Embark on a love-infused journey into healing and self with this raw, honest, and gentle collection of poetry from beloved poet and writer Jerome Braggs. Using the perspective that poetry is medicine, too, Jerome escorts readers through an exploration of lessons in life, relationships, self-healing, and body image, all of which shine a light on what it takes to face the wholeness of ourselves and heal. This collection is divided into four sections—"life lessons," “self-healing," "relationships," and “my body" — with each section representing the radical healing that is found when true + deep self-love is rediscovered and applied. He Said, He Said, He Said welcomes Oklahoma City-born Jerome Braggs to our platform. Braggs believes that “poetry is medicine, too.” Stop by for a candid conversation with Bragg. As always, your presence and participation make the show even better! We will respond to your questions in real time. We promise to leave you feeling better than you did when you arrived. Jerome Braggs was a young man who went from feeling slightly ill, thinking he had the flu to being told that he was in kidney failure, pneumonia, pancreatitis, parasites, fluid in his lungs, and AIDS. In fact, they told him he had 7 days to live. As he was lying in bed after hearing the news, he had a “Life Review” where he got to see everything flash through his eyes. This gave him a perspective at age 23 that he was about to die, not having ever truly lived his life or live the purpose he came for.Having been on a spiritual path before, this was a wake-up call. He began to use all his spiritual tools to heal himself. Three months after getting home, he was fully healed! That meant no more dialysis, no AIDS, and all his labs were normal. But 18 months later, he had the exact same diagnosis and was then back in the hospital, now given 48 hours to live.Lying in bed, facing impending death, Jerome realized that his soul was trying to speak to him through his body, so he asked the question of what he was missing. He wanted to know what it took not only to heal but also to have a really good life. At this time, he had a Near Death Experience. He got the message that life was created to be good to us and that he needed to learn how to truly love himself. So he decided to let his “old self” die, to being to truly live. There began his commitment to making the pursuit and teaching of self-love his life's work.We talk about what self-love means. (It's much deeper than just having a massage or taking a bath here and there.) There is also the teaching that Jerome shares that “all our suffering is caused by our lack of self-love.” You will hear the steps to self-love and clear examples of what it looks like, and where to start. This is a beautiful and inspiring conversation.Jerome Braggs is a highly-gifted Intuitive Healer, Speaker, Singer + Poet, and Metaphysical Teacher. In 2004, Jerome was diagnosed with AIDS and kidney failure, then given seven days to live. On his deathbed, Jerome had a Near Death Experience, in which he was told by Source that the key to healing, and living a truly well and delicious life is: “to wholly love yourself.” That Near Death Experience catalyzed a miraculous, multi-year journey, in which he learned how to travel the path of self-love to healing himself, and manifesting of a life that feels like heaven on earth.Today, Jerome uses his intuitive gifts, and the sacred healing wisdom he learned through his journey, to teach "seasoned" spiritual seekers how to heal themselves, and manifest deeply delicious lives, through the practice of self-love.Jerome believes that self-love is the panacea + the real “secret." And that: “When we truly love ourselves, all is well, all is coming, and all is delicious. But not a moment before.” He has devoted his life's work to helping others prove all of this to themselves.Book a session with Jerome Braggs and find out how your own love can heal you from anything >> https://jeromebraggs.com/ See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
As RuPaul sez, "If you can't love yourself, how the hell you going to love someone else?" But what many of us as gay men don't realize is when we love ourselves, all is well, all is coming, all is delicious. Our guest today, Jerome Braggs, guides, teaches, and illuminates ways for us as gay men to step into the powerful space of loving ourselves fully. About Jerome In 2004, Jerome checked into the hospital with what he thought was the flu, but instead got diagnosed with anemia, pancreatitis, giardia, pneumonia, kidney failure and AIDS. Then, doctors gave him seven days to live. Using what he knew about the Law of Attraction, he miraculously healed himself after three months, and thought he knew the answer to healing, manifestation, and wellness, until he found himself back in that same hospital, with the exact same diagnosis, a year and half later. But this time, doctors gave him 48 hours to live. On his deathbed, he had a Near Death Experience (NDE), where he was told by Source that the true key to healing and wellbeing was to: “wholly love yourself.” After that NDE, he began a mystical journey with self-love where he learned to heal himself, and miraculously transform his entire life into something more well and delicious than he could have ever imagined. Since then, he has heeded the call to share his miraculous story, and this sacred + transformative lesson: “When we love ourselves, all is well, all is coming, and all is delicious. But not a moment before.” Connect With Jerome https://jeromebraggs.com/ (Website) http://www.facebook.com/jeromebraggsselflove (Facebook) https://www.instagram.com/jeromebraggsintuitive/ (Instagram) Hey Guys, Check This Out! Welcome to Season 7! Whether you are a new or faithful listener, we are excited you are here! As a culturally diverse cast, many members of the Tangent Talk are children of immigrant parents; parents who believe and have taught their offspring (seemingly since birth) that dedication to "hard work” is the source of success—but, is it the source of happiness or burnout? Moreover, is life to be endured or enjoyed? On OutKast's Liberation (track 15 on the group's Aquemini album), Cee-Lo Green croons, “Oh, Lord, I'm so tired, I'm so tired…we alive but we ain't livin'.” Special guest Jerome Braggs, an intuitive healer, podcast host, and writer, joins the cast as we kick off Season 7 with the topic “Rest.” Throughout our engaging dialogue with Jerome, we explore the power of ‘rest & restoration' not only during a pandemic, but throughout all aspects and phases of our modern lives.

He is an Award winning Author, Business and Life Astrologer and Advisor.https://divinesparkministries.comSpecial Guest: Jerome BraggsAs a student of the soul + seeker of wellbeing, I’ve always been curious about what it truly takes to live a well + delicious life. I tried everything – countless workshops/retreats, read endless self-help and spiritual books, studied with several masters, drank green juice daily, ate an alkaline vegan diet – and I still wasn’t truly experiencing a well or delicious life on a consistent basis. I didn’t learn what true wellbeing takes until I had a Near Death Experience (NDE) in 2005, after doctors diagnosed me with AIDS and kidney failure, then gave me 48 hours to live (read the full story here). What I was told during that NDE, and learned through a mystical healing journey afterward, is that the true key to healing + wellbeing is to love ourselves. That when we love ourselves, all is well, and all is coming. But when we don’t, it isn’t. It actually can’t. Loving ourselves is the literal key/path to the well + delicious life we desire. As an Intuitive Wellbeing Guide, my work is to offer the sacred wisdom I learned from my healing journey, and the scope of my intuitive gifts, to help seasoned spiritual seekers travel the path of self-love, so that they heal themselves from whatever ails them, and create deeply well + delicious lives. I support my clients with compassion, while offering them the wisdom + tools they need to heal, transform or manifest whatever they desire. I teach a holistic approach to healing/loving ourselves: mind, body and soul. My work is a combination of psychology, metaphysics, and energy medicine, so when working together we explore lifestyle/behavioral changes, meditations/visualizations, vibration + consciousness, and trauma healing, all to help you experience the wellbeing you deserve.https://jeromebraggs.com

The mindset of lack is inherited and then enforced throughout society and cultural conditioning. Go to school, get an education, get some fancy qualifications, feed that ego. Keep seeking, searching, get this and that. That will make you feel good. Show the world your credentials, show them how smart and worthy you are. Show them, prove to people you can be something or someone. Don’t stop there, get more approval by being the “Perfect” parent. Prove to people that you made in life because your children are so well behaved, because they do exactly what you say. Get that promotion, that car, that body. That money. Keep stacking. Keep pushing and pushing.... then die. Then tell me how you really lived, where you really gave. Who’s lives you touched. When you realise that we are enough and that who we are and how we treat people is far more important than “appearance’s” I made a decision to help people become whole that means removing the masks, the pretentious behaviour, the need to please everyone and feel accepted. I made some decisions about who I wanted to be and then healed my body. My work is at large isn’t accepted by medical professionals because it rocks the status quo. I am also not supported by large pharmaceutical companies. So if someone comes to me and I facilitate a space for them to heal. Then that’s one less patient and thats cool for me, but if we all started to take back our power, there would be less patients and less profits. It leaves me vulnerable, it leaves me open for criticism and ridicule from people who don’t even try to dive into the realm of consciousness.I recorded a podcast with Jerome Braggs ggs aka “The Soul Medicine man” we spoke about all things regarding metaphysics and how he healed his body not once but twice from HIV/AIDS. A very similar story to me so a pleasure to connect. A huge eye opening conversation around what’s possible for anyone wanting to heal their bodies and their lives. The focus of healing is to return home to highest natural self. It’s not easy work it’s just worth it. Healing can take time or happen in weeks depending on what you are willing to let go of! It was a pleasure talking to Jerome about coming home, a philosophy he has used after his near death experience after being in hospital the second time after having being diagnosed with AIDS.

In this episode I get the incredible pleasure of interviewing my friend Jerome. He has overcome and healed himself from 2 near death experiences including being HIV positive. It's a life changing and deeply touching episode as he shares details from his experiences and invites us all into the deliciousness of life. One of the powerful messages he delivers here is what he discovered about disEASE. For him he awakened to the truth that it was a message and if he would tune in to that message it would make all the difference in his healing journey. No longer did he view his illness as an enemy to fight, but rather something he needed to learn from and heal. Once again if you listen, just know that SHIFT HAPPENS!

In this episode of Cleared for Profit, Emma talks with Jerome Braggs, a gifted intuitive, spiritual teacher, speaker, and modern day medicine man. Jerome's definition of trauma focuses less on the specific painful event, and more on the soul's experience of disconnecting from the truth of ourselves, and then holding onto, manifesting from, that disconnect. We, as spiritual entrepreneurs, are called to reconnect to the truth of ourselves. For example, if our trauma means that we don't feel 'enough', then we are constantly trying to be better instead of showing up as our full selves. And burning ourselves out. They talk about the ways the principle, "as within, so without" can play out in people's businesses and lives and the deep importance of getting honest with yourself.
After an extraordinary near-death experience, Jerome Braggs became a spiritual teacher and modern day medicine man. His work helps people heal their lives and bodies to achieve true well-being.
From Death’s Door (Twice!) to Thriving Entrepreneur. Jerome Braggs, affectionately known as the “Soul Medicine Man,” is a medical intuitive channel, speaker, and spiritual teacher. Jerome shares his story about how he almost died from HIV (not once, but twice!) and took himself on a self-discovery journey to heal not just his body, but also his soul. In this episode, you’ll also learn: * Why the Law of Attraction alone isn’t enough to completely shift your reality. * How one tiny shift was all it took to heal himself from HIV (yes, really). * A simple, daily practice to help you shift your beliefs and attract more abundance. * And so much more. One of the most powerful parts of Jerome’s story is how the practices he used to transform his health also transformed every other part of his life, including his finances and his relationships. (“How you do one thing is how you do everything” really is true.) Whatever you’re currently struggling with right now, Jerome shares simple wisdom that can help you begin shifting your reality. He is affectionately known as “The Wellbeing Sherpa,” and is a highly-attuned medical intuitive, channel, speaker, and master teacher of wellbeing, self-love and the Law of Attraction. In 2005, his path of awakening began when a team of doctors diagnosed him with AIDS & kidney failure then gave him forty-eight hours to live. On his deathbed, Jerome had a near-death experience, in which he encountered the Divine/God and was told the path to true healing and delicious wellbeing was “to learn how to truly love yourself.” Through a miraculous journey that followed, Jerome learned to apply what he was told during his NDE to heal his body, become more of his Truest /Higher Self, and restore his entire life to wellbeing and joy. Today, Jerome uses the combination of the revolutionary lessons he learned on his journey and his intuitive abilities to help guide people around the world to the delicious level of wellbeing they truly desire for their lives and their bodies.
