We are here in Phoenix for the NFL's Annual League meeting and boy do we have a lineup for you that we'll be rolling out over the next few days. Today, I'll be talking to Patriots GM Eliot Wolf, Saints Head Coach Kellen Moore, and Rams Head Coach Sean McVay. 

We've got a little bit of everything for you guys today. Soon-to-be top-10 pick Ohio State linebacker Sonny Styles is joining the program. Newly retired, future Hall of Famer Lavonte David will be here. And the most decorated player in U.S. soccer history, Landon Donovan, will be here to preview the World Cup as we draw closer and closer.

We've got a little bit of everything for you today on Up & Adams. It's MLB Opening Day, and Hall of Famer CC Sabathia will be on the call for Yankees vs. Giants on Netflix tonight—he'll be stopping by to get us ready for the season. We'll also chat with one of the most explosive athletes in this entire draft class, Florida wide receiver J. Michael Sturdivant.

We've got a great one for you today: Hall of Fame head coach Tom Izzo, who's on his way to his 17th Sweet Sixteen. Plus, one of the fastest running backs in this draft class—Demond Claiborne out of Wake Forest—joins the show. And Kay Adams breaks down why the next couple of weeks could ultimately make or break the Dallas Cowboys' chances in 2026.

We've got a fun one for you today, with so much going on in the sports world. We'll talk a little March Madness with the lead CBS play-by-play voice, Ian Eagle. We'll cover the tournament, one-liners, and his TikTok burner account. Notre Dame running back Jadarian Price  stops by, and he's truly one of the most interesting stories in this draft. He's about to go from the No. 2 behind Jeremiyah Love to a lead back for someone. Also, Kay Adams dives a little deeper into the Jaylen Waddle trade from yesterday.

We've got a good one for you today… The incomparable Joel Klatt of FOX Sports joins the show to talk draft. He's been grinding tape, and I guarantee he'll make us all smarter by the end of the show. Keeping with the spirit of draft season, Kay Adams also talks to one of the top centers in this draft—Sam Hecht out of Kansas State. Chicago… you're going to want to pay attention to this one.

Some big moves continued to roll in this weekend as we're now officially a week into free agency. Kay Adams will give you her thoughts on Kyler Murray to the Vikings and another team that's really caught her attention. And as the draft draws closer, we have not one—but two guests who are about to come off the board on Night 1. All-American safety Emmanuel McNeil-Warren out of Toledo will join us first. Then we'll chat with the guy who was named the best O-lineman in all of college football last year—Utah's Spencer Fano!
