In Folge 36 sprechen wir mit ihr darüber, wie man GREVIO-Mitglied wird, wie die Wahl zur BGH-Richterin abläuft – und was diese neuen Tätigkeiten für sie bedeuten.Von dort führt das Gespräch mitten hinein in ein Thema, das das Familienrecht derzeit besonders beschäftigt: häusliche und geschlechtsbezogene Gewalt. 2017 ratifizierte Deutschland die Istanbul-Konvention – trotzdem werden jährlich mehr[nbsp]Fälle von Gewalt gegen Frauen und häuslicher Gewalt gemeldet.[nbsp]Uns interessiert, was die Konvention überhaupt unter Gewalt versteht und wer im Verfahren eigentlich beurteilt, ob Gewalt vorliegt. Rund 60.000 Migranten erreichten aus Marokko die spanische Exklave Ceuta. Spanien reagierte mit Soldaten und einer schärferen Grenzsicherung. Bundeskanzler Friedrich Merz forderte Madrid auf, die Lage „schnellstmöglich wieder in den Griff“ zu bekommen. Er verlangte von Marokko unverzügliche Rücknahmen und drängte auf eine rasche Umsetzung der EU-Rückkehrverordnung. Der Schutz der Außengrenzen sei, so Merz, „entscheidend” für die Bekämpfung illegaler Migration. Fast zeitgleich wurde bekannt, dass die Bundesnetzagentur seit rund zwei Jahren einen Notfallplan gegen Strommangel vorbereitet hat, ohne die Öffentlichkeit zu informieren. In a sleepy Canberra suburb, Bek Condello was raised in a strict patriarchal Pentecostal movement. Bek Condello didn't choose the world she was born into. Raised inside the Geelong Revival Centre, a church she now describes as a cult, every aspect of her life was decided for her — what she believed, who she could trust, who she could marry, what she wore, and what would happen if she ever left.
