Lee Spencer is by my definition an Above Average Joe, who growing up wanted to be a brave person. That was the catalyst for a new and fulfilling path, that today, finds him working for the Firefighters Charity. His story and the work he is doing now, is so important that I have given him a refill on his NAAFI break brew.
