Stillness came as practice in Cindy Helton's life after she was suddenly hit with losing 2 loved ones in a one month period. She developed heart problems, overwhelming anxiety, and during this time also survived her home being burned down to the ground. This new way of living...practicing christian meditation and being still saved her life. Seeing the need for this even in the church she started her own podcast The Daily Still.
