinc to sun exposure? Can zinc help with itchy, inflamed skin? Understanding dry skin + its connection to zinc How to use zinc topically Quotes: Zinc is found in the epidermis at a concentration of five times more than in deeper skin layers. Research demonstrates that zinc status may play a role in your skin's ability to hold in moisture + avoid being so itchy.
