Your mind is an instrument, the better you learn to use it learn to be its master and not a slave to it, the better off you'll be.You have to break from the grind. Clear your mind and enjoy some downtime. But oftentimes we cannot do that, we have guilt.  It's especially hard for us women who are over achievers and really want to do everything the best that we can. The reality is that we just can't always make that happen. Today, Kellie shares her top three tips with you today on how you can clear your mind and create such a great space for more growth than1. Brain Dump: We are challenging you to take out a white piece of paper and brain dump everything that is on your mind. Make sure to include all the task around your home, around your personal life, your business lies, maybe your 9 to 5, your friendships in your family. We know that this may feel daunting at first, you brain maybe racing thoughts as I am chatting now, but the reality is you will have a really good idea of everything and begin to start A to do list of what needs to happen.Why brain dump? Brain dumping is so powerful because you are literally transferring a large amount of information from your brain to a different storage space, this white piece of paper. You can even do a Microsoft document. Essentially, you are jotting down all your thoughts until you have a sense of relief of everything in your mind.2. Declutter your Space: We do believe that sometimes my mind is cluttered because my space is so cluttered. However, we do know that when you take time to clean your space, your mind automatically feels a lot less cluttered. For example, go through your closet and get rid of all the clothes and items that you don't need them anymore, give items away and give each item its own space in your house. Wherever you are conducting your business life , make sure that you have this space organized and cleaned.3. The final tip is to map out a game plan. Once you have your brain dump written down, organize it into 2-4 separate categories. The three Kellie used is Blessed Momma Bosses, Thrive, her network marketing business, and personal life which includes my kids my home myself development,After you have these categories created you can then begin to file each of your “brain dumps” into one of these categories. The next step is to prioritize them. Literally we will write a number down what is most important.
