Best-selling author and retired lawyer, Nanci Danison, returns to share her extraordinary experiences with the afterlife, providing comfort and insight into what lies beyond. Through her vivid recounting of life beyond physical existence, Nancy offers a fresh perspective on death as a transition rather than an end. Her stories challenge stereotypes and bring solace to those grappling with the fear of mortality or the loss of loved ones, illuminating the continuity of consciousness in the afterlife. Join us as we engage in a captivating discussion about life reviews, near-death experiences, and the fascinating realm of remote viewing. Nanci recounts a military remote viewer's encounters with souls from the 9-11 tragedy, exploring the notion of pre-agreed destinies and the variability of afterlife experiences. Whether it's encountering voids, attending council meetings, or experiencing the profound life review, Nanci's insights reveal the personalized nature of these encounters and the broader implications for humanity's spiritual evolution. We also venture into the realms of UFO disclosure and the future of human civilization with insights inspired by Dr. Steven Greer. From the possibility of World War III to the enduring connection between incarnated souls and those who have crossed over, we examine how collective beliefs might shape global events. Nanci's wisdom invites us to consider the soul's incarnation cycle and the dynamic potential of human destiny, leaving listeners with a thought-provoking exploration of life, death, and the limitless possibilities beyond our physical world. Website: www.backwardsbooks.com Nanci Danison interview, Dear Death Experience, Afterlife, Death, Transition, Comfort, Mortality, Loss, Consciousness, Remote Viewing, Destiny, UFO Disclosure, Human Civilization, Incarnation Cycle, Soul, Life Review, Spiritual Evolution, World War III, Future, Earth, Source, Personality, Physical Form, Personal Growth ------------------------------- Chapter 1 Transitioning Into the Afterlife This chapter explores the profound insights shared by Nanci Danison, a recurring guest on the show, about her after-death experiences. As a best-selling author and retired healthcare lawyer, Nanci recounts her remarkable transitions into the afterlife, describing the physical sensations and perceptions she experienced as her spirit left her body. We discuss the common fear surrounding death and how her experiences provide reassurance and comfort to those grieving the loss of loved ones. Nanci's vivid descriptions challenge the notion that the afterlife is merely nothingness, offering instead a perspective that death is not the end but a transition to a different reality. Her narrative touches on the gradual separation of the soul from the body and how one's consciousness remains aware throughout this process. Chapter 2 Afterlife Experiences and Life Reviews This chapter explores the intriguing topics of near-death experiences, remote viewing, and the afterlife. A friend from the military's remote viewing program shared insights about his encounters with souls from the 9-11 tragedy, suggesting they had a pre-agreed destiny. The conversation touches on whether one can alter such spiritual agreements and provides vivid descriptions of out-of-body experiences, including encounters with voids and council meetings. The variability of afterlife experiences is highlighted, noting that not everyone sees the stereotypical white light. The chapter also discusses the concept of a life review, where one might relive the impacts of their actions, though the depth of this review varies based on the duration spent in the afterlife. Chapter 3 Soul's Experience in Afterlife This chapter explores the intriguing concept of afterlife experiences, focusing on the comprehensive life review that some individuals report having. We discuss how this life review provides answers to profound questions about one's life, allowing individuals to see events from the perspectives of others involved and to understand the reasons behind actions and events. The discussion also touches on the notion that life isn't merely a simulation for the soul's amusement but a genuine, unique experience for humans, albeit a tiny slice of the vast possibilities available to souls in the universe. Furthermore, we consider the limitations of human experience and ponder the potential for human evolution in the context of contact with more advanced extraterrestrial civilizations, questioning whether humans could evolve to a higher level of consciousness like these ancient beings or if they are destined to remain at their current level of development. Chapter 4 Future of Humanity and Earth This chapter explores the intriguing insights of Dr. Stephen Greer regarding UFO disclosure and the potential existence of advanced civilizations beyond Earth. We discuss his views on the limitations of human civilization, currently considered a type zero due to reliance on fossil fuels, compared to other advanced, united civilizations capable of interdimensional travel. We consider whether humanity will ever establish contact with these civilizations, noting the perspective that humans are seen as primitive in the afterlife. Additionally, we touch upon a vision of Earth's future, drawing parallels to Mars' destruction, though specifics remain unclear. Reflecting on an afterlife experience, there's an emphasis on the importance of sharing newfound knowledge with others, underscoring the dynamic nature of human potential and destiny. Chapter 5 World War III and Afterlife Concerns This chapter examines the growing concerns about the possibility of World War III and the puzzling lack of widespread public alarm. I question why many people, including those in power, appear unfazed by the prospect of nuclear conflict, while peace advocates are often viewed as unusual. We explore the notion that humans might manifest such a war if enough people believe it is inevitable. Shifting focus, I discuss the afterlife, revealing insights gained from experiencing "knowings" or universal knowledge. In this state, a portion of the soul remains in the afterlife while another part incarnates, akin to a limb being asleep. Communication between these parts can occur, primarily through dreams, though they are often not remembered. The chapter closes with a reflection on personal experiences of receiving guidance and reassurance from loved ones in the afterlife, emphasizing the enduring connection between incarnated souls and those who have crossed over. Chapter 6 Understanding the Soul's Incarnation Cycle This chapter explores the concept of the soul and its relationship with the physical body, describing the soul as a light being that incarnates in various forms. We discuss the idea that source is an infinite energy field that assigns personality traits to parts of itself, which then incarnate into physical matter. The conversation compares this process to an author creating characters in a book, emphasizing that these light beings are not separate from source but are mental characters within its consciousness. The soul's personality remains consistent across different incarnations, although its expression may vary depending on the physical form it inhabits. We liken this to an actor, like Nicolas Cage, playing different roles while maintaining the same underlying identity. The discussion highlights the continuous nature of the soul's personality and how it transcends the limitations of any single physical form.

#347 In this episode, Guy welcomed Cailin Callaghan, a spiritual cognitive coach who shared her transformative near-death experience (NDE). Cailin recounted her encounter with an interdimensional being named Michael, who taught her the concept of 'lucidity'—being awake in the dream of the world. They delved into the idea that we create our world with our expectations and labels, often leading to our own unhappiness. Cailin discussed techniques to harness our consciousness to reshape our experiences and perspectives, emphasizing the importance of intentional thinking and speaking. This profound conversation explores how understanding our true selves can empower us to overcome suffering and embrace our role as creators in our own lives. About Cailin: At the age of twenty in 1978, I made a trip to the Lustrous Vast of Quantum Imminence where I was met by the guide whom I had, five years before, dismissed as merely the imaginary friend of my childhood. He, The Daemon Michael, is the source Consciousness from which I spring into this world venue, and he and I operate in a few other venues together as well while my body is sleeping here in Earth Venue.  When I met him in the Lustrous Vast, T. D. Michael gave me a life review and a revelation of what Humanity is doing that is destroying their happiness and preventing access to all the powers of their "godly estate." Empowered by this revelation, and inspired by the Divine Love I became while in the Lustrous Vast, I wielded my Will to literally raise my body from the dead. (It's not hard to do when you know what you are and what the Earth is.) My body had died from head trauma when a stallion had kicked me in the face, knocking me from the back of the running mare I'd been astride, chasing that stallion. My body lay in a pasture with my friend running towards it. As she stood over my still form, thinking I was dead and wondering what to do since we were so isolated, I, like a gusting whirlwind of Will, reinhabited my form, and the body's eyes popped open.  I started right away trying to deliver to the world the Liberating Perspective The Daemon Michael had given me, but it was 1978, and the world was not acquainted yet, in large, with the Quantum principles I/We had to offer. #330 In this fascinating podcast episode, Guy interviewed Sarah K. Grace, a former paramedic who is now a holistic first responder and medical intuitive. Sarah shared her extraordinary experiences of witnessing souls departing during her paramedic career, her struggles with addiction, and her journey toward embracing her psychic gifts. She discussed the intersection of physical, emotional, and spiritual health, her near-death experience, and the importance of living fully. The conversation delves into the mechanics of death, trauma, and the significance of grounding one's spiritual abilities. Sarah also shared insights on how individuals can start recognizing and developing their own intuitive capabilities. About Sarah: Sarah K. Grace is a powerful and dynamic individual who spent fifteen years merging her career as a paramedic in some of California's busiest 911 systems with her innate clairvoyant & intuitive abilities.  Able to see, hear, and feel energy outside the normal senses since the age of seven, Sarah overcame great adversity and addiction in her early life as a result of physical abuse and poor family dynamics. After many years of struggle she ultimately turned her trauma into wisdom by healing herself and then using her psychic abilities in critical 911 settings to help thousands of patients deal with life and death emergencies.  Sarah is now a best-selling author, speaker and sought-after intuitive healer who has appeared on Gaia TV, Hay House Radio, Coast 2 Coast, NPR, New Living Expo & more. She bridges the mainstream and holistic worlds while teaching people how to heal their trauma and embrace their own intuitive gifts by providing powerful healing and step-by-step guidance that makes sense in everyday life.  Sarah is a vibrant person who employs quick wit and a wry sense of humor to connect with her clients. Grounded and ‘real' she pulls from her own personal experience to lead by example that full recovery from trauma and addiction are not only possible, but that intuitive gifts can be the key to an extraordinary life. In the vast tapestry of existence, we find ourselves entwined with the profound mysteries of life, death, and the realms beyond. On today's episode, we welcome Sandra Champlain, a beacon of light in the field of near-death experiences (NDE). Sandra has dedicated her life to exploring the realms that lie beyond our earthly understanding, and her journey has touched the lives of many.Sandra's path to understanding NDEs began from a place of deep personal fear. Growing up with an intense fear of death, she embarked on a journey that would eventually transform her life. As a chef by trade, she spent over 30 years catering to race car teams, but her nights were often filled with existential dread. Despite being raised Catholic, Sandra sought comfort beyond her faith, delving into various spiritual practices and beliefs. One pivotal moment in Sandra's journey was her attendance at a mediumship course in California. Initially skeptical, Sandra found herself experiencing undeniable moments of connection with the spirit world. She recounts a striking experience where she visualized a deceased man's spirit during a practice session, only to have the details confirmed by her partner in the exercise. This encounter marked the beginning of Sandra's deep dive into the world of mediumship and NDEs.Throughout her exploration, Sandra discovered the powerful phenomenon of Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP). Her first successful EVP recording, capturing a clear "Good night, Sandra" from a deceased relative, left her both terrified and exhilarated. This experience fueled her commitment to understanding and sharing the reality of life after death. Sandra's story is a testament to the profound impact of verifiable evidence in transforming fear into a deep-seated belief in the continuity of life beyond physical death.Sandra's work has brought her into contact with countless individuals who have had near-death experiences. She emphasizes the common threads in these accounts, such as the life review process. Describing it as an "omni Max theater with all these different screens," Sandra explains how people relive their actions and emotions from both their perspective and that of others they impacted. This profound experience often leads individuals to a greater understanding of their life's purpose and the importance of love and kindness.SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYSThe Power of Belief: Sandra's journey from skepticism to certainty showcases the transformative power of belief, supported by verifiable experiences and evidence. Her story encourages us to remain open to the possibilities beyond our current understanding.Life Review and Accountability: The concept of the life review teaches us that our actions have profound impacts, not just on ourselves but on others. This encourages a life of empathy, kindness, and mindfulness. The Comfort of Continuity: Understanding that life continues beyond physical death provides immense comfort and can alleviate the fear of dying. Sandra's experiences and research offer hope and assurance that our loved ones remain connected to us in meaningful ways.In this profound conversation, we have Sandra Champlain guiding us through the intricate dance between life and death. Her insights and experiences remind us that the journey of the soul is infinite, filled with lessons, love, and everlasting connections. Sandra's work illuminates the path for those seeking to understand the mysteries that lie beyond, offering a beacon of hope and understanding in the face of life's greatest uncertainties. Please enjoy my conversation with Sandra Champlain.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/next-level-soul-podcast-with-alex-ferrari--4858435/support.

A Note from James:Imagine you are dying or you're about to die. Let's say you were hit by a car, you're bleeding out, you're on the way to the hospital but you just have this sense that you're not going to live, and you see visions of someone you knew in the past, maybe a mother or a father, and they're saying, "Don't worry, we're here for you." Come down this light at the end of a tunnel. Does that change your experience of life if you then survive? Well, we're going to hear from Sebastian Junger, who wrote "In My Time of Dying: How I Came Face to Face with the Idea of an Afterlife." And if you don't know who Sebastian is, he's written many books about being a war reporter, his experiences in war zones, and other intense situations. But this is perhaps his most intense book that I've read, where he's not talking about deaths on the battlefield or in a war zone, but his own experience of dying and what happened to him during that experience. It really makes you think. And I've been thinking about it a lot for personal reasons this past week. I hope everybody enjoys it. If you do, please retweet it, share it with your friends, and subscribe to the podcast so all the good little algorithms work for me. Thanks so much, and here is Sebastian.Episode Description:In this compelling episode, James Altucher converses with Sebastian Junger, acclaimed author and war reporter, about his harrowing near-death experience and his exploration of the afterlife in his latest book, "In My Time of Dying." Junger shares the profound and mystifying moments he faced at the brink of death, challenging his atheistic beliefs and scientific understanding. This episode isn't just about a personal encounter with mortality but dives into the larger implications of consciousness, the mysteries of the human mind, and what it means to truly live after facing death. What You'll Learn:The profound impact of near-death experiences on one's worldview and beliefs. The intersection of scientific rationalism and mystical experiences.Insights into the psychological and emotional aftermath of surviving a near-death experience.Theories about consciousness and the potential for an afterlife from both scientific and experiential perspectives.Practical lessons on living a more appreciative and meaningful life after a brush with death.Chapters:00:01:30 - Introduction: Sebastian Junger's Near-Death Experience00:04:41 - The Moment of Crisis: Abdominal Hemorrhage and Medical Intervention00:09:00 - Encountering the Void and Seeing His Father00:14:22 - The Medical Miracle: Innovative Interventional Radiology00:24:26 - Rational Explanations vs. Mystical Experiences00:31:30 - Unexplained Phenomena: Quantum Mechanics and Consciousness00:41:29 - Personal and Philosophical Reflections on Life and Death00:52:30 - The Aftermath: Dealing with Anxiety and Fear00:56:35 - Finding Meaning and Appreciation in Life Post-Trauma01:02:15 - Writing About the Experience: Structuring the Narrative01:05:28 - Final Thoughts and TakeawaysAdditional Resources:Sebastian Junger's Official WebsiteIn My Time of Dying: How I Came Face to Face with the Idea of an AfterlifeTribe: On Homecoming and Belonging by Sebastian JungerWar by Sebastian JungerQuantum Enigma: Physics Encounters Consciousness by Bruce Rosenblum and Fred KuttnerBiocentrism: How Life and Consciousness are the Keys to Understanding the True Nature of the Universe by Robert Lanza ------------What do YOU think of the show? Love doves, yeetniks & yoonicorns,  Robot voices: back by popular demand! This heady and metaphysical original skit asks a simple question: where do empires go when they die? Drop in the spirit of old Uncle Sam just after death, as he's counseled in purgatory by a couple of no-fux-given silicone angels. It's my belief that all souls must undergo a life review after passing, and empires (as egregores, or sentient collective thought forms) are no different. Tune in to witness the languished soul of Yankee Brutal being telepathically compelled to face the raw & unfiltered truth about its past. In the tapestry of our lives, we sometimes encounter moments that reshape our very essence. On today's episode, we welcome the remarkable Sara Jayne, a woman whose journey through near-death experiences (NDEs) has profoundly changed her understanding of life, death, and everything in between. Sara's tale begins with a stark reality that many of us might find unsettling, yet it is in this unease that we often find the seeds of our greatest enlightenment.Sara Jayne's first near-death experience occurred after the birth of her second child. As she hovered above her own body in the operating room, she observed the medical team's frantic efforts to save her. This detachment from her physical form brought a strange sense of neutrality. “I was not distressed, I wasn't attached to the outcome. It was more of an observation,” she recalls. This initial brush with death did not immediately alter her life's course, but it planted a seed of curiosity that would bloom many years later during her second NDE.Fast forward to 2018, after enduring years of a debilitating autoimmune disease, Sara found herself on the brink of death once more. This time, the experience was even more profound. She describes an ethereal journey where she left her body through her feet, ascending towards a realm of unimaginable love and light. Here, she encountered a presence she identified as the source of all existence, a being of pure, unconditional love. “It was like coming home,” she says, reflecting the comfort and familiarity of this divine encounter.SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYSIn this profound conversation, Sara shares key insights from her NDEs that offer a new perspective on life's challenges and the purpose behind our earthly experiences:The Power of Intent: Sara emphasizes the significance of our intentions in shaping our reality. Our thoughts, words, and actions co-create our experiences, influencing not only our lives but also the lives of others.Life Review as a Mirror: During her NDE, Sara underwent a life review, experiencing her actions from multiple perspectives. This process highlighted the importance of living with compassion and love, as every action and its ripple effects are deeply felt.Living in the Now: Sara's experiences taught her the value of being present. Worrying about the past or future detracts from the beauty of the present moment. Living fully in the now allows us to appreciate life's true essence. One of the most transformative aspects of Sara's story is her encounter with her guides and loved ones. In a space she calls the “Love Dimension,” she met beings who communicated with her telepathically, sharing knowledge and wisdom. Her father, who had passed away a year earlier, played a significant role in her journey. He guided her through a healing process, demonstrating the interconnectedness of time, space, and energy. This encounter reinforced her belief in the continuity of life and the ongoing evolution of the soul.Sara's return to her physical body was marked by an overwhelming sense of heaviness and density, a stark contrast to the lightness she felt in the non-physical realm. This reintegration was challenging, yet it was also filled with a renewed purpose. She now sees her earthly experiences, including her illness, as opportunities for soul growth and evolution. Each challenge is a chance to develop virtues like patience and compassion, which are essential for our spiritual journey. In conclusion, Sara Jayne's story is a powerful reminder of the resilience of the human spirit and the profound lessons that can be learned from our most challenging experiences. Her journey through the realms of life and death has provided her with invaluable insights that she now shares with the world. Her message is clear: embrace life with joy, live with intention, and always be present in the now. By doing so, we not only enrich our own lives but also contribute to the collective evolution of consciousness. Please enjoy my conversation with Sara Jayne.Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/next-level-soul-podcast-with-alex-ferrari--4858435/support.

This week I'm reading from Robert Christopher Coppes' book 'Impressions of Near-Death Experiences: Quotations From Over 100 Experiencers'.This book gives an impression of what near-death experiences (NDEs) are like by giving many hundreds of quotes from more than 100 experiencers from all over the world. Put your “traditional” ideas aside, and read the quotes. Sense how they feel for you. Let go of whatever ways you have been programmed by your upbringing or by religion, and open your mind to receive whatever wisdom you find in these testimonies of people who have experienced the first moments of physical death. Bio:Robert Christophor Coppes has studied Near-Death Experiences (NDEs) for decades and has lectured on this topic in the US and Europe. He considers his new book “Impressions of Near-Death Experiences” his best book on NDEs because of the wealth of quotes from experiencers, in his opinion the best tutors in life. By sharing multiple quotes from NDErs, he can offer information as to what NDEs are. The quotes are categorized under a broad spectrum of major headings, including: Out of the Body, Veridical Observations (i.e. verifiable out-of-body observations), Unconditional Love, the Life Review, Distressing NDEs, Why Are We on Earth?, and Aftereffects. The principal idea that emerges is that "We are ONE and LOVE binds us". Previous books on NDEs are “Essence of Religions” in which he compares the five major religions with NDEs, and “Messages from the Light”. Four respondents will get a special box of goodies from the Thrive Center!"The life review is a way of going back in a systematic way into your past and looking for things that you never understood—mysteries. And I had a big mystery in mine, which was: Who is my father?"We hang on to so much from our past. Regret, remorse, guilt, shame, rumination, unforgiveness… How should we think about our past? Can we reframe and redeem it for the present?Developmental Psychologist William Damon has spent his career studying the human lifespan and for almost 30 years at Stanford University's Center on Adolescence. Since the 1970s, he's been conducting research that has shaped our understanding of human growth and thriving. He's the author of numerous research articles and several books, including The Path to Purpose: How Young People Find Their Calling in Life, having written widely on character virtues, the moral dimensions of work and vocation, and moral formation for children and adolescents, and more.In the last 20 years, William has systematically studied purpose and how to operationalized it for human thriving. He defines purpose as “an enduring life goal that is both meaningful to oneself, but also makes a difference beyond the self.”But more recently, he's building a new area of study around life review. His latest book is A Round of Golf with My Father: The New Psychology of Exploring Your Past to Make Peace with Your Present. in it, he articulates a process that he's developed for investigating and kind of interrogating your life and your past for clues about your direction and purpose.William shares vulnerably about his own discoveries regarding mystery and his own upbringing that has shed new light on the latest chapter in his life.In this conversation with William Damon, we discuss:Positive youth development and the opportunities of childhood and adolescence. The practice of a life review, and how to look at our past in ways that lead to a healthy and fruitful future. The definition of purpose and how it plays a central role in human thriving. And he explains how charting a path to purpose took a very personal turn for him when he came to learn about the father he never knew, and how that impacted his life and his perspective on thriving at 60 years old.In that context, we discuss the emotional connections between courage and curiosity, particularly when it comes to pursuing self-understanding and exploring our sense of purpose and a life of thriving.Show NotesGet your copy of William Damon's book, A Round of Golf with My Father: The New Psychology of Exploring Your Past to Make Peace with Your PresentRead about Bill Damon's approach to Life Review at the Greater Good Science Center at UC BerkeleyStanford - Center on Adolescence “How does where you've been contribute to where you're going? Evolving Humans host Julia Marie interviews Nancy Reed, a sacred embodiment coach, intuitive, and author. Nancy shares her experiences growing up as a highly sensitive child, feeling overwhelmed by her surroundings and struggling to fit in. She also discusses her near-death experience during a car accident, which led her to start writing as a form of therapy. This writing was later shared with her mother and her mentor, Ken Watnick, who encouraged her to continue. Nancy's writings, which she describes as similar to the teachings of A Course in Miracles, became the foundation for her current work. The podcast ends with a teaser for part two, where Nancy will discuss her second near-death experience, a precognitive dream, and her book "Happily Ever After Now". In this reflective episode, host Dr. Fred Moss revisits his conversation with previous guest Benjamin Kintisch, a talented musician who described himself as a "sad clown."  Dr. Fred explores the concept of the sad clown and relates it to his own difficulties and sadness in life. He discusses how pain and wounds from childhood often remain unresolved, but creative people like Benjamin can channel these feelings into art, music, and other outlets. The discussion centers on how the rawness of pain is transmuted into beautiful works of creativity and self-expression. Dr. Fred emphasizes the "creative eight" - art, music, dance, drama, and more - as healing forms of expression.  He notes that entertainers and artists frequently have sadness and roughness in their past, which emerges through their creative gifts. There is a special harmonic resonance between creative people sharing their gifts and the audience receiving them. Dr. Fred concludes that the "tears of the clown" can become a source of healing the world, as people's vulnerabilities and creative expressions weave together. Tune in for a thoughtful meditation on how our deepest pains can be channeled into the creativity that connects and heals us.

Rebecca Rosen is an international spiritual medium. For the past two decades, she has served as an ambassador between the spirit world and our day-to-day lives. In this episode, we talk about real-life relationships, trauma, compassion, and the people around us, as well as everything “woo”: the superego, spirituality, stillness, and psychedelics.00:00:00 00:00:31 Rebecca's Reading of Candice 00:16:25 Asking For Guidance 00:18:20 Spiritual Experiences 00:20:36 Struggling With Stillness 00:28:23 Jamie Wheal's “The Superego” 00:32:45 The Role of Compassion 00:37:05 Outgrowing People and The Life Review  00:44:40 Intergenerational Trauma 00:48:58 Why Do We Forget? 00:50:48 Renegotiating Contracts 00:54:25 Ayahuasca, Psychedelics, Downloads, and Divinity 00:58:46 Dark Energy Magnets 01:05:54 Rebecca's Biggest Learnings 01:09:45 Where to Find RebeccaThe Role of CompassionSometimes, compassion can be mercy killing and doing the right thing even though it's not easy. Nowadays, compassion is being weaponized; too much enabling and coddling and not enough brutal honesty. For Rebecca, people have to take accountability for their life and not be a be a victim especially for people going through pain, low-T traumas, and difficult experiences. Life is messy and sometimes we have to do the hard things, and that's where our brilliance, growth, and evolution comes from. It's all about finding the courage to take accountability for our choices, showing up, and doing the work. It's not about “Why is this happening to me?” but should be more all about “Why is this happening to me and what is it trying to teach me?”. Being accountable also means taking our power back and doing the work, whatever that may be.Auditing RelationshipsLife is all about growing, and sometimes we outgrow a lot of people in our life especially those who don't put in the same amount of work that we do. People change and sometimes others don't, and we don't always have to shrink down to match them. We have to rise up and shine with the example of being the light and the example for those around us. Whether they fall out of our lives or not, the universe decides for us. It's a scary and uncomfortable thought, but the law of attraction rings true in this scenario. We will all find our people and the universe will bring those new relationships that match the frequency we're in. It might be uncomfortable to the ego; an ego death of releasing people and situations, but if your consciousness is in the abundance consciousness versus the scarcity consciousness, these are two completely different wavelengths and it's OK to just give it to God, send these people love, and let it be. We have to allow ourselves to grow and expand in order to fly and soar.Links and ResourcesOfficial WebsiteInstagramPodcastWhat's Your Heaven?: 7 Lessons to Heal the Past and Live Fully NowMeta-DescriptionPsychic medium Rebecca Rosen shares how we can deal with our day-to-day lives as well as the “woo”: spirituality, divinity, and even psychedelics.Support the show
